Chapter 18
After a while, Gu Huai heard Mu Ci’s voice from his arms, filled with vulnerability. “No…”
Gu Huai lowered his head and observed Mu Ci’s visage. The typically reserved man had become as pale as a sheet of paper, but his lips were clenched tightly.
Unable to resist the allure, Gu Huai leaned down and brushed his lips over the corner of Mu Ci’s mouth. Mu Ci’s expression froze, and he recoiled with repulsion.
Gu Huai grabbed his hair, tugged it to bring Mu Ci forward, and issued a threatening warning, “You dare to hide? Do it again and I will send the photos!”
“It hurts…” Mu Ci winced, a stifled cry escaping his lips, and he raised his eyebrows as he winced in discomfort.
Seeing this reaction, Gu Huai loosened his grip slightly, swiped his thumb over the corner of Mu Ci’s mouth, and murmured with a soft smile, “Be a good boy. I like you very much, and as long as you comply, I won’t harm you.”
“Impossible!” Mu Ci retorted, glaring at him and attempting to reach for the laptop on the table.
Evidently, he was unaware of the existence of cloud storage and believed that destroying the computer would eradicate the photos.
Gu Huai noticed his actions and couldn’t help but feel a little annoyed. He slapped Mu Ci’s hand away, scolding him, “I’m talking to you. Can’t you hear me?”
Mu Ci clutched the computer harder, and the struggle prompted Gu Huai’s arms to move around, inadvertently brushing against the man’s lower body. Gu Huai’s breath hitched suddenly.
For almost two months, Gu Huai had been suppressing his desires as he intended to propose. At this moment, with their relationship in turmoil, Gu Huai’s restraint was fading away. He unabashedly embraced Mu Ci by the waist and forcefully pressed him down onto the desk.
“Ahh!” Mu Ci cried out when he was forcefully pushed down. Gu Huai’s grip held him firmly by the lower back as he leaned over and sank his teeth into Mu Ci’s neck.
Gu Huai bit him as a form of punishment. His teeth bore into Mu Ci’s flesh, drawing blood that oozed from the puncture wounds.
Mu Ci, unprepared for the painful bite, screamed and instinctively curled up in response.
Gu Huai seized his arm, pressed it firmly against the hard table, and then lowered his head to lick the bite marks, leaving a tangy, sweet taste in his mouth.
“Do you understand you were wrong?” Gu Huai asked, satisfaction gleaming in his eyes as he examined the deep, red bite marks on Mu Ci’s fair skin.
Mu Ci seethed with anger and found it nearly impossible to breathe. It was Gu Huai who had initially threatened him with the explicit bed photos. It was Gu Huai who had domineered and bullied him excessively. Nevertheless, Gu Huai had the audacity to ask if Mu Ci was in the wrong?!
“You… You’re a bully!” Mu Ci raged, struggling furiously. During the struggle, his long hair came loose from the silk ribbon that bound it. Gu Huai seized the black hair tie, wrapped it around Mu Ci’s wrist several times, and used it to bind his hands behind his back.
Mu Ci was furious, scared, and humiliated. His face flushed crimson, and he continued to spew curses. Unfortunately, he was a scholar, and no matter how vehemently he swore, it couldn’t taint his dignity, much to Gu Huai’s amusement.
But Mu Ci’s completely uncooperative attitude made Gu Huai very unhappy. He held Mu Ci down with one hand, used his free hand to untie Mu Ci’s belt, and pulled his pants and underwear down to his knees.
Mu Ci only felt a coldness in his lower body, and immediately he became hairy. He struggled harder and harder, screaming: “What do you want to do! Stop! Get away!”
Gu Huai originally wanted to get lubricant, but as Mu Ci screamed, he became angry. He raised his hand and slapped Mu Ci’s bare buttocks hard, “Be honest! Believe it or not, I’ll just stick it in like this! If it hurts, don’t cry to me! ”
Mu Ci gasped, and there was a bit of fear in his eyes. Because of fear, his body was trembling slightly. He had no hands to support his body, and his face was directly pressed against the table, succumbing to Gu Huai in a weak and fragile posture.
For no reason, Gu Huai thought of butterflies that were dying.
So, his tone softened a little, and he rubbed Mu Ci’s buttocks with his big hands a few times to comfort him, and said softly: “Don’t be so stubborn. There are many people out there who want to marry into the Gu family, but they can’t. You can marry me, how many people envy you, and I will never treat you badly.”
Mu Ci bit his lip and remained silent for a long while. Just as Gu Huai assumed he had succumbed to his fate, Mu Ci uttered words filled with deep hatred and coldness, “I hate you. I will hate you for the rest of my life!”
Gu Huai was taken aback and felt an uncomfortable twinge in his heart, as if something sensitive had been touched.
However, he soon wore a sinister smile, tightening his fingers like iron pincers against Mu Ci’s back, and raising the corners of his mouth maliciously. “It doesn’t matter; your hatred won’t change the fact that I’ll keep fucking you.”
At this inopportune moment, Bai Ling knocked on the door. Gu Huai grabbed an object from the table and hurled it towards the door. Angrily, he barked, “Whatever it is, get out!”
Outside the study, Bai Ling shivered and said plaintively, “But it’s Mr. Jing Zheng who has come to visit.”
“Tell him to leave with you!” Gu Huai snapped.
Bai Ling trembled once more and explained with a pitiful tone, “Young Master, I understand that this may disrupt your plans, but it’s Mr. Jing Zheng.”
Gu Huai fell silent for a moment before finally grumbling, “Take him to the living room and have him wait. I’ll be there in five minutes.”
Bai Ling departed with clemency and scurried away.
Gu Huai glared at Mu Ci for a while, and then pulled him up and removed the wrist restraints. Red marks had formed on those wrists.
He massaged the affected area briefly before thrusting a new engagement letter and pen into Mu Ci’s hand, issuing a cold command, “Sign.”
Mu Ci turned his head away coldly, saying, “You’re dreaming.”
Gu Huai gritted his teeth and sneered, “Alright, you won’t sign it, will you? Do you think I don’t have time to deal with you right now?”
Mu Ci turned around swiftly, retreated cautiously, and simultaneously used his hands to hoist his pants up.
However, Gu Huai was quicker, and before Mu Ci could take two steps to hide, he seized him and flung him up. Mu Ci felt dizzy for a moment and, before he could even catch his breath, he was thrown heavily onto the chaise longue beside the window.
This time, he landed with force, and he let out a pained scream almost immediately. Gu Huai produced a handcuff seemingly from thin air, securing Mu Ci’s hands together. The metal chain passed through the armrest of the chaise longue, making it almost impossible for him to move. He was forced to lie half-propped on the lounge chair.
In an effort to suppress Mu Ci’s rebellion, Gu Huai even stripped off all his clothes and tore Mu Ci’s thin shirt into shreds.
“What are you doing?! Let me go!” Fear gripped Mu Ci, causing his chest to heave uncontrollably, nearly suffocating him.
“This is your punishment.” Gu Huai stated. He half-crouched down, gently patting Mu Ci’s face, and spoke with a low, sinister smile, “Baby, take some time to reflect, and I’ll come back to tend to you after I’ve attended to the guest.”
With that, Gu Huai glanced at him again, and then turned and left.
Mu Ci laid silently on the lounge chair. Sunlight streamed in through the glass, casting a fragile and translucent appearance upon him.
