Awakening of the Adrenaline Monster

Chapter 1: Beginning

He will never be the same again, his mother was on the verge of tears when the doctor said this.

He looked at his son and his eyes filled with tears but Tom showed no emotion.

Tom felt empty as if something had been taken from him, he knew what had been taken from him but he didn't feel much of anything.

Tom was 16 years old before he was hit by a car, he still didn't have much emotion but he used to feel something.

But now he was completely empty.

The doctor continued at that moment "The part of his brain that controls emotions was damaged from birth, this resulted in a very low emotional intensity. But this accident damaged this part of his emotions almost completely and irreversibly, in fact if you look at it, it must be a medical miracle that he is alive. However, a part of my emotional part is not damaged, I am not sure which emotion this part represents but we should be able to determine this with tests, maybe we have the chance to use this emotion that is still there to bring back other emotions."

His mother was very happy when she heard this, but Tom nodded, he didn't feel anything anyway, when this part of his brain was damaged before, he was quite calm. He was actually a human being and he didn't tell his mother but he already felt very empty he even had suicidal thoughts but after this accident everything completely disappeared all his feelings.

They were erased.

He left the hospital with his mother and went home he was living in America they were a middle class family he was an only child his father was a construction worker and his mother was a tailor.

2 days later his mother hadn't forgotten what the doctor said maybe there was still hope so she wanted to take him to have fun with his father maybe he would feel something.

They would make his mother and father happy they were going to the zoo his father turned and said hey Tom are you ready to have fun Tom nodded with an emotionless face.

His father was a little sad his son had always been a calm less emotional person but now he was completely empty he was actually a little scared of him people are sensitive beings.

His father had always been a more intelligent and sensitive person towards people and when he looked at Tom he could swear he could feel a sleeping monster inside later.

He nodded to his thoughts. It was actually quite funny that such a thought even crossed his mind made him think of people obsessed with anime later.

He turned to the front and said who is ready to go to the zoo. His mother laughed again. Tom nodded emotionlessly. In fact, if you asked him what he was feeling right now, he would say nothing.

He knew what it felt like to have fun. He had never been a psychopath, but it was like a person who used to be able to see going blind. He no longer had that.

He knew what it was and how it felt, but he no longer had that. While his mother and father were playing a song and having fun, he turned his head and saw a luxury car coming towards them.

If you asked him what he was feeling, he was not afraid of anything, as if time had slowed down, but just a few seconds before the impact, he felt as if something had stirred inside him. It wasn't fear, it wasn't anger at all, it was something more primitive, more instinctive, but before he could understand what was happening, everything went black.
