After leaving the conference, I took off into the air and flew towards Vought Tower which now had a huge seven sign embedded into it.

It was done a year ago, Mr Edgar proposed the creation of an elite team called 'The Seven' which is pretty lame if you ask me.

He has already informed me of the potential members with me occupying a special position in it.

After a while I landed at the entrance, it was currently in the evening so the vicinity was somewhat empty.

I entered and headed towards the elevator. Upon entering, I pressed the fifty button which made the elevator close and ascend.

<Ding>

Two minutes later, I arrived at the floor and headed towards the last room on the carpeted corridor. 

I passed by a couple of rooms and saw a couple of female employees still at work.

The floor wasn't large so in a couple of minutes, I arrived and entered the room.

A large luxurious office painted with black and white colors came into my view.

It has everything from a mini bar, bookshelves, a flat and sleek desktop computer and television with a 'V' logo on them, a floor to ceiling window in front of the room and two large black sofas facing each other.

Vases with flowers covered the four corners of the room enhacing the room's beauty with a black carpet covering the floor.

This is my personal office in the tower. The floor also belongs me, the female employees working on this floor are also under me.

As the manager, head researcher and majority shareholder of 'Vought Tech' a subsidiary that was founded to manage and create more revolutionary technology.

Due to a deal I had with Mr Edgar, i was the person with the most authority in the company with him being the second.

It was a win-win deal, I help him become the CEO and he helps me establish a company of my own even if it's still affiliated with Vought.

I just hacked his opponents and gave him all the information he needs, they are as fucked up as supes I'll tell you that. 

The information I got was enough to screw them five times over and Mr Edgar did an excellent job of utilizing that information.

The less cooperative ones were disposed of silently..... let's just say their heads became mashed potatoes the very next day they wanted to rebel. 

Due to his cruelty and my help, he easily got the position. And I made sure he didn't make me a conventional superhero.

I stopped thinking of him and removed my heavy clothing leaving, I was wearing a black long sleeved Tshirt, black jeans, white Nike sneakers and Silver Chain on my neck underneath.

I then went towards the mini bar and poured myself a tequila. I have an advanced metabolism so getting drunk is very hard for me but I still enjoy them.

Legally, I'm not supposed to drink but money comes with a lot of privileges and who in their  right mind will try to question 'Deva'.

I chuckled when I thought of my name and went to the floor to ceiling window and gazed upon the nightlife of New York City.

I could see my reflection on the window and this made me reminisce about the past seven years since I've grown a lot compared to that time.

My physique alone has drastically changed. I'm now one hundred and eighty eight centimeters in height with a lean robust body due to all the workout I've done.

My face has also lost its baby fat giving my face its ideal shape with my eye color a bit brighter.

All in all, I've grown to become to very attractive and that's a fact as I get countless love letters from my female admirers across the globe.

Ever since my debut, I did a lot revolutionary things. With my help, we monopolized the health sector in regards to Cancer and this brought a lot of profit to the company.

I also published two more substantial papers regarding Genetically modifying crops and farm animals. 

Due to my papers, USA and other countries have started using genetically modified crops which has faster yield, an increase in size and high resistance to diseases. 

There were large scale protests about using artificially modified crops and farm animals but since there were no side effects and it was proven to be as healthy as the organic ones, they were shut down.

I want to focus more on technology in this universe as that's the future. I will release scientific research papers later on if I feel like doing so as the ones I've published are enough for now.

When the IBM of this universe released the first smartphone in nineteen ninety four, I had an epiphany. 

Why don't I also create a more better and advanced smartphone? This was the question I asked myself and by combining Samsung's future designs, I launched the 'VI' series a year later.

I based it off the early versions of the Samsung Galaxy models with a lot of apps created by yours truly, making it a well desired phone. 

My reputation also helped in its marketing and this made it very sought after.

I branched to laptops and computers two years ago, making Vought Tech dominate the market.

Vought Tech became a Billion dollar company just last year and coupled with the occasional modeling, brand ambassador and acting side jobs I became the youngest Billionaire.

My life has been pretty exciting in this couple of years, I've finally fulfilled my desire of being rich.

I never knew it will be this easy, in just seven years I've become one of the richest people in this world and also one of the most famous too with my 'Deva' moniker.

Sigh... all that's left is for me to break my virginity now and also get as much influence and strength as possible. 

I have a feeling I will hit a roadblock a couple of years from now, I'm very powerful now but it's not enough. 

I've been tracking John or should I say Homelanders progress and he has practically improved. If seven years ago he was an ant, then now he is a bona Fide elephant.

I can't block his attacks solely using my body now, his strength level has become frightening.

I will still beat him in a fight but It wouldn't be that easy now, his muscle density is so high that even if I want to attack him Internally it will take very long to do so.

All that hard work wasn't for nothing I guess, his mental health is the only thing that will tie him down.

The guy has several screws lose I'll tell you that. I'm not one to talk as I'm far worse but the difference between how screwed up we are in the head is that I can prevent mine from showing while he cant.

I already have the secret formula of the serum so if the roadblock does indeed happen, I know what to do. I won't allow myself to ever stagnate.

I toke out my custom 'VX' model phone which was similar to GalaxyS and answered the call.

"Natasha?"

"Good evening Sir, I just want to ask when you will come back so that I can prepare your dinner."

A sweet but mature voice replied from the phone.

"I will be back shortly so please prepare my dinner."

I responded calmly.

"Okay Sir, then see you later."

<Beep>

She ended the call.

She was Natasha, a woman in her early thirties. 

She was once an actress but since she didn't get any famous roles she decided to quit for a while and become my maid for a year after getting the recommendation from a director who I'm acquainted with.

She has been trying very hard to seduce me but I haven't budged, I've been waiting for her to turn desperate. 

She wants to use me to become high in the industry so I want to see how far she is willing to go to achieve it.

I'm going to test her patience tomorrow, Its time to relieve my urges and since she can be classified as a milf, it's going to be so much fun.

A nefarious grin covered my face as I drank my drink and thought of all the things I'm going to do to her tomorrow.
