Barbaric realms

"What do you think?"

Hermes observed Zeus. He knew that Zeus would think of this too, which is why he brought it up. If Zeus didn't say anything about it, then he would, Zeus looked over at Shai. She's starting at Hermes, and Shai felt his gaze on her, Shai didn't know what to think. The weapon in her grasp worked when it wanted to or when she was in incredible danger. The rest is when it wanted. It's comedic in a way.

"I know your weapon has a mind of its own," 

Shai stared at him conflicted, could he read her mind... 

"I can see it by your expression,"

Zeus gave her a grin and explained

"The fight we had explained some of what the weapon can do,"

Zeus witnessed Shai shift in her seat as he stared at her side. He noticed the weapon was fading . it was an outline of it to him. The weapon has a mind of its own, but if they can convince it to help them, then they will be able to change what happened to them. Then help the others. Ares, Athena, and Hermes waited for Zeus to respond. 

"He's taken longer to think about this than I anticipated. He must be willing to take the risk to help them," Athena thought 

"It's done. He has picked," Ares thought

"He seems to like the idea I brought forward, good, maybe we can get more than we asked for," Hermes thought

Zeus glanced at the tree, questioning them, Shai peeked at the figures and saw their stiffen appearance, they didn't want to move they watched them, hopping, Eurus felt like he was in a phantom zone watching the deities and figures talking together about a weapon that had an attitude, Eurus place his head in his hand, covering his eyes, Shai moved her gaze back to Zeus and saw that he's still waiting for her,

"The weapon is determined, but I believe it will go with what you do, Shai," Zeus told her 

"I know of it power and what it has helped me do,"

Shai stopped, the weapon shook at her side, and Shai glanced at it. It kept shaking. Shai placed her hand on it, making it stop. It glowed. Shai saw it shake when she looked at it. It had given her permission. Shai glanced at Zeus and saw he had a grin on his face.

"I believe it answered for you. Shai has our support," 

Shai felt the weight of the situation fall off of her shoulder onto the floor, Shai placed her hand off the weapon making it disappear, Hermes looked at her giving her a grin, he got off her and patting her on the shoulder, 

"I knew you would help us, Shai," Hermes said

"It didn't help with you being so close to her," Ares utters 

"I was comfortable," 

"She wasn't. I could see it from here," 

"I didn't notice that she was uncomfortable," 

Hermes looked at Shai with his eyes having a mocking look in them, He tilted his head, asking, 

"I didn't do that to you, right?" 

Shai stared at him blankly. He was trying this. Athena went to Hermes, moving him away from Shai, Hermes whined at Athenas as she looked down at Shai, giving her a nod, 

"Sorry about them, but it would seem that you might see more of it," Athena said 

"That's predictable," Shai let out 

Hermes let out an offended scoff before turning to Shai with a fake sad expression, Hermes went to lean on her chair once more but Ares stopped him, Hermes stared up at him with a nonchalant grin on his face and wanted to say something, a portal appeared behind the three, they all looked behind them, Athena made her spear appear with Ares making his axe from his back, Hermes went beside Shai glancing at Zeus, Zeus stood from his chair giving Hermes a nod, Zeus walked past the desk to be in front of Athena and Ares, Shai glanced at the figures and saw there beside Eurus, he's staring at the portal holding onto the chair, this wasn't something he experienced before. Shai looked at the portal and noticed that it wasn't like the one she had thought. It was gold, but green too. The gold outlined the portal while the green swirled. 

"That wasn't made by them," the other figure muttered

"Then who made it?" Shai let out, 

The portal stopped and someone walked, her green eyes gloed at them with a hood over her head, her hair was draped on her chest a deep red, her gaze went to Zeus but she then saw what was behind him, She knows Athena, Ares, and Hermes but who's behind Hermes stunned her. She walked to them and she looked at Zeus, He stared down at her harshly, until he noticed who she is. Zeus let out a chuckle, making the other deities turn to him, 

"Zeus?" Athena let out

He glanced at Athena, pointing at the deitie infornt of them and said,

"There is no need to worry, right, Art," 

Art smiled taking off her hood, The figure let out a faint gasp and wounder how she was be able to do that, the portals were down and the path to realms would be closed, the other figure thought the same, but, he thought of ways she could have made a portal, They put there weapons away staring at Art stunned, Shai stared at her bewildered. She's familiar, her voice, her hair, and even her eyes were remarkable, Shai noticed that Art was looking at her, and her gaze shocked Shai. it's her, isn't it? Shai got out of her chair, her gaze never leaving Arts,

"It's nice to see you again, Shai," Art said

Shai moved past her chair and walked by the deities, Shai glanced at Zeus, who stared back at her, Shai turned to Art and asked,

"Your Art?"

"I am,"

It's her, that librarian on the left of the town where her father would go frequently, where she would go to looking for her own research efforts, slowly she grew closer to Art asking her opinion with her problems, but she stopped the last week before she was teleported, Shai walks to Art who is watching her, Art noticed the conflict in Shai's eyes, Shai stopped in front of her, staring into her eyes, Almost glaring at her. Art expected for her to be angry, she could have came here to bring her home, she knew that it would cause more issue's then help the world she's in, Shai smiled at her taking Art aback when she hugged her. Her arms wrapped around Art tightly. Shai didn't want to let go. Art smile grew wrapping her arms around her, letting out,

"You missed me?"

"Just a bit,"

Shai let go, looking at her. She was smiling at her genuinely. It wasn't strained or forced but kind. Art looked behind her, seeing the figuers watching them. Art gave them a wave while Shai asked her,

"How's Father?"

"He's been better." Art let out

Shai thought he wouldn't be well, but he would move past it, finding out about her disappearances he would try and look for her, but couldn't.

"Would you like to sit down and talk Art?" Athena inquired

Art looked at them and witnessed Zeus made another chair for her, Art looked back at Shai, seeing her troubled. Art placed her hand on Shai's arm, moving her around, Shai looked at her in a daze.

"Let's go sit down, I will tell you about you, father, but I must warn you of something first," Art told her

"S... sure,"

Shai walked in front of her while Art is greeted by the other deities, Athena walked to her holding her hand to her, Art stared at Athena unsure to take her hand but dose anyway, Athena shook her hand her gaze almost glowing.

"It's been a while. Art, it nice to see you are well,"

"I could say the same Athena,"

Art lets go and doesn't see Hermes moved in font of her with a soft smile,

"Art, you look great. What your routine?"

"It's who we are, Hermes. I don't need one,"

"True,"

Hermes moved aside, flouting beside Shai's chair, Ares looked at Art, giving her a nod, Art gave him one back and sat in the chair. Zeus made her, and Art glanced at the figures,

"Nice to see you again, Figure,"

The figher clears his throat nervously, "You to Art,"

"What about me? I know you missed me?" The other figure said

"You can keep that to your imagination other figure,"

The other figher huffed, turing away, and Zeus sat back into his chair looking at Art,

"What have you come to tell us?"

Her eyes darkened almost a black green, and she opened her hand, showing a worlds cover in black. With a word that in Greek would mean captured.

"They have taken the world."
