Chapter 1: The boy now named Son Goku
Looks like I hit the Jackpot. I am reincarnated as The main character of the Dragon Ball series. Son Goku.
I looked around the small little house while sitting on the chair that the old man seated me on.
It was a shabby place but for some reason, it seemed pleasant.
If I am not wrong the old man who is with me must be Son Gohan.
Oh, here he is coming now.
-------------------------------
Goku looked at Grandpa Gohan who arrived in front of him while carrying something.
"Goku open wide." He said as he fed Goku something.
[This is. It's milk. But why is he feeding me milk with a spoon?]
[Oh right. This place is supposed to be secluded. I wonder why he decided to stay in this type of place.]
"Do you want another spoon?" Gohan asked.
Goku nodded.
"Hmm. You seem to be behaving somewhat strangely. Is it because you hit your head after falling down the waterfall?"
He said as he picked up baby Goku.
"Still to survive such a fall with no permanent injuries. You must be blessed by the sky."
The Goku saw something on the top of a cabinet.
"Baa baa." He said as he pointed at an orange ball.
"Huh? What are you pointing at Goku?" Gohan asked.
He then looked behind and saw the four-star dragon ball that Goku was pointing at.
"The Dragon Ball?"
Goku then slipped out of Gohan's hand and floated towards the Dragon Ball and grabbed it.
[Hmm. What should I wish after collecting all of them? Should I wish for the Ultimate form? Can I wish to gain God Ki or learn Magic?]
Goku wondered about possible wishes that he could have made at that moment.
[Huh? Am I floating?]
Goku was in shock as even he didn't know how he was floating in the air because he was daydreaming.
"You sure are an amazing child," Gohan said it was not that impressive seeing a floating child.
______________________
Three batches of four seasons have passed.
"I win," Goku said to Grandpa Gohan as they sat on the ground while playing Go.
Go is a game that is played until the board is either filled with all the black and white pieces or one player surrendered.
Despite this Goku declares victory for himself.
"You sure are good at this game," Gohan said while looking at Goku.
Gohan was smiling while looking at the go board which had an overwhelming amount of white pieces.
To the point that even if he was able to fill up the remaining board with Black pieces he would have still lost even without the Komi points.
"What else can I say? I am talented." Goku said as he gave a huge smile.
During these three years, Goku was able to master the four arts of a scholar easily due to his talent.
He was able to master them not in the sense that he knows the basics about it. But to the point that he was able to dominate others who had also studied them dominantly.
Take those Go games as an example.
He won despite Gohan not holding back and having tons of experience under him.
And his win is It's not just a simple close match win but a statement win as Goku dominated Gohan through the whole match.
His talents and luck seem to have been passed onto his second life.
He was still arrogant and had a horrible personality.
But Gohan loved him like he was his blood.
Gohan trained him in martial arts, skills that every gentleman should know such as cooking, literature, maths, drawing and other skills needed to blend into civilization.
If Goku was stupid Gohan would not have been able to teach him all those different kinds of skills.
But because of Goku's talent, he was able to absorb all of Gohan's teaching like a sponge absorbing water.
"Now. What do you want to do next?" Gohan asked Goku.
"I want to train," Goku replied.
Goku knows that there are tons of dangers that he will encounter in this new life so he knows he cannot slack off.
He has to train if he wants to live a long and pleasant life.
