God Level Farmer In Another World

Chapter 49: Chapter 49: The Vampire

Jack chuckled and said, "Pick up that cigarette butt. The president doesn't like it when hunters leave anything behind during a mission."

He certainly didn't want any of his followers to displease Alexander.

After all, he would need them for deliveries in the future.

After about twenty minutes, the punk girl sat cross-legged on the ground, bored out of her mind, saying, "Why isn't he here yet? I can't wait any longer."

"Is the beautiful lady waiting for me?"

The voice spoke in her language, but with a noticeable foreign accent.

Jack immediately went on guard, looking into the distance.

A Caucasian man was walking toward them.

He appeared to be around thirty years old, a little over six feet tall.

Dressed in a brand-new suit, he wore a magician-style top hat, white gloves, and carried a cane.

His pace was brisk, and he quickly reached Jack.

The bishop glanced at the two corpses in the car's trunk, raising his eyebrows. "You kill people and even clean up after? If I kill you two later, does that mean I'll have to take care of your bodies too? How troublesome!"

This foreigner spoke of killing as casually as if he were talking about drinking water.

Jack couldn't discern the bishop's strength, but he could sense that this man was powerful. Jack wanted to know how he measured up against a top Awakener.

"Let's see who ends up cleaning up whose body!" Jack declared as he spread his wings. His hands transformed into sharp claws, and under his concealed black clothing, his feathers emerged.

This was Jack's most powerful form!

He leaped into the air, his claws aiming for the back of the bishop's head.

"Go, go! Boss, you're the best!"

The punk girl screamed excitedly; in her eyes, Jack was a war god!

The bishop glanced at the girl and softly commanded, "Silence."

Instantly, her mouth was covered in frost. She staggered back, frantically scraping at the ice covering her lips.

Jack's claws were just about to reach the bishop's head when the bishop tapped his cane, uttering the word "Retreat."

A whirlwind swept Jack up, sending him a hundred meters away.

The bishop looked at him with admiration. "You are a rare aerial-type Awakener. My two subordinates didn't die in vain. Join the divine cult."

Jack quickly stabilized himself, his eyes filled with shock. "Ice, wind? A dual-talented Awakener?"

The bishop pointed his cane at Jack.

"Burn."

The temperature around the bishop rose as blazing fireballs materialized. Driven by the wind, the fireballs shot toward Jack.

The wind fanned the flames, and a sea of fire surrounded Jack.

These flames were far stronger than those of the two D-ranks, and whenever Jack flapped his wings, they caught fire.

Falling to the ground, Jack struggled to stand, staring at the bishop in horror. "You... a triple-talented Awakener?"

The bishop's smile was gentle yet laced with danger as he replied, "Triple talents? Think what you want. I'm interested in you. Join the divine cult, and I won't kill you."

Unwilling to back down, Jack charged at the bishop, hoping to defeat him in close combat.

However, as he closed in, he saw the bishop's mocking gaze. Jack's claws reached for the bishop's throat.

But with lightning speed, the bishop grabbed Jack's claws.

"How is this possible!"

Jack was shocked. He saw black fur between the bishop's sleeve and glove.

A beast-transformed Awakener?!

Four talents?!

The legendary four talents?!

The bishop's grip was immense. He seized Jack's arm and hurled him away, slamming him hard onto the ground.

Twisting his neck, the bishop casually said, "This is your last chance. Join the divine cult, or both of you will die."

The punk girl finally managed to break the ice on her lips and rushed to Jack's side, helping him up.

This man, who she had always seen as invincible, had been defeated so easily?

Undeterred, she pointed at the bishop and mocked, "Divine cult? More like a demonic cult! Who cares! Wait till our leader arrives; you're as good as dead!"

The bishop shook his head and spoke to Jack in a serious tone, "You are an excellent Awakener. In this world, you need the divine cult as your backing to go further. I can tell you come from some extraordinary power, but what could be stronger than the divine cult?"

He genuinely admired Jack's potential. Aerial-type Awakeners were exceedingly rare.

At that moment, a chilling voice echoed through the desolate wilderness.

"Poaching talent in front of me? Who do you think you are?"

The bishop and the punk girl turned to look.

A figure dressed in a black tracksuit, hood pulled up, and a crying ghost king mask on his face stood there.

The punk girl's hands trembled nervously. This was the president? He was so effortlessly cool and roguishly handsome!

However, her face suddenly showed concern.

A four-talented Awakener was extremely rare and powerful. Jack couldn't last a few rounds against him; could the president really stand a chance?

The bishop sneered, "Is your group really into Halloween? So flashy!"

He stood up, facing the approaching Alexander, and spoke, "Since you're their leader, you might be qualified to join the divine cult.

Come on, if you can withstand a few moves from me, I'll consider letting you join."

A cold glint appeared in Alexander's eyes; he was in no mood for games.

White flames gradually ignited on his body, their brilliance outshining the sun, moon, and stars.

With a flick of his fingers, the flames transformed into eight long serpents that slithered rapidly along the ground toward the bishop.

The bishop looked down on this with disdain, "Fire-type abilities? Quite ordinary. You might not be worthy of joining the divine cult."

He tapped his cane on the ground, and frost spread from his feet to meet the eight white flame serpents.

However, the imagined scene of the flames being extinguished didn't happen. Instead, the frost acted as fuel, intensifying the flames!

Sensing that something was off, the bishop generated a gust of wind beneath his feet, lifting himself into the air just in time to avoid the flaming serpents.

"What level are you? How can your flames resist frost? Now, you're starting to interest me." The bishop's eyes gleamed with appreciation as he swung his cane.

Icicles, fireballs, and whirlwinds surged toward Alexander.

But the white flames around Alexander condensed into a protective dome, nullifying all the attacks.

The bishop was stunned. How could this person's level be so high?!

His attacks were ineffective?

A mocking smile tugged at the corners of Alexander's mouth. "A trash like you, worthy of taking my people?"

The bishop removed his hat, gloves, and suit jacket, his eyes turning icy cold. "Ignorant fool."

His body began to change.

Black fur sprouted across his skin, his eyes turned blood-red, and a pair of fangs emerged from his mouth. Black bat wings tore through his vest, spreading wide in the air.

He was a vampire!

Evil, sinister, nothing like a member of a divine cult.

The bishop's terrifying dark aura made both Jack and the punk girl shiver in fear.

"You're the first in Base Country 3 to witness my full form," the bishop coldly declared. "You interest me more and more."

[Vampire: A-Rank Talent]

[Consume spiritual energy to extract human blood, gaining partial abilities of an Awakener.]

[Consume spiritual energy to inject toxins into an Awakener, creating a blood thrall.]

[Consume spiritual energy to transform into vampire form, significantly boosting strength, speed, and abilities.]

A look of greed appeared in Alexander's eyes. "I'm getting more eager to bury you."

With that, the white flames around Alexander erupted violently, forming under his control.

Alexander vanished, replaced by a giant figure made entirely of white fire.

The blazing flames surged to the heavens, exuding a terrifying aura akin to that of a god.

The small vampire seemed as insignificant as a sparrow in front of the massive white flame giant.
