Creating Characters in One Piece

I'm a non English speaker and my writing is basic at best. One piece plot will stay the same with some additional changes to include my characters impact to the story and the og characters of one piece.

Here's the ranks/ stages of abilitys:

Initial-> Rookie-> Basic-> Intermediate-> Professional-> Expert-> Mastered

Will add more as the story progresses.
