[mmmh] After Erina killed all of the knights, she got this notification.
[Common Egg Token?] Erina opened her system and looked closer into it. She scrolled down a little and saw two blue tabs. Knowing what the [Inventory] already does, as it is pretty self-explainable, she mentally clicked on the [Hatchery] and saw 5 wheels with a whole bunch of species names on each wheel.
The 5 wheels each had a large sign overhead that said 'legendary', 'Epic', 'Rare', 'Uncommon', and 'Common'.
On each of these wheels, there was stuff from games and anime. She saw stuff from raptors, hawks, and dragons!!!!!
[What the fuck is all this!] She thought to herself, there were so many species unknown to her.
There was something called a Quetzalcoatl, Coloborhynchus, Spector Prime, Shantien, and something called a… Ulfhedinn?
She doesn't play many videos or watch a lot of anime. She mostly plays Pokemon or Animal Crossing, if not, she just watches her brother play video games.
After spotting a few Pokémon among the species names on the common wheel, she felt a spark of excitement. Eager to see what she might get, she pressed the bright red button in front of the wheel, watching it begin to spin rapidly.
It only spun for 10 seconds before it immediately stopped, with a red arrow on the bottom of the wheel landing on…

Sending Egg to [Nest]
—
Erina looked around the [Hatchery] tab as the entire screen changed, it faded to black only to reappear. The 5 wheels were still in front of her, but the entire [Hatchery] had a barn theme to it as the entire background was a... barn.
She swiped her finger mentally to reveal more of the [Hatchery], and the sight was astonishing. Thousands of nests in all shapes and sizes filled her screen, stretching out in every direction. The nests varied in structure and design, each suggesting different types of creatures and species. The sheer scale was almost overwhelming
Some nests she saw were made up of mud, metal, sticks, and even... flesh?
Yeah... she was just going to ignore that nest.
But as she looked around more, she spotted a black egg with yellow and white stripes lying in a patch of soft hay with the numbers (20/20) Days floating over it. It was hiding behind a large metal nest, but luckily she saw it in the corner of her eye.
Anyway, she looked at the Indominus Egg and clicked on it.

A growl left Erina's body as she read the quest. [Inquisition? What the fuck. Should I even do this? Mmmm]
Erina wasn't too sure if she should do the quest. Killing more people, that would make her feel… wait?
[I didn't feel anything when I killed those people. I don't feel weird or sick? Meh, I guess they were just ants to me!] Whatever happened during her talk with the ROB or her death, has massively warped her personality.
No… that didn't change her, it was just how she was before anything. Honestly, she and her brother were always weird compared to other kids. Maybe they were a little fucked up in the head as they grew, but hey, who cares.
Anyway, Erina stopped looking at her system and looked behind her, seeing all sorts of people on their knees with their heads on the floor. She was kinda surprised by this, but for some reason, she felt…
Excitement shivering through her body. She didn't know why she felt like that, but it felt good seeing people bow to her. But she quickly snapped out of her excitement as she decided to start the quest.
It was a bit difficult at first, but by mentally grabbing the egg and pulling it out of the screen. She was able to give the Idominous Rex egg to the person at the very front, an old tiger demi-human whose name was unknown to her. If the system could trust the egg to these people, then it should be safe for her to leave the egg with them.
Just giving them a small wave with her claws, she followed the trails left by the humans. There was a small cart that was filled with food and other stuff, but she left it as the others behind her would definitely need it. So, she continued on her path through grassy plains.
Other than seeing the occasional bird flying through the sky and some sort of rabbit rustling through the grass. There wasn't much to see, even after walking for several hours. Thankfully she didn't feel tired at all from walking but as the sun slowly started to disappear.
2 moons slowly appear from the horizon, taking over for the sun as the stars shone brightly. For someone like Erina, this was her first time seeing how beautiful the night sky can be with no light pollution.
She was amazed by all the stars in the sky, and with how amazing her new eyes were, she was able to see all sorts of galaxies and nebulas up in the night sky.
Erina decided to take a small break and to relax as she watched the night sky. It was pretty peaceful, she even thought about taking a small nap but changed that plan quickly as she saw a thick cloud of black smoke rising in the air.
She quickly got up and noticed that the path she was taking led directly to the black smoke.
[Dammit, just as I'm about to take a nap. I'm going to guess the Inquisition over there. Ok, Come on Erina, you can do this. They're right over there. Just do some stomping and clawing!] Cheering herself on, she closed her eyes as she felt the energy within her start to move.
She first felt this energy when she first fought those humans, and by guiding the energy to certain places, she could strengthen herself and her powers.
Sending some of her plasma energy throughout her entire body, she could feel her body strengthening as thin dark purple lines spread everywhere.
A normal Slaughter Spine wasn't capable of manipulating plasma energy at will, nor could it amplify its physical abilities beyond its inherent strength. Erina, however, possessed this ability.
Within her power core lay this reason, a radiant purple crystal nestled at the very center, steadily emitting plasma energy. This crystal, unlike any Slaughter Spine energy source, infused Erina with plasma that she could channel and control with remarkable precision, allowing her to enhance her own physical prowess and freely wield the raw plasma element to enhance her abilities.
