Battle Across The Omniverse

Jayr POV - Dragon Ball Universe, Neutral Space, Nameless Planet - Age 779

As soon as Goku is declared the winner, the guests from Universe 7 start to celebrate while Piccolo comments, "I see, he used his head and thought about the tournament rules." followed by Vegeta who simply grunts in disdain, and Beerus who stands up and cheerfully exclaims, "Knocking an opponent out-of-bounds still counts as a win! Well done!"

At the same time, I take advantage of this moment, to take a closer look at the platform where Universe 7's team is sitting.

The first that catches my attention is without doubt the attendant of the God of Destruction, Whis.

Whis is a tall, thin humanoid with pale blue skin, white hair, and violet eyes just like his sister Vados on the other side, he also has rather effeminate features. 

He owns a long scepter with a gem that floats above it and is usually seen holding it in his right hand and around his neck floats a large light blue ring. 

Whis' attire consists of a maroon robe, a black cuirass with the same white and orange diamond decorations that Beerus has, and a blue sash, he also wears black high-heeled shoes with long toes resembling winklepickers with white spats.

Following Whis, I focus a bit on the God of Destruction himself, Beerus.

Like his brother and fellow God of destruction Champa, Beerus is a purple anthropomorphic cat with golden yellow eyes and large pointed ears. 

His body is hairless, and while he does have slightly muscular arms, unlike his brother he is overall very thin and bony. 

He is of a similar height to Goku, being slightly shorter, but his ears make him appear taller. 

He dons black, blue, and gold Egyptian-looking attire with the same white and orange diamond decorations as his mentor Whis.

After quickly looking at those two, I focus on the other members of the Universe 7's Team, starting with Piccolo.

He is a very tall and muscular Namekian, a green-skinned humanoid with slug-like characteristics, he has short antennae above his brow, which are protruding and pronounced while hairless, long pointy ears, pronounced canine-teeth, and talon-like nails on their fingers. 

He also has patches with red outlines on his forearms, biceps, shoulders, abdomen, thighs, knees, and shins, and three red conjoined rings on his ankles and wrists, appearing as bands.

He wears a dark purplish-blue Gi, pointy orange shoes, and red obi, he also wears a white turban with a dark purple-blue top and a white cape along with it.

Then I move on and focus on the other Saiyan in the team, Vegeta, the Prince of Saiyans.

Vegeta is a well-built man of below-average stature, standing at 164 centimeters tall. 

His hair is black like all the pure Saiyans and spikes upwards with a prominent widow's peak. 

Like most Saiyans, he possesses defined eyes with a consistently stern look to them.

He is wearing a grey bodysuit with a futuristic-looking version of his regular boots and gloves, with the boots possessing darker gold striped tips, and sleeker armor with a narrow chest plate, that possesses a dark gold stomach and lower back plate, along with a dark gold lining on the shoulder area of the armor. 

Whis also placed his insignia on the left side of the armor's chest without Vegeta noticing when they were training.

Following Vegeta, my gaze moves on to the next contestant, Monaka, the deliveryman whom the God of Destruction Beerus uses as motivation for Goku to get stronger.

Monaka is a short and slender, humanoid red alien from planet Wagashi. 

He has a wide and chubby head with pointy ears, a small, upturned nose, and large nipples that are referenced as the "Grand Ponta" and he wears a green suit and purple shoes.

Then I quickly focus on the last member of the team, the most surprising one, Cell in his Perfect Form who is calmly sitting in silence with his arms crossed and a small smirk on his face.

Cell's Perfect form is the one that most closely resembles a human appearance among all his other forms while still retaining some of his insectoid features unique to him. 

Compared with the previous forms, the face is white in color and this occurs up to the neck, its hands are also white while the eyes, mouth, and nose are like human ones. 

The part surrounding the eyes is purple in color and the part from the ears to the chin is yellow and the overall shape of his head clearly takes after the Frost Demon heritage he inherited from Frieza's and Cold's genetic material. 

He continues to have a head with the two parts protruding towards the upward but, unlike the previous form, it returns to having wings this time black in color. 

The shoulders and lower parts of the legs are black while the feet are yellow in color and also this time do not present fingers. 

The entire central part of the body is light green in color with the characteristic small dark spots. 

Behind its back, it no longer has a long tail but a small stinger from which it can eject out the Cell Jr.

Shortly after I took a brief look at Universe 7's Team, Goku responds to the crown's cheering by turning around and looking at them while scratching the back of his head before he candidly comments, "If this weren't a tournament match, I might've lost."

Suddenly, from Universe 6 side of the arena, Champa's loud voice is heard as he screams, "Cheater!" catching Goku's attention before he continues, "When we met, you pretended to be weak and slow to catch me off guard, didn't you?!"

Almost offended by the accusation, Goku quickly defends himself, "I didn't do anythin' like that. Last time we met, I was wearin' this heavy suit Whis-san made."

Champa ignores that and continues while pointing at him, "That huge beam-like technique! I won't permit the use of projectile weapons!" which makes the referee quickly explain, "Because it was a physical ability rather than a weapon, it is not in violation of the rules. Contestant Botamo also used a similar attack."

But Champa still continues to throw a tantrum, "Still, I cannot accept this! You gotta redo the match!"

At this point, Beerus can't stand his brother's unsightly behavior any longer and yells, "You're a disgrace!"

Which is quickly followed by Bulma, Krillin, and Old Kai who yell. 

"Yeah, that's right!"

"It was within the rules!"

"You're just throwing a childish tantrum. You call yourself a god!?"

At this point, every guest from Universe 7 starts booing at Champa who in response starts throwing a true childish tantrum as he lays on the floor wildly waving his arms and kicking his legs while screaming, "Damn it all! Damn it all! Damn it all! Damn it all! Damn it all! Damn it all! Damn-."

Suddenly, Vados interrupts and calms him down by saying, "Champa-sama, we don't need to win every single match. We still have four fighters left. And the next fighter is..." 

Then she stops and turns her head to look at one of the fighters of Universe 6 who immediately stands up while the referee declares, "The next person to fight the victorious Contestant Son will be... Contestant Frost!"

At the same time, Frost slowly floats down the arena and lands on the ring a few meters away from Goku.

I take advantage of this moment to take a quick look at him. 

Frost is a relatively short humanoid being, albeit with a large chestnut-shaped skull slightly with two horns that protrude at nearly 45-degree angles, he also has grey legs and a tail, which is relatively thick in width, able to crack the ground when slammed. 

He has dark blue gem plates on his head and chest, as well as similarly colored plates on his feet resembling a toe cap. 

His face is blue with grey parts and lines on his cheeks. His arms and hands are blue. 

He dons the white wrist, shin, shoulder, and hip guards with white sections with lines on the front. 

Unlike Frieza, he does not have dark lips but he wears natural armor similar to the kind Frieza wore in his own first form.

Since they are from the same race, Frost bears a heavy resemblance to the first form of Frieza, however, there are key differences from Frieza, the most noticeable is that he is blue in skin color while his torso and head are pale blue in color. 

Frost also does not have full lips and wrinkles, has rounder and smoother ears, and does not have concentric circles in the skin around his arms. 

In addition, he only dons guards on his shoulders and at each hip, whereas Frieza wore a full torso of armor, though it is also possible that the "guards" are part of his skin. 

Frost's feet also differ in that he lacks Frieza's prehensile toes and appears to wear knee-high boots and black pants, though they may be part of his body as well.

Shortly after Frost lands on the ring, Goku smiles and comments, "There you are, Universe 6's Frieza!" 

In response, Frose raises his right arm and says, "Greetings" which makes Goku comment in a surprised tone, "Whoa... even your voice is the same!"

Frost then walks up to Goku and says in a polite tone, "That was a nice fight." before he offers his hand and says, "I am honored to be able to fight against a warrior such as yourself. It's a pleasure to meet you." which makes Goku take and shake his hand while awkwardly replying, "Yeah, nice to meet ya, too."

After that, Frost moves past Goku and walks on the Universe 7 side of the arena, and then he says, "Ladies and gentlemen from Universe 7... It's unfortunate that we've been segregated into allies and enemies. But this is merely a martial arts match. In the end, we will all be able to shake hands and say that it was a pleasant experience. That's what I believe. Please, watch and enjoy our match. Thank you for your attention." then he politely bows.

While Goku, Krillin, and Bulma are surprised that Frieza's Universe 6 counterpart is so nice, Son Goza floating beside me can't help but snort and comment, "Hmpf! Yeah right... the Universe 6's Frieza is really a nice scumbag. At least our Frieza doesn't hide the fact that he is an evil piece of shit, he owns it. Meanwhile, Frost cowardly hides behind a good guy facade."

In response, Patamon chuckles and comments, "Hehehe. Well, from what I saw in the anime, Frost can still be considered a good guy, if you compare him to Frieza and other evil beings you guys had to face, at most he is cartoonisly evil. I mean, as a whole Universe 6 feels more lightheatred than Universe 7."

While Patamon is saying that, Beerus fires a weak Ki Beam at the gong floating between his and Champa's portraits whose sound signals the start of the battle which is followed by the referee who declares, "Ready... Start!"

The match begins, and Frost uses his speed to quickly throw Goku off-balance by dodging his punch, flying behind him, and hooking his legs under Goku's armpits before spinning in mid-air three times, slamming Goku on the floor and jumping back to his starting position.

Goku quickly gets and while nursing the back of his head, he asks, "What sort of attack was that? It surprised me."

In response, Frost chuckles and says, "Hehe. Excuse me. I would prefer to fight you head-on, but unfortunately our physiques are too different. Lightweight fighters have their own style of fighting." but then he notices the strange expression on Goku's face and asks, "Is something the matter?"

Hearing that, Goku calmly comments, "It seems you're just testin' my power, but... You should hurry up and transform into your final form already." which surprises Frost as he asks, "What?" 

At the same time, I hear Piccolo comment, "Hmpf. Even if he is from a different universe, he's still Frieza's counterpart."

Shortly after, Goku continues his line of reasoning, "You're plannin' to transform bit by bit while testin' my strength, aren't you?"

Frost looks back at Goku with a calm expression then he asks, "How did you know?" to which Goku replies, "Here in our universe, I fought a guy just like you."

In response, Frost smirks and says, "I see, So that's how it is." only for Goku to comment, "If you hold back against me, you might get beat before you can use your full power!"

At this point, Frost straightens his posture and says in a candid tone, "Thank you for the advice. In that case, I'll jump straight to my final form."

Then Frost lets out a loud shout as his body is enveloped in a thick, flame-like purple aura that completely blocks our sight of his body before it disperses with a blinding flash of light.

Soon the light fades away, revealing Frost's new form as a few embers of his purple aura still hover around his body for a few more seconds before fully dispersing. 

This form of Frost is very similar to Frieza's third form, though it is very likely his Second Form. 

In this form, Frost's skull is elongated, his nose combines with his mouth to form a crude beak. 

His original horns don't change their shape and there isn't any spike growing out of his back. 

His shoulder, hip, arm, and leg guards are destroyed and are all, except for the hip guards, replaced by similar guards made of biological armor with dark blue gem plates.

Shortly after he completes his transformation, Frost haughtily declares, "This is my final form." which is quickly followed by Patamon's shout, "That isn't even his final form!!"

At the same time, Champa comments in shock, "I didn't know he could transform!" followed by an annoyed Vegeta who complains, "That bastard. What does he mean, by final form? He's taking us for fools."

Frost proudly looks at Goku and asks, "Is this satisfactory?" which makes Goku casually reply, "Well, I guess. It's different from the guy I know."

Hearing that, Frost can't help but ask, "By the way, was this "me" from your universe able to defeat you?" to which Goku grins while casually crossing his arms behind his head, "You're better off not knowing."

Frost seems still calm as he says, "Is that so? I hope that my result differs." to which Goku adds, "I'm hopin' for the same. Here I come!"

After saying that, Goku rushes toward Frost, and soon the two start to fight clashing against one another and exchanging a punch, before Goku tackles Frost flying and pushing him against the borders of the barrier, and then the two start a quick series of punches constantly attacking, blocking, and counterattacking hundreds of times in the span of a few moments.

Suddenly, Frost lands a kick that pushes Goku who lands on the ring before bouncing off on the other side of the barrier's border while Frost chases after him and they repeat the same quick exchange until Goku finds an opening and takes advantage of it by headbutting Frost and creating some distance between them. 

Then Guku doesn't waste any time and continues to put pressure on Frost by firing a volley of Ki Blasts but Frost moves out of the way dodging them making the Ki Blasts clash against the barrier protecting the platform where the guests of Universe 7 are, scaring some of them.

Then Frost quickly flies toward Goku who in response fires off a quick Kamehameha but since he didn't have time to build up enough energy, the energy wave unleashed is much weaker than usual and that allowed Frost to fly right through it by simply using his Ki to form a barrier around his body until he tackles Goku into the ground like a missile.

Seeing this scene, the Referee/Commentator can't help but exclaim, "This... This is amazing!" 

Then the top of his antenna blinks in a red light and shortly after he says while the heated exchange between Goku and Frost continues, "I've just received some information. The transformation Frost went through is called his Assault Form. To prevent the tragedies of all the wars that plague the Universe 6, Contestant Frost leads the Peacekeeping Force, leaping into war-torn areas. In these cases, he uses this Assault Form. Contestant Frost provides his assistance for post-war reconstruction and aids needy children. He has been awarded the Universal Peace Prize three times for his efforts."

Hearing that, Champa can't help but comment impressed, "He's a super nice guy, isn't he?" followed by Vados who says, "I scouted him out, and told him that if he wins the competition, you'd lend your support." which makes Champa ask, "So if he loses, I won't support him?"

Vados replies without any hesitation on her part, "Of course." which makes Champa ask, "Isn't that kinda pitiful?"

At this point, Vados calmly chides him, "A God of Destruction should not say such things."

At the same time, on the other side of the arena, Krillin let out a sigh and commented, "Even though he has the same face, he's the complete opposite of what we have in our universe. Now I'm confused about who I should cheer for."

But Bulma quickly corrects him, "Isn't it obvious?" making him and the others quickly cheer for Goku.

Meanwhile, Patamon who is lying on top of my head can't help but complain, "Geez! What the heck was that? A PR stunt by a corrupt politician to make his image seem better than what it actually is!?" which makes Son Goza comment, "You aren't actually wrong... considering that his good guy persona is all a facade as he is actually starting all the wars he then stopped before buying the war-torn lands at a cheap price to then make a killing off the very lucrative post-reconstruction profits while being admired and respected for it. He is indeed like those corrupt politicians..." 

While everyone is discussing what the referee said, Frost continues his relentless assault on Goku forcing him to stay on the defensive which makes Fuwa, the Supreme Kai of Universe 6, comment, "Oh my... it seems this Frost person from our universe is going to win the fight."

In response, Old Supreme Kai chuckles and says, "Ohohoh. I'm not so sure about that."

At the same time, Frost throws a powerful punch that despite being blocked by Goku has still enough power to send the Saiyan crash to the ground of the arena, then he takes advantage of the newly created distance to point his fingers at his opponent and fire many red energy beams at him directly. 

Goku rolls out of the way as soon as he lands and dodges the barrage, but Frost doesn't stop and continues to fire until the whole ring is covered in a thick smoke, then he stops and exclaims in fake worry, "Oh no, did I overdo it?"

Soon the smoke clears away revealing the figure of Goku who is still completely fine as he shakes off the dust from his body and clothes before he looks at Frost with a smile and says, "I'm finally gettin' fired up. I'm a bit of a slow starter. Thank you!"

Hearing that, Frost can't help himself from asking in shock, "You're telling me you weren't fighting at full power? This is quite humbling."

In response, Goku ignores what Frost just said and declares, "You're a cunning guy." which confuses and worries Frost as he repeats, "A cunning guy?"

Goku then directly asks, "You're hidin' at least one more transformation, right? You're thinkin' of the upcomin' matches and savin' it for later!"

Curious by Goku's affirmation, Frost asks, "What do you base this on?" to which Goku honestly replies, "Because I'm doin' the same thing."

Shortly after saying that, Goku roars as a golden flame-like aura is released by his body and he goes through the very iconic Super Saiyan Transformation as his eyes become noticeably sterner and more defined with the color changing to green and his hair becomes blond and stands with no loose strands.

The people of Universe 6 are very surprised by this sudden change especially Champa who asks, "What's that? Hey, you! Saiyan can transform?!"

Cabba, the Saiyan from Universe 6, who is equally as shocked as Champa immediately turns toward the God of Destruction waving his hand and denies, "No! I've never seen or heard of anything like this before."

At the same time, Beerus yells, "Universe 6! This is a Super Saiyan!" followed by Goku who declares, "I won't be holdin' back anymore. Let's do this with all our power! Show me your final form!"

Hearing that, Frost looks at Goku and says, "The reason I was hiding my true final form, was not for the purpose of saving it for later, like you assumed."

After saying that, Frost roars as he unleashes a massive quantity of Ki to the point that it creates a small star momentarily blinding everyone else with its brightness, then when the light fades away, Frost reveals his Final Form to all.

Frost's Final Form is the form that Frost is born in, being his "true" or "base" form. 

In this form, Frost becomes a short, white lizard-like, almost harmless-looking creature, his horns, and spikes disappear and his physique becomes streamlined. 

Unlike his first form, Frost has pure white boots, shins, and wristbands and the skin on his face becomes white with thin black lines running down from the middle of his eyes. 

He retains the blue arms and black legs of his previous forms, with the addition of small poisonous needles in his wrists that are almost impossible to notice if one doesn't know about them and actively looks for them.

After transforming, Frost explains, "In my Final Form, it's quite difficult to control my power. Because of this, I once accidentally killed an evil-doer, when there was no need to do so. Since then, I've kept this Final Form of mine sealed away, however... Goku-san, I believe you to be capable of handling this Final Form." to which Goku sternly replies, "Yeah, there's no need to hold back!"

Hearing that, Frost smirks and says, "I'm glad that I met you. Now then." before he powers up and unleashes a powerful flame-like purple aura and dives toward Goku while yelling, "This is my unrestrained power!"

Frost throws a powerful punch that Goku easily catches much to Frost's shock but the resulting clash still makes the whole planet shake, then Goku throws a simple punch that hits Frost and sends him crashing against the barrier borders.

Despite the lost exchange, Frost doesn't give up and attacks Goku once more, but the result is still the same showing that Frost is completely outclassed as he is being knocked around several times.

At this point, Goku asks, "Is this the limit of your power? You seem like a nice guy, so I don't want to beat you up too much. I suggest you give up."

Frost slowly gets up from the floor while saying, "I appreciate your concern. But I cannot agree with your suggestion. In order to eliminate war from my world, I must win this competition and earn Champa-sama's assistance!"

Shortly after saying that, Frost lets out a roar and attacks Goku with a rush of punches that Goku easily parries and deflects until he counterattacks with a punch to the stomach and his own rush of punches which all land true pushing Frost back.

With his knees shaking, Frost barely stands while saying, "No matter what, I'll stand up again, and never give up. I have a responsibility to live up to the children's expectations, that's why I came here in the first place."

After saying that Frost throws another weak punch which Goku blocks, however, Goku starts to suddenly look very tired and starts panting heavily, and then, Frost then knocks Goku out of the ring, and Goku falls on the floor, defeated much to the shock of everyone else.
