As the third set is about to begin, Aoba Johsai's team formed a circle to motivate themselves.

Coach Irihata: "We give it our all so we don't have any regrets"

Oikawa: "Things have changed this year, we are stronger, we have better cohesion... and we have a real Ace now"

he said looking at Ren.

Iwaizumi (with a smile): "We are counting on you genius"

Hanamaki: "HAHA!"

Ren stood without any words immersed in his thoughts.

Ren (thoughts): "I never felt this feeling in my old life..."

He remembered the mockery and failures of his old world. Days when he was just an average player, without talent, where no one counted on him.

Ren (thoughts): "Is this what it feels like when your teammates count on you? Their expectations, their trust... I always wanted to fight for myself, to be stronger to fill this feeling of inferiority, to prove my worth... but today... today I want to fight for them to meet each of their expectations"

Oikawa, who had been watching Ren for a while, was surprised, as the aura around him was changing little by little and smiled, he knew a change had happened to Ren, he looked like a real Ace now.

Ren raised his head and in his eyes a new confidence and unwavering determination was visible. The players around him felt it too.

Iwaizumi: "Wow... What's wrong with him?"

Matsukawa: "It seems like he finally understood something."

Aoba Johsai with Ren in mind returned to the field.

Tendou (Shiratorizawa's side): "Oh... it seems like our Little genius is back"

Ushijima's serve opened the set with terrifying power, immediately scoring the first point for Shiratorizawa.

Commentator: "Ushijima shows why he's one of the best in the country with an unbeatable serve! What a player!"

But Ren wasn't fazed. In one rally, Ushijima unleashed a monstrous attack, but Ren anticipated, made a reception, and wavered but he got up immediately

Ren: "Oikawa, Send it !"

Oikawa smiled and sent a quick, precise pass. Ren rose into the air, almost seeming to defy gravity, and hit a crosscourt attack that went through Shiratorizawa's block.

Commentator: "Amazing smash by Ren Takeshi! He equalizes with power worthy of the best aces in the country and announces his return"

The spectators, players, and even the coaches were astounded.

Coach Washijo (thoughts): " This boy... He's not the same player as at the start of the match. "

The duel between Ren and Ushijima had become the center of attention. Ushijima continued to crush Aoba Johsai's defense with his raw power, but Ren countered each time, using varied and unpredictable attacks.

During an intense exchange, Ren managed a feint that completely fooled Shiratorizawa, scoring a crucial point.

Iwaizumi (Thoughts) : "He's incredible..."

But Ushijima, influenced by Ren, raised his level even higher. His power seemed unstoppable, and he scored several consecutive points, not forgetting to glance at Ren.

Tendou (to Ushijima): "You're having fun, huh? It shows."

Ushijima exquisitely smiled a rare smile, for a while now he had finally met an opponent who pushed him to give his all.

Following a high pass from Eita Ushijima made his approach and sent a powerful attack that pierced the block Iwaizumi looked at his hands all red.

Iwaizumi: "this guy he thinks he's saitama or what ...?"

Ren without being impressed retorted with a diagonal smash.

At 18-17 for Shiratorizawa, Ren stepped forward to serve. He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and released all his concentration.

The first serve flew like an arrow, leaving Shiratorizawa's defense without a response.

Commentator: "Ace! Ren Takeshi scores with an incredible serve!"

The second serve, like the first, landed between two of Shiratorizawa's defenders.

Commentator: "And another ace! He's on fire!"

For his third serve, Ren aimed for the right corner but at the last moment Tendou received the serve which sent him reeling because of the power.

Commentator: "and a 3rd Ace in a row! Ren carries his team brilliantly"

Inspired by Ren, the other players gave it their all. Oikawa, in a moment of genius, made a back pass from an impossible angle, leaving Tendou without a reaction.

Iwaizumi made a perfect block on Reon, stopping a crucial attack.

Tendou, despite everything, managed a monstrous block on an attack from Hanamaki, showing that he would not weaken.

Tsukishima: "You're telling me we'll have to face these guys?"

Hinata (in the stands): "HAHA! ... I can't wait, I want to play this kind of match too"

Kageyama: "BAKA! We'll have to get stronger, they're on a whole other level"

The score was rising and the two teams refused to give in and traded blows. At 29-29, the intensity was at its peak.

In a fierce rally, Aoba Johsai saved an impossible ball thanks to a heroic defense from Yahaba.

Oikawa: "Ren, it's your turn! Finish him!"

Ren (thoughts): "I am an ace. I carry the hopes of my team. And I will not disappoint them."

Ren rose into the air, higher than ever. Facing a triple block, he remained suspended as if time had stopped. He hit the ball with devastating power and precision, piercing the block but before touching the ground Ushijima dove and received the ball Eita followed up with a pass to Reon who hit a straight attack but Iwaizumi touched the ball.

Iwaizumi: "One touch"

Oikawa positioned himself under the ball and sent a high ball right in the center where Ren made his approach and jumped, looking at Shiratorizawa's side all the defenders and the block seemed to slow down in his eyes and he saw an opening in the left corner, he hit the ball with all his strength scoring the final point.

Commentator: "It's over! Aoba Johsai wins the match thanks to a phenomenal attack from Ren Takeshi!"

Ren landed on the ground exhausted but with a smile on his face.

The players from both teams lined up and greeted each other respectfully. Ushijima approached Ren, a spark of respect in his eyes.

Ushijima: "You're strong. Very strong. But next time, I'll win."

Ren (smiling): "I can't wait to see that."

The two looked at each other and smiled.

Oikawa patted Ren on the back with a satisfied smile.

Oikawa: "You did great, Takeshi."

Ren smiled, but this time, with a newfound confidence.

Ren (thoughts): "This is just the beginning."
