Chapter 13: **Chapter13**
**Chapter 13: Who Can Hold Me**
Damon surveyed the scene, noting how the experts of the King Realm regarded him with utmost seriousness. They began to transform into their various bloodlines, a clear indication that they were preparing for battle. Damon welcomed the challenge; he was eager to test his strength. With calculated precision, he punched, kicked, and slashed, displaying a balance and defense that seemed almost instinctual, as if he were born for combat. The experts exchanged glances, activating their treasured skills in unison.
As Damon unleashed the Dance of the Shuras, a movement technique that heightened his damage output, doubt rippled through the ranks. "Who is this Demon?" they wondered. He swung his axe wildly, taking three steps back to build momentum for a powerful axe throw. However, the seasoned warriors of the King Realm were ready; they blocked his attack and launched a coordinated strike against his chest, forcing him down to the ground. Not a single King Realm expert had fallen in this encounter; they were determined to eliminate him using their most secretive arts.
"Yes! Yes! This is it!" Damon shouted, activating Crazed Step to create space between them. "This demon's defense is insane!" The void palm barrage erupted as he skillfully blended his techniques. What the King Realm experts witnessed was surreal; everything Damon touched was obliterated.
Suddenly, two experts stepped forward—Enzo Morris and Annabel Hart, both ranked among the top one hundred in the King Realm. "You wicked creature in human form, you will perish today, I promise!" Morris declared, his anger palpable.
"Don't be so quick to make promises you can't keep," Damon retorted, assessing the formidable duo before him. Their energy surged, a testament to their strength. With a burst of speed, Damon executed Crazed Zoom, dashing toward the outskirts of Lymhrst. Morris and Annabel were taken aback by his incredible velocity, and every soul who dared to impede his path fell before him. This day would be etched into the memories of the people of Lymhrst forever.
"I, Morris, swear to take your life!" he shouted as he charged at Damon. "No, don't go, Morris!" Annabel cried out in desperation.
As Morris closed in, Damon anticipated his move. He sliced through Morris torso with his Avalonian Axe, severing it cleanly. The air filled with the anguished cries of Moris as he collapsed to his knees. Damon continued his relentless assault, hacking at Moris's back. Though he appeared lifeless, Moris was still clinging to existence, As Damon opened his void space pulling Morris in. He screamed for help, but the onlookers, paralyzed by fear, turned away, unwilling to become the next target. As the void gate closed, both men vanished, leaving the crowd in stunned silence. Their hearts sank, knowing they could only find solace until the monster returned.
Some wept, while others fled in terror, yet a few remained, captivated by the enigma of this man. It had been a month since Damon began his reign of terror across the continent of Lymhrst, but the powerful elite seemed indifferent, unaffected by his rampage. His sole focus was to reach the Demon Continent.
Finally, Damon emerged from his void space at the outskirts of Lymhrst. "I am departing for the Demon Continent. Those who dare to obstruct me will only regret it," he announced confidently. As he strolled toward the exit, no one dared to stop him. They were haunted by the horrors of the day, unwilling to tempt fate and end up in a body bag.
Yet, one woman stepped forward, blocking his path. She pleaded for her fiancé, Moris, to be returned, but Damon ignored her, continuing on his way. Helplessness washed over her; she knew there was nothing she could do to change his course."Anon!" Damon called out letting ot his 7th ranked beast as they left Lymhrst the onlookers were all shocked cause Damon had not used all his card .
Days slipped by, and tales of the event spread like wildfire, especially when they reached the Lin family mansion. The air was thick with despair, and chaos reigned.
"What a violent nature, like that of a beast," one remarked as they stepped through the threshold, searching for any signs of life.
Then, a faint voice pierced the air, pleading for help. "Help!" It was Lin Feng, his condition dire and his appearance a shadow of his former self. He was swiftly taken to the medics, urgency etched on every face.
Meanwhile, the Four Kings of Lymhrst and the leaders of the Three Great Sects convened for a crucial meeting, determined to address the tragedy that had befallen their continent, their continent was a merchant continent and was a neutral one ,at that there was no reason for such killing to happen.
