Dc: start in Young Justice

[Crime Syndicates Universe]

The [CS] universe is almost identical to a normal [JL] universe with minimal differences.

To start off there are no Superman, Batman and no Wonder Woman. Instead there are Ultraman, Owlman and Superwoman.

They are not simply doppelgangers with different history. More like counterparts with different backgrounds.

Evil counterparts.

Zane doesn't know much about them beside the superficial, is not like he read every wikipage about every character that ever appeared.

What he knows is only what he watched in one movie and maybe some clips and ideas from other places.

Ultraman for example while not the same as Superman/Kal-El, is also a kryptonian because Zane knows that he is also weak against kryptonite. Not the green one but a light blue cyan one.

As for his background, date of his arrival and his upbringing he has no idea what brought him on this path of crime.

The same can be said about Owlman or what Zane came to know as Thomas Wayne, the younger brother of Bruce in this universe a lonely and orphaned Heir.

Superwoman is complete mystery to Zane, he confirmed her being from Themascyra... but is she also a demigoddess like Diana? What relation does she have to the Olympian gods?

For now only the existence of Themascyra and another Amazonian beside of Superwoman is confirmed.

Together and with other evil counterparts, they founded the Crime Syndicates and brought terror to the planet. And not even this universe Justice League with the leadership of Lex Luthor could stop them, in fact they were all defeated and later killed leaving the planet under the [CS] mercy.

Several stuff happened and time passed and earth was totally under control, old superpowered beings and new ones made from a drug distributed by the Syndicates run rampants in the world.

As for the Syndicates themselves they grew bored and rarely interfered. Choosing to hole themselves in their tower only showing themselves now and then either for fun or to assert their supremacy.

And now Zane is in this universe, bringing with him changes and new rule.

[Zane Pov]

"Alright Sara how are we looking?"

"That's good, alright Sara please start hacking and info gathering but be careful and discreet with places of interest and don't push too much if not necessary. This place looked familiar from the drones first investigation but there's a lot of differences that I don't recognize so we are still in an unknown territory."

"Good"

S.A.R.A or Smart Assistant for Real-time Assistance is my new Ai that will help me in my journey and unlike Amy/A.M.I.E: Advanced Multitasking Interface for efficiency who is a little bit close to my personality, chill and playful is responsible for my planet's continent every interface for example the shields, DLS in every house and shop and outer security. To put it simply Amy is an off hand manager Assistant.

Sara on the other hand is more of a secretary of sorts and will be the one always on me(that sounded so wrong)*ahem* connected to me I mean, and have nothing to do with the planet and only what I ask her to do like connecting to the other two Ais when off planet/universe, hacking and information gathering. Like her name, an assistant.

It's not like I can't connect to the other two Ais myself but I chose this way because of security reasons and in case Sara became compromised. While I am confident about Sara's power and defences –I made her after all– there is nothing absolute and it's better to be safe than sorry that way even if she were to be hacked there won't be direct contact with my planet AIs and no leak of information.

The last and second Ai for my planet is E.M.M.A: Enhanced Multi-tasking Management Assistant. Emma on the other hand is akin to a no nonsense businesswoman with glasses and skirt and she's an all on hand Assistant responsible for inner security and management.

I chose this universe as my first travel for different reasons.

First is that I recognized some news and statues of this place and connected them to the Crime Syndicates movie I watched back then which is a perfect place for me to let loose and more or less do whatever I want without remorse, not that I will turn into a psychopath and start killing innocent people but there are a lot of powered beings here who I won't feel bad for hurting and being less merciful with.

Now here is where the difference come from, there are a lot of loose superpowered beings running rampant here and there even more than I recognized. Even the Syndicates themselves looked different from the movie I watched, I remember there being a new movie that came short before dying and there was trailer of the Syndicates which they look a bit similar.

Maybe some kind of fusion of both or something totally new but it matter not anyway this way it's better.

Second reason is, this earth is completely conquered and runned by evil and crime there are no heroes, no Justice League even the police or what's left of it is powerless which is good for me to experiment on how to conquer and be a little bit more ruthless when needed.

Other than that, well power of course. Like I said there are a lot of superpowered beings here ready for me to grab and maybe I can see my talent in recruitment and intimidation.

"Good job Sara, they are probably either the remnant of what was this earth [JL] or some evil genius lare or something. I will check on those first to gather more information than what is openly known and maybe we can find something interesting there."

From what I know and the information that Sara could gather Luthor was the last member of this earth [JL] conterpart and if I know Luthor right then he definitely left some hidden places that either the Syndicates couldn't find or couldn't bother with since he's dead.

Proof being his head paraded around like some trophy the Syndicates celebrated with.

Really impressive what someone can create if shoved to a corner.

The technology still fascinate me no matter what I myself am able to create.

It's 2010 back there in [YJ] but they are more advanced than the 2020' that I know of and that's just to the public. The stuff the [JL] and the invention that some villains use is already ahead of even that.

It's really ridiculous sometimes. Like watching a sci-fi movie and saying I want to do something like that. And they really do!

It took time and effort to enter some places without activating some self-destruct mechanism or a virus that will fry all the electronic devices or delete all the datas.

It was honestly the most exciting activity I did for a while now, well beside sex. Nothing trump that, yet.

Lex already had the schematics to a transdimensional device only materials and energy source are needed. Guess he didn't get the time to finish it.

Quite interesting my power and the device I myself made from Flaxan's technology all are based on portals that breach dimensions, but Lex's device is more like phasing through them.

Its quite compatible with Cecile's device that disassemble and reassemble the molecules to travel through coordinates.

A fusion or variants of all of them will be quite an advancement in space manipulation. It will open a lot of doors for the future.

Maybe this will help me reach those universes I'm unable to, and who knows maybe even go outside of said reach.

But that a thought I will keep for later, there's a reason I am unable to get to those and I don't believe I am quite ready for the answer, beside that? I don't want to end trapped in some kinda void of nothingness.

I sincerely don't know if I can adapt to that. It would be bullshit even for me.

His suit energy is honestly nothing short but a masterwork. Nothing like that bulky green shit I saw in several media. This one actually have the ability to resist and absorb schock at Ultraman's level.

And the many many stuff here complete and not. I even found the piece of kryptonite he was saving. Surprisingly I feel slightly tiny bit stronger when holding it. It's like it's totally the opposite of green kryptonite.

Does that mean Ultraman can get stronger from the green one too?

Honestly just for the tech it was worth it. A shame they don't have a spacestation. But the [CS] have a base on the moon from what I remember right?

The surprisingly but welcomed haul aside I also got a good profile to my primary objective. The Meta-humans or the powered villains.

Beside the expected there are a lot of varied powers out there, powers that Sara is searching for currently.

There are some that I recognized either from their power itself or the uncanny resemblance to their counterparts like the black lightning guy, the stretchy guy, Vixen counterpart Vamp and new people like this Breackdance and Aurora with their Soundwave/Energy manipulation/Projection and more.

How should I do that? I can go after them slowly one by one or maybe attack at the top directly and make them come to me instead?

Decisions, decisions...

I decided to go for the direct approach, if I wanted to catch every interesting person on the list I will need to search all over the place and it will take a long time they may go into hiding or do something reckless that end with them dead or worse.

I don't know if I can copy/steal powers from a long dead corpse or body parts after all.

I should test that.

With that in mind I decided to walk slowly to the big visible tower that everyone know as of now as the Syndicates Tower. That way it will gather some attention and maybe some can figure what happened later.

Along the way I beat some people who were either fighting or looked at me in a weird way trying to gang up on me and copied some minor powers.

I guess those who are not a big deal are part of gangs maybe, either recruited by someone stronger or just banding together for safety. Typical human tactics, guess even power can't change a human behavior at their core.

After a while and several dispatched people later I stand a good distance away from the tower so that someone like Ultraman and Superwoman should be able to notice me, now how to make them come down?

I don't want to destroy the tower, it's a skyscraper after all and it will be a waste to damage it.

"!"

Hmm great one of those wannabe Captain Marvel is here, I wonder what is their story?

"AAAAHHH" *PUFF* "GUhk"

Why do they always scream when they attack? Anyway with a punch I brought him down and quickly before he retaliate I grabed him from his skull and sent him flying to where I see the Syndicates are watching me through their screens. He's quite durable.

I know they noticed me doing this on purpose so I wave at them with my hand in a 'come' gesture and wait while dealing with others who start attacking me. There's already a crowd either watching from a distance or just surrounding the area.

And it doesn't take long for them to come.

Interesting.

After exchanging a couple of words between us, they asking me who am I? Where did I came from?

And me just simply saying I am here for the big fish, It didn't take much for us to start fighting.

I noticed their expressions at the beginning and how it kept changing with time.

Ultraman was bored at first while we talked, a hint of irritation then anger kept showing.

Superwoman had this easy going smirk as if everything was fun for her then it turned to excitement when the fight started.

Owlman kept watching me silently, Power Ring with disinterest and Johnny.... Johnny was the more normal one of the group, except the accent. I found it funny to be honest.

Naturally they didn't go all out from the beginning and even sent their henchmen first to not 'bother' with me but when they saw how I easily got rid of them they took action more seriously.

This fight is... quite different than the one I had with the [JL].

The [JL] fought me one after the other, no more than two at a time and even then only when compatible together there was always a pause between who's attacking, more team work at play more observation and tactics.

The [CS] on the other hand is an all out fight, they all attack together at the same time in the hope of getting a hit. The only way to separate them is when our hit cause enough shockwaves or destruction to make them evade or not attack their side by mistake.

It's not harder by any means but it requires immense focus and concentration especially when fighting against powerful numbers.

Not that I was giving it my all.

But despite that it's not really that hard, honestly between the bunch only Superwoman is somewhat a skilled fighter and despite her irritated expressions I can sense her excitement that's why I am extending this fight, I'm having fun fighting too.

She probably never faced a skilled and powerful fighter on this level before.

Ultraman is the definition of a brute, just punch and kick the hardest you can and hope it connect. Futile effort.

Owlman is obviously very skilled too but not even his armor's reinforcement is doing anything to me. I was interested in his armor and tech that's why I didn't take him out instantly, but enough of him for now his bombs and explosions do get on the nerve after awhile.

Flash's conterpart aka Johnny Quick is pretty much useless in this fight, unlike Flash he is actually vicious in his attacks but he can't extend a lot of power with so much around and the destruction we are causing is not giving him any foothold around.

I'm more interested in Power Ring to be honest.

I'm not sure but his ring looks different from Green lantern's one, different symbol and different feeling. I'm also trying to test if I can affect it will or something, I know the ring is somewhat intelligent or maybe sentient so can I affect it allegiance through will alone?

You know like Conqueror Haki, I'm trying to project my will on the ring to submit or surrender or something. I trained to harness my will after coming back from the Phantom Zone, it's still work in progress but there are some tangible effects like the dimming of the ring light and the sweat on Power Ring's forehead and I believe he is having a harder time with his construct now.

Their saving grace is that they are giving it their all, there is no hesitation they are not trying to neutralize me they want to eliminate me permanently giving them more edge than the [JL].

That and the random attacks someone will send at me from distance, energy, electricity, various elements and vibrations. Some even try to come close and attack with weopons or just fists.

I either dodge or return their attack back at them then take them out of it while moving them a little bit far so they don't die or something. A good training for Multitasking and telekinesis, even those with mind manipulation abilities I kept them the longest so I can train my telepathy. I never got the chance to seriously fight anyone telepathically before.

It was all good and well but anyway it's time to finish this.

With a backslap I sent Superwomen away where her Made Men are buried, I can swear I felt her body shiver from that for a second and it's not from pain. It's probably just my imagination.

Right in time I catch Ultraman's punch in my left hand, absorb the kinetic energy from it and with a punch of my own my right hand hit his stomach and almost bend him in two all before he can react. This time there were no waves, no destruction the kinetic energy hit him in his stomach and like when a rock is thrown in a pond it traveled through his whole body then returned back to the same point of contact with my hand and he fell down a second later unconscious but curling in a ball body twitching uncontrollably.

Johnny and Ring froze in their places and I didn't wait till they recovered with my telekinesis I made them hit each other violently sending them to sleep.

Owlman was already down as I didn't want to discover what he's hiding in that utility belt of his, this one is not Batman he's crazy and I don't want to wait and see what he can do if he had more time.

Now only Superwoman is left conscious aside from the gawking crowd that didn't join the fight.

After she saw how I ended everything so fast she stopped struggling to stand up and just laid there watching me with fear and something else I will just ignore for now.

I approached her my steps slow but steady, and despite the fear in her eyes she just looked at me defiantly after stopping in front of her and kneeling to her level I said with a smirk: "so how about you stop being a naughty girl and show me around? I'm kinda new here"

Watching her face changing expressions was kinda funny not gonna lie from shock to bewilderment, some anger and something else and finally she smirked and said:" sure 'new guy' why don't you help me out"

She probably think I'm stupid or something offering me her hand like I don't know what will she do then.

Just for the fun of it I gave her mine and helped her up and true to my expectations she launched herself at me.

But what I didn't expect is, it was not an attack but she actually threw her arms and legs around me and then.... kissed me.

I could have obviously stopped her or avoided it or something but I really thought that was some trick or something and maybe she will attack or try to crush me after. Nope she just kissed me sensually, what a weird woman.

I'm starting to think it's just some common thing about Amazonian.

"I never enjoyed a fight this much, and you're a good a kisser also I wonder how good are you at other things too" she whispered in my ears seductively.

Like any man with self control in my situation should do I openly rolled my eyes at her, gave her a big slap on her ass before she can react and saw her yelp away a bit and said:" just walk you naughty woman before I throw you with the rest of your friends."

She glared at me while smoothing her ass and said with a smirk "you should treat a lady better than that you know" while slapping her other ass.

I just snorted at her and gathered the sleeping Syndicates with telekinesis, lifted them up in the air and mentioned her to walk with a tilt of my head she raised an eyebrow at that and started walking.

It's not like I don't know what she's doing, from what I know about her and the information I gathered and all the videos I could find about this team Superwoman is a power hungry and a sadistic bitch, probably a fighting maniac too but she's not dumb she understands who's the boss here and wants to secure her place beside me that's why she's acting all flirtatiously.

If I was a greedy and delusional super villain I would have probably bought her act, obviously I am not.

She tried walking slowly while moving her hips in particular way while gouging my reaction and seeing me not reacting the way she hoped she got frustrated and tried some small talk while mentioning her suspended team: "You didn't use that while fighting us"

"It was not necessary" I answered with disinterest, and I noticed some disappointment in her eyes but she was quick to hide it and just hump'ed at me making me roll my eyes again.

Women.

[The Syndicates Tower]

"Nice trophy set you have here" I say looking at the set of recognizable weopons and tools hanging on the walls. Is that Aquaman's trident?

"Oh you like it! I added my personal touch to it" she smirked with pride while approaching me where before she was standing a little bit away from me.

"Yeah I can feel the artistic touch all over it" I said my voice dropping sarcasm while looking at Luthor severed head " a shame he's dead, he has more use while alive"

"Fucking bastard was annoying, he got what he deserved. What don't say you're his fan?" I am not sure if she's teasing me or trying to rile me up.

I snort in response "I would have probably done the same, with my own artistic way of course" for the Luthor I know atleast, I don't know about this one enough to judge he was probably a good person, to some extent. Pretty sure we wouldn't have came to an agreement.

I gave her a smirk while turning around to see the rest of the Syndicates waking up with some groans.

It took them some seconds to remember what happened Owlman was the fastest and he went directly to his belt but before he can do anything everyone heard Ultraman's howl and then yell at me "YOUU.." and flew directly to attack me.

But I am having none of it, time to play is over. I direct his punch away and with fast but precise strikes I hit him in several places and like a puppet whose string were cut he fell down paralyzed but not before my hand grabed him by the face making half his body lay on the ground. I heard a gulp and can see Superwoman sweating all signs of her flirty personality gone. Owlman slowly took his hands away from whatever he was going to throw and let them visibly hang to the side.

It finally dawned on them what I am capable of and what is the situation.

I levitate slowly with Ultraman hanging from my hand limbs flailing around. For a simple intimidation act my eyes turn red to the point they can feel the heat from them I ask "anyone has something to add?"

They stay silent and Johnny is shaking his head at superspeed in denial.

"Good" I throw Ultraman to the side like the trash he is and fly and sit high where they normally sit to look down on others.

I made my research about these guys, I know all the evil and atrocious acts they have done. None of them is innocent and none deserve any mercy, but they can be useful not all of them ofcourse.

I know Owlman is troublesome even now I can hear his thoughts, yes his suit is shielding him from mind control and telepathy but that can't stop me anymore I came a long way with my telepathy in terms of power and subtlety besides I am only reading his surface thoughts and his mind is in a bad state right now not that he's afraid or anything this guy doesn't care much he's a psychopath like I thought, it's just the situation right now is very sudden to him he's trying to find clues and answers.

Who am I? where did I came from? what do I want and how to deal with me?

I am so not keeping him around, as for Ultraman?

"UGHH... I AM GONNNA FUCKING KILLL YOUUUGH"

"Is that so?" I say my voice cold and face blank and emotionless, the tension in the air is almost visible.

"You two" I say mentioning Superwoman and Johnny " I want you to go and bring all your superpowered subordinates or followers, even those who don't follow you and just roam the street I want you to bring them down to the meeting area."

They looked at me in shock and bewilderment thinking they heard me wrong.

"And let me give you two pieces of advice, don't think about running away even if you hide at the end of the world or in the depth of earth I will find you, and you won't like what I will do to you then" Superwoman is visibly nervous by this point and I can smell something from her.... is that? Fucking crazy women.

Johnny is almost vibrating in place.

"And don't for a second think they can help you or anything, numbers don't work on me like you already know so make sure they behave or I will get rid of every single one of them if I have to" my voice got a sudden edge at the end of my speech and I believe they got my point what with my glowing eyes.

Always a good tactic for intimidation.

"Now go" and they practically ran away.

I obviously have Sara on their trail by the nanochips I put on them. I turn my gaze back to those left here, Ultraman is still growling while Owlman is watching and scrutinizing me carefully a burst of telepathic blast and both are down. That left only the sweating power ring standing there awkwardly.

"Why don't you give me a tour while we wait for the rest"

"Y..yes ofcourse"

Poor guy I can see his skin almost change color by now.

[3rd POV]

A while later after Zane visited some interesting and equally uninteresting rooms in the Syndicates tower....

The hall is almost full with people of all shape and looks some who were not there when hhe fight happened seems to have already pieced some stuff together, the place the fight occurred earlier was very obvious after all and it was very loud it's not weird if the whole city heard it.

Others seems confused, some scared and ofcourse some idiots are being loud even if just murmuring and being glared at by others.

The Made Man and the nervous groups who already know what happened are probably the only reason it's not very chaotic here even if confusion is clear on some of their faces.

Some notice a man floating above their head, watching and observing them.

After waiting for a bit to make sure no one else is coming anymore he floats down slowly but not entirely landing, he keeps himself a bit higher.

Presentation is important after all..

Evidence in how the hall eventually quit down noticing not even the syndicates are saying anything more like they are nervous and the obvious absence of Ultraman and Owlman.

The man finally speaks "Ladies and gentlemen and scum of the planet" an opening obviously displeasing many " in case you didn't realise it yet I called you here to introduce myself"

The confusion and intrigue is the prominent feeling here aside from amusement and some sneers and snarks.

"Who exactly I am and what's my name is, is not important for you at the moment what you need to know is that I am your new boss, sir or master or whatever you used to call these guys before" he said gesturing to the remaining members of the syndicates who stands at the front, their personal subordinates directly behind them. Some glaring at the man openly some shaking.

"Before I tell you my plans does anyone have a question?" Even though he defeated the Syndicates and many others not many will be convinced, they will need a live demonstration, an example.

"Where's our boss?" one burly ugly muscled man asks.

"Oh, I believe I just told you I am your new boss but you're probably asking about your old one? Which one?" The man asks already knowing who is this and who's he asking about, the perfect example.

"Ultraman" he answers angrily and despite looking dumb he holds himself from lashing, there's a lot of people here after all and even his boss colleagues are not moving so what should he do?

"Ah him yes, I almost forgot about him thanks for reminding me"

Everyone watches a cyan-green portal open beside the floating man and from it comes Ultraman also floating but the difference is he's unconscious, his head is down and his limbs are moving left and right as if they have no bones, like a puppet.

*slap* everyone hear the slap, some felt the air move too and despite them watching intently a lot are still surprised by what happened.

The man simply slapped Ultraman to wake him up and he did it violently evident by the flying blood from Ultraman's mouth, a sight no one ever saw before.

"Wake up, I will give you one last chance. Will you submit to me or..." his words like before started clear and soft but then turned icy cold by the end it sent shivers down everyone's bones.

"Ughh...." Ultraman oblivious to what's happening just strokes his head and the first sight that greeted him is the man who already beated him twice, but not that it's matter to him anyway "YOUUU... I'LL FUCKING DESTROY YOU"

And like last time he goes for a punch direct to the head, Superwoman and the rest of the Syndicates are almost having a Deja-vu.

What no one expected is, the punch never made it to it's target. Ultraman's fist is just there in front of Zane's unflinching face and no matter how hard he tries he can't push nor take it back.

The man slowly so everyone can see, moves his hand around Ultraman's wrist and start twisting the whole arm.

Everyone watch in horror, some with a sadistic glee, how the arm keeps twisting and Ultraman keeps wailing and yelling. Those not familiar with telekinesis and other mental powers can't understand how he is frozen in the air nor why he's not moving his other hand or legs by this point and finally with an audible voice they see the muscles and flesh get teared away and with a final jerk his whole arm separate from his body.

For the first time ever, everyone see something new on Ultraman's face not the arrogant smirk, not anger, not just the obvious pain they see the look of fear on his face.

Ultraman seems to finally understand the big picture but it's too late, He watches hopelessly how the same hand that took his arm aprroach his neck in cutting motion. He can't move, he even forgot to yell from the pain, the whole room is frozen the only thing moving is the hand that cut Ultraman's head out and the said head now spinning in the air till it falls with the body following behind.

Everyone can see the look of fear and horror on Ultraman's rolling head.

It took some moments before their eyes focused on the man's again, some terrified some frowning some actually happy, Superwoman had an orgasm... let's ignore her.

"BOSSSSS" "YOUUU" "AHHHH"

And all went to hell.

I tried to mix some stuff from the movies: [Crisis on two earths] and [Crisis of infinite earths] of the tomorrowverse but without the whole multiverse ending stuff think of it as some alternate universe, where just like the tomorrowverse the Syndicates conquered earth, killed Luthor, never discovered multiversal travel and Owlman isn't a world destroying maniac, yet but with extra characters like from the Earth -3 Syndicates.

As I said before the Dc multiverse is too complicated and I won't delve into it old/new iterations for now so there won't be any mention of infinite crisis or any sort of reshaping the multiverse maybe in the future or maybe never.

I'm trying my best to stay on the Young Justice timetable and since there was no mention of such stuff there I won't mention it here either so forgive me for now that's why I named the fanfic start in young justice and not just dc multiverse.

What do you think? I want suggestions on Powers Zane can copy/steel, there are some shown in the movie and many not so as long as nothing crazy put your ideas.

I am not using dates but there will obviously be some time skips I may or may not mention like how I said it took time to infiltrate all the hidden bases. It can be days or can be weeks I will deal with it when he comes back to his universe's planet

I am also interested in other universes suggestions, other than Justice Lords and Injustice League maybe JLU what else?
