The eyes of the Family Head was filled with disbelief as the people he sent to attack Alice were all killed by her within a short time. Before he could get close to Grey, Alice was already standing before him.

"You shouldn't do that."

Alice struck, and the Family Head tried to block it, but the impact of the attack sent him flying.

Bang!

He crashed into the ground, slamming off it multiple times.

Grey didn't even bother to spare a glance for the Family Head, he knew Alice was more than enough to deal with the rest of the people on the ground, so he didn't bother to remove his eyes from the body of the Old man.

The Old man looked at the Family Head disapprovingly, but there was nothing he could do, he had to deal with Grey who was attacking calmly. Grey hasn't gotten the upper hand in their battle, but on his companion's side, the Old man could barely use the same speed, and Klaus was getting to hit him with more and more attacks. With each attack that hits him, the speed of the Old man reduces.

'Damn it.'

The Old man didn't think they would be forced to such a state within a few minutes, if he had known, he would've escaped from the start and not get engaged in a battle. Besides, most of the people from the Family were already dead from the impact of the battle. Only those who aren't in the mansion were saved.

On Klaus's side.

Klaus was having the upper hand in the battle, and just like him, Reynolds was also besting the puppet. With the man not able to think at the usual speed, he couldn't send the right commands to the puppet, hence it was being beaten by Reynolds.

The Prince looked at the situation before him, his heart sinking. The Family Head had been beaten to the ground by Alice, and he hadn't tried to stand up from the place he crashed. The moment Klaus and Reynolds take down the Old man, then the one fighting with Grey was as good as dead, he couldn't get the advantage now that it's just Grey, it's impossible to see him winning once it's three against one.

The Old man knew this, and with no other choice, he forced his way towards his companion. Under no circumstances will he allow his partner to be defeated. Although doing this will also put him under the direct line of fire, it doesn't change the fact that the longer he could keep his partner alive, the better his shot at survival.

Grey and his friends surrounded the duo, even though they still had their puppets which gave them a number advantage, Grey could deal with a puppet and a Gnome at the same time, and the other two were in weakened states, so they couldn't fight well against Klaus and Reynolds.

The Old man looked at his options as he tried to force Grey, Klaus, and Reynolds back so his partner would get the needed chance to recover.

Grey stayed aggressive, not giving the Old man any good opportunities. Klaus and Reynolds tried to end the battle on their sides.

The Old man had to split his attention so he could deal with both Grey and his other two friends.

Splitting his attention gave his companion more time, but it also meant that Grey had the chance to hurt him.

With the Old man focusing most of his attack power on Grey's side and then using minimal to distract Klaus and Reynolds from taking any fatal blow, Grey decided to use his switch skill. The Family Head was being handled by Alice, and the Prince couldn't keep up with the battle, so he wasn't afraid anyone else would notice it.

He switched places with Klaus, and Klaus was surprisingly not shocked by this, he used his defense to block off the attack of the Old man, while Grey used his space element to phase through the attack sent his way by both Old men.

The Old man Klaus was fighting with didn't expect his opponent to pass through the attack sent at him, so he didn't have the chance to retreat before Grey moved into striking distance and unleashed a powerful lightning punch.

He switched places almost immediately back with Klaus and attacked with his fusion orb immediately he appeared. The Old man was stunned by the sudden change of his opponent, seeing Grey reappearing and using an attack to go past the strength of his previous attacks caught him off guard.

He blocked the attack, but the impact sent him taking a few steps back. This was all the time Klaus needed to end his opponent.

With one swift move, Klaus turned the Old man into an ice sculpture, before shattering him to pieces. With the Old man dead, the puppet battling with Reynolds stopped moving and was blown to smithereens by Reynolds's blow.

The surviving Old man looked at the scene before him, stunned by what happened. He didn't think that the entire battle would change with just one attack from Grey. The fact that Grey had this in his arsenal all this while yet hasn't used it made it clear that he was waiting for the best chance. Also, he thought about something and couldn't help but feel like he had heard about someone who was capable of switching places with anyone in a battlefield.

The Old man thought hard about this, but he couldn't wrap his hand around who the person was. He knew this person was quite popular in both the human and Gnome world. His eyes enlarged when he thought about the human world and then his eyes looked at Grey's figure.

"Im…possible." He murmured.

Everyone knew that Grey was in the God's tomb. If Grey isn't in the God's tomb, then it means the God's tomb was a trap set up by the humans.

Just as he wanted to speak, Grey, Klaus, and Reynolds surrounded him. Grey saw his eyes and knew he might've figured out some things.
