'What's happening there?' Axel asks [Raphael] and is informed of the death of Achilles and Siegfried which causes him to frown as he didn't expect that the dragon would grow strong enough to do that, especially under the teamwork of Raikou and Tulips. [Raphael] tells him that the dragon had technically been killed but transferred its soul to its blood, possessing it until it could devour its own flesh and reform into a proper human form. 

That revelation certainly stings Axel much more than the laws of poison he is taking into himself. Raphael continues to share what is happening outside to Axel but there is a pause upon hearing that Raikou lost her leg to the dragon. An intense red aura encircles Axel as the clouds are painted red in his manifested rage. Yet he does not lose his mind as he forms a clone and teleports it to Raikou to heal her.

[Raphael, take over] Axel sets up a shell to contain the energy so it cant ravage his reality marble, Raphael or his soul. He then begins to fight with the dragon, grabbing the oncoming attack and breaking the dragon's wrist, the two are properly face to face for the first time. Axel happily took on the damage to process the devoured energy of the dragon to find that the souls of the two heroes were not fully devoured and so he stabbed out and ripped them out of the hollows chest. 

"You…get nothing" The divine soul orbs disappear into Axel's world as he directly crushes the wrist and then splits OED in half from head to crotch with a chop. 

Chunks of flesh and blood go flying everywhere but it is not the end of the hollow as threads detach from both halves and then reattach itself. The hollow shakes its head at the profound experience as it shakes its left hand which stretches out its wrist back to normal.

A calm gaze from the hollow meets Axel sharp glare as sparks of various energies come off him. 

BOOM Crackle. The two immediately lash out at each other but the hollow knows that the more it distracts Axel, the better it will be for it as the dragon senses the raging energies inside Axel's body trying to rip him apart. Fists from Axel meet the palms of the dragon

While the hollow is knocked back a bit with every strike, and it doesnt look to be hurt at all, the regularly present smirk on its face is frozen as the physical power of Axel's attacks are low but it has noticed that there is a gathering of elemental energy inside its body which constantly grows with each strike and it can't get rid of it. 

The hollow decides to try dodging which it succeeds at first but then Axel learns to predict where it will be through a [time law-Future sight], so he mixes in feigns with his attacks which cause the hollow to move in specific directions that he saw in the 'future' and can now attack them with his proper attacks. 

When Axel is satisfied with the buildup with energy, he allows it to burst out, each with the force of an volcanic eruption, in fact, his head bursts out into fire as the skin around its neck is melted down from the fire and then it spreads to the rest of the head. Its chest is frozen solid and then shatters to reveal a miniature waterfall with all of the hollows internal organs shredded into slurry chunks under the build up of high pressure water and ice. 

Arms are blasted off by lightning, only leaving fire mark stumps at the shoulders, while the legs are directly turned to stone, so when it tried to move, its legs shattered into smaller rocks, not a single sign of the original flesh there. 

While this all may have sounded impressive, the dragon was rapidly healing even as the elements were bursting out at the same time. Though its energies do rapidly dwindle under the constant elemental attacks including the nonstop fists from Axel which are now filled with proper strength that are blowing off chunks as Axel's strength far outpaces Tulips golden hands. The only thing he lacks is the conceptual ability to crush anything in sight.

But with time he could develop his own conceptual technique to compliment his physical power thanks to the accumulated number of laws in his body. Yet he can not do that at the moment with [Raphael] preoccupied and Axel fighting. But for a battle-maniac like Axel, he has already been contemplating such abilities for a while now since he entered demi-godhood through Asuras Ritual. 

After holding the minor laws of strength and major law of wrath within himself for as long as he did, he set up the framework for his divine ability otherwise called Arcanum. If he didn't tear out his own divine origin, he could have used this ability to set up the foundations of his true godhood a long time ago. Yet he was always lacking a little something to achieve this and was too worried about his family to reach the pinnacle of his concept.

But now, now, he has the necessary information and the spirit to complete his technique. Utilizing the law energy within his Rhongomyniad, his fist is coated in a dense black energy that swirls around said fist. His arm is shaking due to the instability of the present technique but if he never uses it, he cant find out how to make it better himself. 

Bang, the fist collides with the hollows left arm and it visibly begins to snap apart, leaving only ash and dust but the hollow is able to channel energy to stop it's spread so it only loses a single arm which it quickly regenerates. Axel's arm was also affected by this destructive energy but unlike the hollow, he cant regenerate it since the law energy quickly gathers into the opening but the shell prevents it from moving deeper and instead gets absorbed by [Raphael] and [Great Devourer]

[(1)]The original concept behind this attack but Axel's inability to outright destroy a monster's body with a single strike. Sure he was able to do that anyways with raw power, but only to weaker normal beasts, no, Axel wanted to do this to Rex's regardless of grade or floor. A time when he had simpler needs. [(1-2)] 

BANG

The second attempt is formulated and unleashed with more preparations against any backlash he could experience as well as attempting to prevent the hollow from 'wearing down' this attack to stop it. The attack landed on the hollows waist as it had attempted to cero Axel's fist. 

The energy beam was the first to be destroyed under the 2nd attempt before it landed on its waist. It lost a lot of power from destroying the cero and so only a part of the hip was broken. Axel did not suffer from injuries this time around but was weakened in his attacking arm, not enough to properly hurt him or delay him from trying again as he also regenerated his wounds.

[(2)] (continues from here) This idea now culminates in this attack which could be done with a fist, a sword, bow, hammer or any other gathering of weapons. Destruction of energy, matter, all that Axel envisions will be broken, unable to ever recover. A technique that goes against the very order of the universe.

Law of Destruction Divine Ability- Ashes To Ashes.

BOOOM.

The clouds of law energy retreat away as Axel formally creates his technique, giving a brief opening for Raphael to give feedback to accelerate the techniques final growth, yet the result of the current blow was enough.

It had struck the hollows right foot which it tried to block Axel with to no avail, and then began to eat away at it until it reached the hip and then continued on by traveling outwards in all directions. Left to get the other leg which quickly turned to dust without the support of any of the hollows energy, as well as up and around, chunking out the hollows waist and then chest. Gradually spreading to its shoulders and neck. 

Any of its attempts to suppress the destructive energy is fruitless as the soul energy is devoured and converted into more destructive energy that speeds along the hollows destruction. It can only cut off its own head before the divine ability could reach it. It also unsheathes the rapier that was in its left hand after its waist was destroyed. The rapier is unsheathed and a burst of soul energy is released into the surroundings, pushing Axel back. As they lose track of each other.

I wanted to explain the dragons transformations a bit

He started out as a half half dragon hollow hybrid but eventually became a fake Vasto Lorde. When it felt the threat of death, it had given up on its living half with the fake resurrecion and became a proper Adjuchas, then in the last chapter it became an Adjuchas Arrancar and now it has the real resurrecion. Hope that helped explain. If i didn't go out of order and had made the Bleach fic first then everything would have been already revealed but that would have also been a spoiler for this story.
