Another World Fluffy Cafe

Prologue: Welcome to the Fluffy Cafe in Another World!

After a short 30-minute ride in a shared carriage from the city center, we arrive at a single-family house on the outskirts, proudly displaying the sign “Fluffy Cafe.”

Behind the building is a garden where animals have plenty of space to run around.

In other words, it’s like a cat cafe in another world.

“Here you go, it’s mealtime!”

“Meow”

When the owner of the cafe, Taichi, calls out, all the hungry fluffies gather around. Currently, they are Berry Rabbits, a magical creature with a strong preference for strawberries.

These adorable rabbits have droopy ears and fur in shades of white and pink. Vines and small fruits grow from the base of their ears, which some say might be used as emergency food.

“Meow”

One of the Berry Rabbits rubs against Taichi’s legs, eager to eat.

“Sorry, sorry, I’ll give it to you now—”

As Taichi speaks, the door to the shop opens with a cheerful jingle of the doorbell, announcing the arrival of a new customer.

It’s the first customer of the day.

“Welcome!”

The woman who enters exclaims in surprise.

The reason is that this is the first fluffy cafe in this world. People here don’t typically keep pets, so interacting with fluffies like these is a rare experience.

Given this, Taichi is quite accustomed to the reaction.

“I was thinking this was a cafe, but what’s that at your feet… a magical creature, right?”

“Yes. They might be a bit challenging for children, but an adult, even if not an adventurer, should be able to handle them. Berry Rabbits are weak, but they are magical creatures.”

“I see…”

The woman looks anxious, so Taichi reassures her.

“Don’t worry. It’s feeding time now, so just watch.”

“What?”

As Taichi places a plate of strawberries he’s been holding, the Berry Rabbits rush over. There are about ten of them.

The plate is quickly surrounded by a sea of white and pink fluff, and the sight is breathtaking.

The sight of them nibbling away with tiny mouths is incredibly cute once you realize they aren’t attacking.

After a moment of watching, the woman turns to Taichi.

“But there are so many magical creatures here… Are you a high-level tamer or something?”

“I’m just an ordinary tamer. I’m not good at combat, so I run this relaxing cafe instead.”

“I see.”

Taichi invites the woman inside and shows her to a seat.

“This is a cafe where you can interact with cute magical creatures. We also have light meal options, so please feel free to relax and enjoy.”

“…There’s no danger, right?”

The woman looks uncertain as she watches the Berry Rabbits eat. One of them approaches and rubs against her leg.

“Eek!”

“It’s okay, really!”

The woman is startled but quickly blinks in surprise. It’s because the Berry Rabbit’s fluff is incredibly soft.

“Oh, oh wow… Even though they’re magical creatures, they’re so cute.”

As she crouches down and pets the Berry Rabbit, it purrs and rubs against her hand. Even the woman who was scared of magical creatures is won over.

“Well then… I’ll have some light snacks and tea.”

“Yes, thank you.”

And one hour later—

“Ugh, the fluffiness is amazing…! These paw pads are irresistible! I can even forget about my annoying boss…!!”

The woman seems to have completely fallen for the fluffiness.

“Sniff, sniff…”

“Meow~”

“So cute…”

And so, today too, people from another world become enchanted by the fluffiness.
