Chapter 12: Disdainful Hou Hong

"What are you doing? Stop it!" Seeing Brother Long's sudden move, the prison guard patrolling the wall immediately fired a warning shot. Soon, several tall prison guards rushed into the playground and stepped forward to pull Brother Long and Hou Hong away.

"What's going on? Are you itching?" the prison guard yelled angrily. Seeing the prison guard hitting him with a baton and scolding him, Hou Hong also stared angrily but did not dare to take action. Although there are laws in the prison to protect prisoners from violent beatings, that is only true if the prisoner does not strike first. Prison guards have the right to use violence if a prisoner dares to strike first.

"Silly bird, you are so blind, this bastard did it first!" Although he didn't dare to take action, Hou Hong still dared to say something bad. Seeing Hou Hong insulting him, the prison guard's eyes suddenly turned cold, just when the prison guard was about to say something, Brother Long spoke. "Brother Hou, what's going on? Why is that boy Chen Erlong siding with the prison guard?" A younger member asked carefully. 

"Damn it, how should I know? Is Chen Erlong stupid? Why is he so obedient?" Looking at Chen Erlong from a distance, squatting like a good boy in the corner of the playground, Hou Hong's brows almost knitted together. 

"No, this isn't right. Something must have happened during the past few days since they were detained. Go and call Liu San over." Hou Hong knew very well what kind of bastard Chen Erlong was. Like himself, this guy was secretly entrusted by the Scaro Group and was transferred to the Iron Castle Prison for the purpose of causing trouble.

Logically speaking, a few days in jail for seasoned prison guards like Liu San and Chen Erlong were just minor inconveniences. Why were they so frightened by the mention of solitary confinement?

After repeated questioning, Liu San finally revealed the truth to Hou Hong. "What did you say? The prison sent a butcher to hunt you down?" After listening to Liu San's description, Hou Hong couldn't help but widen his eyes. Seeing his expression, Liu San couldn't help but smile bitterly. 

To be honest, if the memories in that abandoned manor weren't so profound, Liu San would have thought it was a nightmare. Shaking his head, Liu San sighed. "Brother Hou, I know it's hard to explain all this, but you must believe me. The current warden of Iron Castle Prison definitely knows some magic. We were trapped in that abandoned manor and were constantly being killed and resurrected. That feeling is really..."

At this point, Liu San's body began to tremble involuntarily as if he recalled some painful memories. The surrounding prisoners were stunned. Wasn't this a horror story? After staring at Liu San's eyes for a long time, suddenly, a burst of laughter broke the silence. Everyone immediately looked toward the laughter, and it was Hou Hong who laughed.

"Hahahahaha! Let me tell you, Liu San, you eggless coward, how could you be locked up in a dark room until you even had hallucinations? By the way, haven't you taken too many drugs?" Hou Hong sneered at Liu San's account. "Are you kidding me? Can you even say such ridiculous things as resurrection? Do you think you're playing a game?" After laughing, Hou Hong waved his hand with disdain in his eyes. "Go away, trash!"

Seeing the contempt in Hou Hong's eyes, Liu San sighed and turned around silently, without explaining anything more. In Hou Hong's eyes, Liu San could see that Hou didn't believe him at all. But Liu San didn't care. It would be strange to expect a reckless man like Hou Hong, who was full of muscles and only knew how to fight, to believe him.

"Silly dog, I'll see what you do after you're locked up in the dark room." Sneering in his heart, Liu San had a premonition. Hou Hong was in trouble!
