Chapter 14: Are You Really Looking For Death?

Three days later, under Hou Hong's deliberate provocation, a fight broke out in the cafeteria.

"Warden, no luck, another prisoner is rioting!" Prison guard Wang Lide hurriedly pushed open the door of Yang Chi's office and said anxiously.

"What? Looking for death!" At this, Yang Chi, who was reading in his office, was shocked. He quickly observed the prison situation through the God's perspective in the system. Sure enough, several prisoners were frantically attacking those around them in the cafeteria. "Uncle Wang, send the riot squad quickly!" he ordered.

"Yes!" Wang Lide hurriedly left the office, while Yang Chi looked on with a grim expression. Yang Chi had hoped that subduing some prisoners earlier would be effective, but now these prisoners seemed even more violent. It seemed that someone was secretly controlling them. Fortunately, the evaluators from the Human Alliance had not yet arrived. If they had seen the riot, Yang Chi dreaded to think how serious the consequences would be. The thinnest prisoner among them was Hou Hong, but even he was over 1.8 meters tall and muscular. He was imprisoned for beating someone to death. The other two, twin brothers Shi Meng and Shi Lian, were strong men, each standing 1.9 meters tall and weighing over 200 kilograms. They were retired Human League soldiers imprisoned for intentional murder. The last prisoner, perhaps the most formidable, was a 2.2-meter-tall man with tattoos covering his body. Nicknamed Black Bear, Chen Gao was an underground boxing champion and fighting expert, imprisoned for stabbing his employer to death during an argument.

Looking at their files, Yang Chi's mouth couldn't help but twitch. These were all serious criminals who, in different circumstances, would have been executed. However, due to the protection of prison laws, these brutal offenders still survived.

Taking a deep breath, Yang Chi frowned and looked at the four individuals. "What's going on with you four? Why are you making trouble?" He gently knocked on the table and spoke coldly.

Unexpectedly, Shi Meng, Shi Lian, and Black Bear all looked at Hou Hong, who sneered hearing Yang Chi's question. "None of your business!" Hou Hong retorted.

Yang Chi was stunned by this response. Seeing their arrogance, prison guard Wang Lide's face dropped. He pulled out the baton from behind and pressed it against Hou Hong's cheek.

"What did you just say? Try calling me again?" Being beaten by Wang Lide with his baton, Hou Hong's eyes were full of defiance as he said fiercely, "You b*****d, is it great to have a weapon in your hand? If you have the ability, let's practice together!" 

"You want to die, right? Come on, let's practice." After hearing this, Wang Lide was furious. It was so arrogant, so arrogant. Wang Lide never thought that a prisoner could be so insolent. Just when Wang Lide was about to take action, Yang Chi, who was behind him, suddenly spoke up. 

"You are the people sent by the Scaro Group to cause trouble, right? If I guessed correctly, you should be Hao Ziqiang's people?" Sure enough, after Yang Chi mentioned "Hao Ziqiang," panic flashed in Hou Hong's eyes. 

"What Hao Ziqiang, I don't know." 

"Ah, poor tactics. Although I don't know what purpose you had in provoking me, I have to admit that you succeeded." After saying that, Yang Chi looked at Wang Lide, who was beside him. 

"Captain Wang, take them to Room 0 in the West District and lock them up for seven days as before!"

"Yes, Warden." Wang Lide was shocked when he heard about Room 0. Taking a deep look at Yang Chi, Wang Lide remembered how Chen Erlong and others had also spoken nonsense in front of Yang Chi before, but after being locked up in Room 0 for seven days, each one was now more honest than the other. Wang Lide wasn't the only one who reacted to Room 0; Hou Hong on the other side reacted similarly. Hearing that Yang Chi was going to lock him in Room 0, Hou Hong secretly rejoiced. In this way, he had completed the task assigned to him by Brother Zhou. Observing Hou Hong's expression, Yang Chi became more certain that the prisoner was causing trouble with a purpose. Is it because they want to explore what is in Room 0? 

Thinking of this, Yang Chi showed a strange expression. It has to be said that there are really people in this world who are looking for death. Soon, the four people were escorted down, and after a while, Wang Lide returned to the office. 

"Uncle Wang, are they all locked up?" 

"Well, they're all locked up, but Xiaochi, I feel like something's wrong with this." Hearing what Wang Lide said, Yang Chi smiled lightly. "Of course, something is wrong. If I guessed correctly, the four of them were asked to cause trouble. As for the purpose, it's probably to find out what is in Room 0."

"Huh? Then you still lock them in Room 0?" Wang Lide was worried after hearing what Yang Chi said. In his view, Yang Chi must have some secret in Room 0 that can subdue these prisoners, but since Yang Chi doesn't want to tell anyone this secret, it probably violates the rules. In this case, isn't Yang Chi afraid of exposing the secret by letting Hou Hong and others in? Understanding what Wang Lide meant, Yang Chi shook his head and smiled.

"Don't worry, Uncle Wang, the four of them can't cause any trouble, but I need you to do me a favor and investigate who Hou Hong came into contact with after Chen Erlong came out of Room 0. If I guessed correctly, the person who had contact with Hou Hong should be the little leader sent in by the Scaro Group."

"Okay, I understand." Yang Chi's words made Wang Lide's expression become solemn. He nodded and left the room, while Yang Chi slowly closed his eyes, allowing his thoughts to enter the world of Dead by Daylight. As for the next step, he planned to control the new butcher "Nurse" and have fun with these four guys.
