The chaotic clown

"What the hell is this feeling !" I asked out loud. I didn't know why, but suddenly for some reason I started feeling bad. Explaining the exact feeling was impossible. But it was certain that it was something bad.

Looking towards Usopp, I saw him trembling for some unknown reason. A bloodthirsty grin has appeared on the face of Zoro.

"I don't know why, but someone strong is here. The person is very strong." Zoro started to tremble. But from the glint in his eyes I could tell that he was not trembling from fear. Because of his excitement he was trembling like that.

I knew that the world's greatest swordsman, Hawkeye Mihawk would show up in the canon during the Baratie arc while chasing Krieg pirates because he was bored. But I have already destroyed the Krieg pirates. So even if because of some fate bullshit, Mihawk shows up anyway, he has no reason to flare his presence like that. Or is there something else because of which I was feeling like this ?

"Let's go out ! We wouldn't know what is coming if we don't go out in the first place." Zoro said to me, and got up from his seat to go out.

"Hey ! Zoro, wait, don't go out !" Usopp called out to Zoro while panicking.

"Hey Nami ! Stop him ! It is dangerous !" Usopp pleaded with me but I got up and went behind Zoro.

"If you stay here then you will be completely defenseless. Even if there is some danger coming this way, it would be a lot safer near Luffy and Zoro rather than staying separately ourselves. So quit bitching and follow him !" I told Usopp and then quickly followed Zoro.

When I came out, I found Zeff, Luffy and Sanji were already standing on the fin shaped deck. I reached there following Zoro. Usopp, Johnny and Yosaku followed me out. Blue, who was sitting on the roof of the Baratie, landed beside me. From her expression, she was also very nervous.

"So you younglings noticed it too ?" Zeff glanced at us but he looked Luffy more intensely than anyone else.

"What is it, old man ? What is happening ? Why did all of these people come out ? No, more importantly, why did you come out ?" Sanji asked with a confused face.

If I have to guess then he is here following either Zeff or Luffy.

"I don't know…but first some reason I am getting a tingling feeling in my body. I rarely feel it when something really dangerous is going to happen." Luffy said seriously.

"Hmmm… Well, with how serious you looked, for a moment I thought you had awakened observation haki… But I have to give it to you, lad. Your instincts are quite sharp." Zeff commented looking at us.

"Wait, you can use observation haki ?"

""What is observation haki ?"" I, Luffy and Zoro asked simultaneously.

I was really surprised that Zeff could use observation haki. It was silly of me. Considering that even canon Zeff was a possible user of observation haki, I shouldn't be surprised that this Zeff is a confirmed user of observation haki.

The old man glanced at us again and started explaining about the two basic types of haki. It was the usual staff I knew already. After explaining about haki, the old man dropped another bomb on us.

"Actually there are two big threats coming our way."

Zeff's statement shocked me but what was more shocking was the Clown flag that appeared on my sight a couple of minutes later.

I immediately recognised the flag. It belonged to none other than clown pirates led by Buggy the harlequin.

I had never thought I would see this flag ever.

'Don't tell me ! Buggy is actually the one who was exuding that powerful presence. No, the most concerning thing is if Buggy is really an emperor level threat and has been hiding her powers and laying low in the east blue like those fanfics, then we might get into a lot of trouble for real.' I started panicking. But panicking won't do any good in this situation. So I started thinking about any plans in order to escape the situation in any unforeseen circumstances.

"Luffy, be careful. The pirate on that ship has the highest bounty in the east blue." I just warned Luffy and silently ordered Blue to take off high in the sky.

But not even a moment later, my eyes widened in horror when a large blue sword slash appeared from the ship in the distance. Considering that the ship was in the horizon and the slash reached us in only a couple of seconds, and was covering almost the entire Baratie restaurant, it was not an attack that should be taken carelessly.

But just when I was panicking, Zeff jumped up and with a swing of his leg, created a massive sword slash of his own. The slash went away and met the other slash in the middle of the ocean. The deafening sound of the clash of both the attacks shook the sea. The shock wave was strong enough to generate large waves to disrupt the entire floating restaurant.

I was panicking. But fortunately the next attack never came. My heart pounded as I waited holding my breath. The people around me except for Luffy and Zeff were in similar situations. As the ship came closer, I saw the familiar figure of Buggy the harlequin on the clown figurehead of the ship.

"Long time no see…. Red leg Zeff…" the tall woman, with a harlequin costume and clown like makeup said boisterously. She was around 9 feet tall. Her silky blue hair has been tied into a ponytail behind her back. And the way it was swaying in the wind despite her coat, was proof that she was maintaining her hair with some high quality products.

"What are you doing here… Buggy the harlequin ?" Zeff asked coldly.

"*Sigh* It has been years since I last saw you. Is that how you greet an old friend….. master ?" Buggy said with a big smile completely ignoring our presence.
