The door barged open, Derek raised his fist at his twin brother who merely dodged.

Don't you ever come close to her he faced his twin brother who just chuckled. Why are you scared brother? you don't think she's going to fell for me he smirked looking at me.

What did you just say he moved closer to his brother ray as I held him back. He's not worth it Derek let's just go. Bye bye till we meet again ray sarcastic tone greeted us as we left his room.

Derek took me to his room,why are you dressed like this he glared at body as I used my hands to cover my body. I breathed heavily as I averted his gaze. It's none of your business,you didn't allow me to change, so I found a place to change.

So it's my fault then? He raised his eyebrow.

Yes everything is your fault I exclaimed. I don't want to be caught up in any drama you have with your twin brother.

 I wandered around the room and stopped. I know the perfect solution to our dilemma.

And that is he looked at me.

Allow me escape and be free he shook his head. I can't do that not yet.

Then i will do it by myself I opened the door , his hands firmly on mine. You can't leave the pack now or else you will be hunted down by one of us. Don't worry about where to sleep or stay I have it sorted out.

I looked at him his tone turned serious. Stay away from ray he spells trouble and I wouldn't want his nose up in my business he spoke moving me away from the door. 

Not letting me respond he continued. I will show you your room he pulled me away from the door as we entered a secret room separate from his with only a door keeping them both separate.

You will stay here, where I will be able to keep an eye on you. I paused to look at the room my breathe sweeping away it was big and enormous nothing like what I was used to my eyes sparkle with surprise as I looked at the king sized bed.

Do you like it? he asked watching my gaze. 

Ehmm yes thank you but this doesn't mean we are a real couple or anything.

Oh I wasn't thinking like that he smiled wildly.

Tommorow morning we will have important things to do. He spoke 

My stomach grumbled in response as he talked, I used one of my hands to cover my stomach.

He laughed as he looked at me amused, you don't have to hide the fact that you are hungry from me.

We just missed breakfast but I will get you something to eat but dinner starts by 8:00pm downstairs with my twin brother and my father the Alpha king.

I gulped hard and suddenly all trace of colour left my face.

Why does your face look pale ,father doesn't bit he just wants to get to know his daughter in law well. He mused as he left the room.

I panicked not bothering any more about the large room or the window that fascinated me, I wasn't ready to meet the Alpha king again I decided to get myself busy.

I stood up from the bed to check out my room. It had a library, an art room and also a training room which was undoubtedly for Derek.

I went to the art room to check it out, I saw different paintings of me and another woman who I couldn't recognize in his art room. 

I was surprised we just met two days ago how did he know so much about me that he put it every detail.

I heard a soft knock on the door and hurried to open it. It was one of the maid with a tray of food.

Prince Derek said I should give this to you and from henceforth I am assigned to you she bowed.

Come in I opened the door to let her in, she took a quick glance of the room.

I can help move things for you if you like she offered.

No I don't need that.I just want to know about Derek, what's he like as a prince.

The maid looked at me for a moment unsure of whether to divulge this kind of not.

I can't talk on matters like this she say obviously frightened.

It's all right you can go. I replied as she left my thoughts on Derek and how fearful he might just be.

After I finished eating my food, I entered the drawing room and took the brush for awhile I thought of my dead child and Louis and a surge of anger filled me.

I used my anger to start painting , everything else did that matter in room apart my drawing.

I stopped painting when I heard voices from the window side, I peeped to check what was happening I saw Derek with a woman she was whispering into his ears.

He just stood still but I could see that he was restless than he said. I can't do it Laila, it not possible.

Lalia had strange eyes that I couldn't shake off the feeling that she knew stuffs going on in this pack.

I crept my ear to the window to hear more but I didn't then I heard a knock on my door and my heart jumped out of my chest.

Who was it?

I opened the door to face Lalia my heart raced fast, how fast was she ? How did she reach here so fast.

I have heard a lot about you Ariel she glanced at me. Taking a menacing step towards me.

I took a step backwards almost tripping. There was something about her eyes that unsettled me deeply.

I will be watching your every move as your mentor she smiled trying to clear away the tension in the room.

Let's just say I am the oracle of this pack and it was nice meeting you she turned to leave.

After she left I couldn't help but question that there was more to why I was in this pack. 

I stared vaguely at the painting I had finished, my mouth caught in my throat.
