- I left you for dessert," the dragon slayer said with a grin on his face.

- Kuld, stop it, if you surrender now, I swear I will tell the council and the king nothing about this day, everything that was here stays here.

- Yes, I swear on my name that no-one will ever know.

- Alright... So be it," hearing that, a smile appeared on the armoured mage's face, "You will stay here," as Kuld was about to attack, he froze and turned around at the sound....

- Bravo! - clapping his hands, Eros said, "What cruelty! What grace! I never thought you'd kill your partners, you've earned my "respect"!

Kuld looked around his surroundings with fear and seeing the corpses, panic appeared in his eyes and he abruptly attacked...Ralph, his hand changed shape turning into a spear.

In a small room, four mages sat around a table, each of them exuding a powerful pressure that made even the guards of experienced A-rang mages shudder, even though they were outside the door, guarding the entrance.

- Kuld is dead? - The man at the head of the table, where two other men and a woman sat, frowned.

- Yes, Your Majesty! - Ralph was on one knee in front of the table with his head down and his hand to his heart.

- Tell me more about what happened," the woman said in a soft but rather confident voice. The state had a king, but it was actually ruled by five people, and now four of them were the most powerful magicians in the country.

- Yes," Ralph said with a trembling voice, lowering his head even further, "It all started when a strange mage came to the capital..." he told her everything that had happened in the last six months.

In the hall, the four mages looked at each other thoughtfully.
