As a Symbiote in Marvel multiverse

Chapter 42: Meetings and Revelations

**Earth-199999, Inside the Mirror Dimension**

Peter's eyes blazed with white light as he lifted his hand and placed it on his temple which got the attention of every Avenger present. Without warning, fragments of memories and experiences from Earth-66 and Earth-10005 began pouring into their minds—a psychic deluge of alternate realities, some of his battles, and glimpses of Peter's journey across the multiverse.

The mental transfer left them momentarily stunned, each processing the overwhelming cascade of information in their own way. Vision recovered first, "You are truly a unique existence," Vision stated with his tone filled with wonder.

A soft chuckle escaped Peter as the brilliant glow in his eyes dimmed slightly. "Thanks, I suppose." He paused with a hint of mischief crossing his features. "But let me show you something even more fascinating."

The ground beneath them shuddered as Peter raised his right hand. The Avengers instantly shifted into combat stances.

"What are you doing?" Steve asked with shield at the ready.

Natasha's keen gaze dissected Peter's movement. "You're just showing off. What are you planning?"

"Relax, guys." Peter's voice remained calm but there was an undercurrent of power in his words. "It's just a trick."

With a small gesture, their section of the floating island broke free, rising higher into the mirror dimension's fractured sky. Thor gripped Mjolnir tighter with electricity crackling around the hammer.

"Traveller, what sorcery are you planning now?" the god of thunder growled.

Peter's lips curved into a knowing smile. "What I'm about to do is not sorcery... let's call it... advanced science."

A device materialized in his palm—metallic, intricate, resembling a fidget spinner but humming with contained energy. In one fluid motion, he launched it toward the remaining section of the floating island. The device whirred to life, spinning faster than the eye could track, releasing waves of energy that enveloped the massive landmass. Before their astonished eyes, the island compressed and shrank until it was no larger than a tennis ball, hovering serenely in the air.

Without hesitation, Peter plucked the miniaturized island from space and, to everyone's utter disbelief, popped it into his mouth and swallowed.

"What in the Nine Realms—" Thor's voice was a mixture of horror and amazement. "Did you just eat a whole island?"

Tony raised an eyebrow, "I've seen some weird things in my life, but this takes the cake. Or the landmass, apparently."

"Don't look so surprised." Peter brushed his hands together casually. "I owe this trick to something I acquired in another reality." His thoughts turned to the Pym Particles—their infinite potential for size manipulation, the possibility of quantum realm exploration and even time travel. But those were adventures for another day, when he'd grown stronger. For now, the quantum realm would have to wait.

Before anyone could press him further, Peter waved his hand. Swirling portals materialized around each Avenger with their edges crackling with dimensional energy.

"What are you doing now?" Clint nocked an arrow though his tone suggested he already knew the answer.

"Sending you back home." Peter's voice grew distant, authoritative. "Our business here is done."

One by one, the portals claimed the Avengers, whisking them away until only Peter and Phantom remained in the fractured landscape of the Mirror Dimension.

"A flawless performance, my liege." Phantom who is beside him said, "They are surely impressed."

Peter watched the last traces of the portals fade away, "Impressed or maybe terrified." His eyes began to glow once more. "The game has just begun."

Soon those two also teleported away from the mirror dimension.

**Inside Avengers Tower**

The Avengers, along with Peter, teleported at Avengers Tower. Everyone is not even surprised by the things Peter can do anymore and also most of them were exhausted from the intense battle with Ultron and decided to take a well-deserved break. While the others rested, Natasha received a call from Fury. She stepped out to inform him about the "new guy." Meanwhile, Tony contacted Rhodey, letting him know they were safe and back at the tower.

One by one, the team began collapsing onto the sofas and chairs in the living room.

Peter chuckled as he glanced around the room. With a quick shift, his suit transformed into casual clothes: a black hoodie and blue pants. The Avengers were surprised to see his real face for the first time. Until now, they had assumed Peter was older, but he was just a teenager—barely 18 or 19 years old.

"Hold up—you're telling me all that power comes from a teenager?" Tony gestured vaguely at Peter's face. "What are you, twelve?"

"Eighteen, actually," Peter corrected with an amused smile. "Age isn't always the best measure of experience, Mr. Stark. Especially when you've lived through multiple lifetimes across different realities."

Clint leaned forward in his seat. "So in all these other universes, you're always... this young?"

Peter shrugged. "This just happens to be who I am in every universe, although time flows differently in every reality."

Bruce and Tony had tons of questions for Peter about the other realities and how he can travel between them but decided to rest for the day and have a conversion with him later.

The place was still a mess from their earlier fight with Ultron. Noticing this, Peter waved his hand, and everything returned to its original pristine state.

Tony, now free of his armour, smirked and said, "If you want to start a cleaning service, kid, you'll have to make a contract with me first."

Clint laughed. "Great. We're being outsmarted by a teenager now." Peter smiled but his attention soon shifted to Wanda who was sitting beside her brother Pietro.

The siblings seemed distant, speaking quietly to one another. With a smile on his face Peter approached them with his hands in his hoodie pockets. Noticing Peter approaching, Wanda became cautious, and Pietro mirrored her wariness.

Peter greeted them warmly and sat nearby. "How are you holding up?" he asked. Wanda glanced at Pietro, then back at Peter. "We're fine," she said cautiously.

He then began to talk about a different reality where Pietro was his friend. "You know, it's funny—I actually know another version of you, Pietro. Well, knew. He was quite different."

Pietro folded his arms. "Another reality? Sounds convenient."

Peter nodded, a glimmer of mischief in his eyes. "Don't believe me? Here."

A holographic display materialized between them, showing scenes of Peter and another Pietro fighting through city streets against some blue guy, training together, even sharing jokes during quiet moments.

Wanda and Pietro were intrigued and their wariness melting into curiosity.

Wanda's cautious demeanour began to soften. "You can travel between realities, that's an amazing power."

"Yeah," Peter replied. "But that's not the cool part. The cool part is what you're capable of, Wanda. You've got some serious potential—ever thought about learning magic?"

Wanda blinked in surprised. "Magic?" Peter nodded. "Yeah. You've got the raw power. I can show you some things if you're interested."

Pietro raised an eyebrow. "And what about me?" and Peter grinned. "Don't worry. I've got stuff for speedsters too."

The siblings exchanged a glance with their curiosity overtaking their initial wariness.

Steve who is observing the conversation from across the room smiled. "Maybe he's not as dangerous as we thought," he murmured to himself.

After some time, the Avengers headed to their respective rooms to rest. Tony personally guided Peter, Wanda, and Pietro to their quarters. As Peter bid them goodnight, he waved at Wanda with a cheerful, "See you later."

After sometime as most of the Avengers retired to their rooms, Peter found himself lingering in the living room with Vision. The two struck up a conversation, with Vision expressing a keen interest in other worlds. Their discussion delved into various topics, and Vision was captivated by Peter's knowledge.

Natasha eventually approached them. "Let the kid rest, Vision," she said.

Peter smiled knowingly. "I'll head to my room, but I already know who's waiting for me." He said the last part quietly to Natasha and she's not even surprised by his words.

With that, Peter said his goodbyes and made his way to his quarters.

**In Peter's Room**

As Peter opened the door to his room, he was greeted by the sight of a man standing with his back to him. Smiling, Peter said, "Hello, Mr. Fury. To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?"

Fury turned to face him. "You already know why I'm here, don't you…?"

Peter extended a hand. "Parker. Peter Parker. Nice to meet you." and Fury shook his hand. "I suppose I don't need to introduce myself. You seem to know me well."

Peter grinned. "Of course, I do, Mr. Fury. I also know why you're here." Then, Fury's expression grew serious. "Then let's cut to the chase, kid. What are you doing in our world?"

Peter's smile deepened at the question. "Hmmm, where should I begin?"

**Earth-10005, 1985**

Inside Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, Jean and Peter were in Jean's room.

Jean stood in front of a mirror, cycling through different outfits with just a thought. Thanks to Peter's abilities, what would normally be hours of trying on outfits had become an instantaneous fashion show.

Peter lay on her bed propped up on one elbow and is watching her with a mix of amusement and boredom. He yawned. "Come on, Jean. Let's not waste any more time, shall we? No matter what you pick, you look amazing."

Jean turned to him and pouted slightly. "But this is important! We're going to your home world, and I'm meeting your Aunt May. I want to make a good impression." She hesitated for a moment before adding, "And then there's Gwen."

At Gwen's name, Jean's expression faltered, Peter sighed and sit up slightly. "Jean, you're overthinking this. No matter what you wear, you'll be perfect. Here, let me help."

With a thought, Peter changed her outfit into a sleek, elegant dress. He added light makeup and styled her hair, enhancing her natural beauty.

"Now that's what I call stunning," Peter said while grinning.

Jean turned to the mirror and her lips curving into a smile. "Okay, I'm ready."

Peter stood up and went to her before hugging her gently and pressing a kiss to her forehead. "Don't worry. I'll be right by your side."

The plan was simple: Peter would take Jean to his home, Earth-66, to introduce her to Aunt May and Gwen. They'd been dating for more than a year in this world, and Peter felt it was time to take this step. He also wanted to reveal the truth about his powers to Aunt May.

Just as they prepared to teleport, a knock interrupted them. "Some girl's here looking for Peter," Jubilee's voice called from outside. Her tone was teasing as she added, "If your... activities are done, come to the hall."

Peter used telepathy to scan the visitor's mind and is surprised after learning her identity.

Jean sighed in frustrated. "Looks like we'll have to postpone the trip." But Peter shook his head. "Don't worry. We're still going today. But first, let's see who's waiting for us."

.

.

.

They arrived in the school's hall to find a girl about their age lounging on the couch. Her striking green hair immediately caught their attention, as did her casual demeanor. She had her legs propped up on the table in front of her in confidence.

As soon as she spotted Peter, she smiled mischievously. "Hello, Mr. Handsome. Took me a while to track you down."

Jean raised an eyebrow while crossing her arms. Her voice rang telepathically in Peter's mind, 'What did you do to her, Mr. Parker?'

Peter shot her an exasperated look before replying telepathically, 'I didn't do anything, Jean.' He then turned and addressed the girl. "Who are you?"

The girl stood up before stepping closer to Peter with a smirk. "The name's Lorna Dane. And I need to talk to you... about my father."

Jean's eyes widened slightly. She reached out telepathically, brushing the surface of Lorna's mind, and what she found left her stunned.

'Peter,' Jean said softly in his mind. 'Her father... is Magneto.'

Peter stared at Lorna who smirked at him.
