In a hurry, Travis happily left the pavilion as the second trial was about to begin.

He knew that he needed to give his all in order to pass and make it to the final round. Travis was determined to prove himself and show that he had what it takes to succeed. 

Upon arrival at the Arena, Travis found himself among the last participants, the air thick with anticipation as the gates closed, narrowly escaping dismissal.

The formation in front of you is a teleportation matrix designed to transport you to the peak of Spirit Beast Mountain for the next phase of the recruitment test.

As you know, that area is full of dangerous spirit beasts, mainly snakes, most of them in their body-tempering realm.

Once you are teleported there, a rune will appear in your sea of consciousness that will keep count of the number of spirit beast that you manage to kill and of their cultivation.

That number will also be shown here. Candidates must kill ten or more spirit beasts to successfully pass the test and qualify for the next stage of recruitment."

The beasts killed can also be exchanged for points at the academy, so the higher the kills, the more advantageous it is.

Where there is danger, there is also an opportunity for profit. This spirit beast's guild is a spiritual herb that contains spiritual energy. There are different types of spiritual herbs, and they are divided into low-quality, mid-quality, high-quality, and peak quality.

Now for the rules. You must descend back to the foot of the mountain area for that number of kills to be valid.

If you break the rune, you will be immediately teleported back here, but all your kills will be invalid.

If you harm another participant, we will know and we will disqualify you. Stealing kills or herbs is permitted, but killing is prohibited, so exercise caution.

The rune will also gather information about your other qualities since we have reserved spots for those of you who don't excel at battle prowess.

The time limit for the test is one month. You must return to the foot of the mountain area before that time; otherwise, your kills will be invalid."

Candidates are encouraged to socialize and build trust with each other as teamwork and cooperation are essential for success in the test, highlighting the collaborative aspect of the individual assessment.

Candidates are required to form groups of five disciples each, ensuring that the group composition, including two attackers, two defenders, and one healer, remains consistent throughout the test. Choose group members based on their individual specializations to maximize the group's performance."

He then elaborated, "When forming groups of five, ensure a balanced composition with two attackers for offense, two defenders for defense, and one healer for support. This distribution optimizes group performance by assigning specific roles. The strategic allocation of roles is crucial for group success in the test."

Rest assured, the test takes place in a meticulously controlled environment to ensure the safety of all participants. The elders are readily available to intervene in emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of every candidate by overseeing the proceedings.
