One week later. Severus's house.

The face of Severus, who was lying on the sofa and decided to take a short break, looked rather thoughtful, and his gaze was directed towards the window, outside of which stood the usual sunny weather for July.

"What happened to you?" Nagini crawled onto his chest, having returned a few minutes ago from Diagon Alley, where she had gone shopping with Nellie.

"I don't know what to do with this "Black Star"..."

"You didn't seem to want to interfere in this."

"I didn't want to, it's just..." lazily snapping his fingers, a huge, transparent screen appeared in front of them, divided into thirty cells, which depicted people with serious faces watching something, "In these few days, the wolves(the animals he caught in the forest) have already caught the third person who wanted to get inside."

"Are they all around our house?" the snake asked with surprise on its muzzle, examining everyone until its gaze stopped at a gloomy-looking man in dark clothes, "He's the leader, right?"

"And you have a keen eye," he smiled softly and stroked the contented reptile, "And now I'm faced with a dilemma: on the one hand, I can kill them in a couple of seconds, but on the other, I don't want to get my hands dirty, and I've long wanted to create a detachment specialising in surveillance and quick elimination of the target, now I'm thinking of what to do?"

"Do what you think is necessary."

"You don't like murder."

"You're only fifty percent right, " she raised her tail up, "I'm against killing innocents, but I don't feel anything towards people like this who want to harm us."

"Now I feel like a bastard," Severus sighed sadly, putting on a sad face, "I spoiled such an innocent snake..."

"I'm going to bite

you now, " she squinted unkindly, poking him in the side with the tip of her tail, because she could no longer bite Snape, since even the immunity received after that ritual no longer saved against her poison, of course, the wizard would not die after this, but for a couple of days he would feel severe weakness, as well as pain in the area of the bite, he found out by checking this on himself, because he had to work out antibodies and strengthen the immune system, although Severus will definitely not repeat this again, but still it helped him a lot and further taking of the poison had almost no effect on him. - Okay, okay, so what do you think?

"Hmm... it would be nice if you had such a squad, then you could push most of the small problems onto them, and go about your own business..."

"We think alike," he grinned and winked at her, looking at the screens

and clicking again fingers, the background behind each member of the "Dark Star" blurred for a moment, and then, the almost empty clearing turned into lush trees and the wizards sharply panicked, except for the leader himself and several other people, in whose hands magic wands immediately appeared.

"You could teleport them to the dungeons you created in the basement."

"I could," he agreed, and then added, "But first, I need to scare them well so that they become more accommodating, and I blocked any ways to use spells, so they will have to run a little and the wolves will not get hurt." On the screen, it began to dawn on some of them that they couldn't cast spells, so they quickly took out their daggers, and then almost everyone immediately began to retreat in one specific direction.

Therefore, the wizard created another one next to the screen, on which a map appeared with twenty-nine red dots, which were heading towards the black one, which is their leader. - Well, they decided to unite, but... in the direction to which the leader himself retreated, there was a lair of Chimaeras and due to the fact that the weather was sunny today, they of course did not sleep and therefore, the wizard had to contact Leo and warn, so that he would not kill them, but simply scare them away.

But of course, few managed to get to the gloomy man, because most of them were already stopped by the hellish wolves who sensed their prey, but the attempt to fight off these magical creatures with daggers was a failure from the very beginning, because it is one thing to fight with people and simple monsters, and another with these wolves, who lived in the most dangerous place on earth and for whom every day could be their last, their skills and instincts were honed to the limit.

And therefore, the results of the clashes did not surprise Severus at all; almost every member of the "Dark Star" lost their weapon in a couple of seconds, and they themselves were pressed to the ground by massive wolf paws.

But there were also exceptions, which could still give, no matter how, but a fight, leaving a couple of scratches on the skin of the monsters, but even they could not withstand the onslaught and lost.

And Severus had to admit that it was quite interesting to watch this and now he understood why those arrogant snobs from his world who loved to put on such shows, there was something in it.

But Severus didn't like it, so after losing interest, he moved almost everyone to the basement, where the dungeon was located, using one of the abilities of the house- manipulation of the adjacent territory and objects.

At the same time, in the forest, the King of Chimaeras, who had received the order, took his restless daughter back to the lair, and he himself went to meet the guests, but, already feeling their aura and magic, the beast only felt boredom.

"Why does the master want these weak people to surrender to him?" The monster was perplexed, making his way through the thick foliage, and finally, after a few seconds, twelve people, led by a man wrapped in dark clothes, came straight towards him.

"W-what kind of monster is this?!" One of the members of the "Black Star" exclaimed in shock, whose face lost all colour in an instant, and the rest were seized with wild fear and numbness, under the gaze of the beast, they were even afraid to breathe, let alone move.

The Chimaera, besides contempt, felt nothing more for them, because in the jungle, he had met people more than once and they at least ran away, and some even tried to attack him, but these people simply expected their death.

He had not seen such weak-willed wizards for a very long time. And when he lowered his gaze to the man from whom emanated an aura that was almost as good as some of the weakest people, he wanted to kill him out of pity, because he had already lost consciousness.

With an irritated snort, he took a deep breath and growled lightly in their direction. But from this "weak" roar, some of the trees even bent under this air wave, and the wizards, one after another, began to lose consciousness, until, finally, not a single one was left on their feet, and then, measuring them with another contemptuous look, he turned around and headed back to his lair.

In the house, two spectators watching this did not comment on this shame, although Nagaina still understood these people, because a few days ago, having too much faith in her strength after evolution, she challenged the Chimaera to a fight and almost lost to him dryly, after all, the Chimaera, like Severus, had immunity to poison, thanks to the tail, which was replaced by a snake, but after that, she had another incentive to train, this was to defeat this pompous Chimaera.

"Shall we go to the basement?"

"No," Severus shook his head with a smile, continuing to look at the screen with the defeated group.

"Hm?" Puzzled, tilting her head to the side, she also turned her gaze back and after a few seconds, to her surprise, the leader's body moved and he slowly began to rise to his feet, while not forgetting to carefully look around.

"He pretended and was even able to deceive the chimaera?"

"An interesting and cruel person, he almost immediately realized that he could not win and decided to pretend that he had lost consciousness so that the monster would switch attention to his subordinates, and most likely, at the moment when the chimaera would begin to deal with everyone, he would simply retreat …" Calmly snapping his fingers, he moved the remaining members of the Black Star to the dungeon, as well as the leader of the group himself, Gorby.

"W-what can I c-do for M-Mr.?" - Kneeling down, a house elf in a white robe with short sleeves, which he had previously taken from the Lestranges at Nagini's request, nervously asked when he appeared next to him.

"Calm down already, I won't hurt you," Severus waved his hand off weakly, "Get used to it, they should have already explained to you that I don't like it when people fawn over me, and especially when they kneel."

"S-sorry!" The house-elf jumped up sharply, but at the same time, not daring to look the new owner in the eyes.

"Okay, thirty people have appeared in the dungeon, take care of them: feed them once a day with completely tasteless food, the main thing is that they don't die, and also remove all the beds…"

"I thought you would go to them right away." Nagini said.

"Let them stay there for a little, remember what I once told you about the slave seal?" He calmly looked at the snake lying on his chest, which was inhibited, nodded and after a few seconds she understood:

"You want them to beg you to become your slaves and in this case, the seal will become stronger."

"That's right, I think five days will be enough for this, although I'm not so sure about their leader, I'll have to talk to him separately later, but let them suffer a little, this will be a warning to others." Snape's face wrinkled , remembering how eight times a day he received warnings from signalling charms that someone was approaching the house, and he himself did not understand how he had not nailed them down at all this week.

"Do you understand?" he looked at the house-elf, who timidly nodded in response, "Then you're free."

"Y-yes!" and he evaporated.

Limply waving his palm towards the screens, the next moment they disappeared, and the wizard rose from the sofa, at the same time moving the snake to his neck and looking into its eyes with a slight smile.

'By the way, do you want to go somewhere tomorrow?"

"With pleasure, " Nagaina nodded cheerfully, because she also wanted to go somewhere with him, and also take a little break from work…
