Hogwarts Mysterious Man Resurrected

Chapter 108: Trying the Magic Wand

Lothar took the wand from Mr. Ollivander.

It was an emerald green wand, eleven inches long, and very beautiful to look at.

As soon as he took it over, a milky white light emitted from the top of the wand.

This surprised Lothar a little. He didn't expect that he would come across a wand that suited him so quickly.

He originally thought it would take him a long time to choose a wand of his own.

With a little surprise, Lothar looked at Ollivander, preparing to ask him to wrap the wand in a box.

But when he looked up, what Lothar saw was not Ollivander's expression of joy and joy, but a frowning and unhappy Ollivander.

Mr. Ollivander surrounded him, looking up and down Lothar.

He reached out and took the wand from Lothar's hand.

"Not this one"

Ollivander seemed to see the doubts in Lothar's heart, Ollivander explained.

"Mr. Kelyard, you have to know that the wand chooses the wizard, not the wizard chooses the wand."

"When this wand was in your hand just now, the reason why it emitted fluctuations of magic power was purely because your magic power was too powerful."

When he said this, Ollivander looked at Lothar with profound meaning.

Lothar touched his chin, thoughtfully.

Ollivander took the wand, put it aside, and continued to look for other types of wands.

Lothar looked at Dumbledore and found that he was looking around with interest.

Seems to be curious about everything here.

This gave Lothar a headache.

Dumbledore made it clear that he didn't want to explain anything to him.

Therefore, Lothar could only watch more and become familiar with the situation.

To be honest, Mr. Ollivander's store is really small and pitiful.

It was also very shabby, as if it hadn't been decorated for a long time.

This puzzled him a little, not to mention that Mr. Ollivander himself was a wizard and could use magic to tidy up and repair shops.

He can even make the store more beautiful and decorate it better.

Just saying that the gold galleons he earns every year is enough for him to renovate the entire store.

But now, this wand shop still maintains a shabby appearance.

It looks like those shops that are about to close down in the Muggle world.

It's poor and shabby, and you can't tell at all. This is a stick-making shop with a history of thousands of years, and its reputation is resounding throughout Europe.

But when I think of Mr. Garrick Ollivander, he is one of the three major staff makers in Europe.

Lothar seemed to understand something. Is this a kind of wine that is not afraid of the depth of the alley?

With this idea in mind, Lothar began to carefully observe the layout of the store.

Apart from a few stools, the shop is filled with wand boxes.

In each box, there is a magic wand.

They stay here, waiting for their owners to arrive.

Maybe it's the next moment, maybe it's tomorrow, maybe it's many years from now.

Lothar turned around, trying to pull out a wand from a box.

But before his behavior could even begin, he was stopped by Ollivander who came out with the wand box.

"Mr. Kelyard, you'd better not touch those wands."

He said this, which naturally made Lothar curious.

"Why Mr. Ollivander"

"You have to know that there are some wands that, once they identify an owner, they will only work for that person for the rest of their lives."

Faced with Lothar's doubts, Ollivander explained generously.

There was a trace of emotion on his face, as if he was remembering something.

Looking at Ollivander's appearance, Lothar's mouth twitched.

Do older people like to recall the past, even under such circumstances?

In response, Lothar coughed slightly, interrupting Ollivander's memory.

Ollivander gave him a resentful look, and Dumbledore laughed on the sidelines.

Fortunately, Ollivander still knows what he is going to do now.

He took out the wand in his hand and handed it to Lothar while continuing the topic.

"So, it might be an injustice to some wands if they designate you as their lifelong master."

"After all, your powerful magic is very deceptive."

With that said, Lothar took the wand brought by Mr. Ollivander.

It was a black wand, about twelve and one-third inches.

I don’t know what the core of the wand is yet. The same goes for the last wand. I don’t know what kind of core it is.

But Lothar still has some expectations for it. The requirements are not high, just anything powerful.

Whatever the increase is, it will come as strong as possible.

With this expectation, Lothar waved the wand.

A fiery red mini fire dragon appeared in front of everyone.

Lothar's face showed a look of satisfaction.

He looked at Ollivander, but saw a trace of dissatisfaction on his face again.

Lothar's heart clicked

Not surprisingly, Ollivander was still dissatisfied with this.

"This one still won't work. Your magic power is too deceptive."

He looked at Lothar and said word by word.

Lothar's face was confused

"Why is my magic so deceptive?"

He thought so in his heart, Ollivander glanced at him, as if he knew what he was thinking in his heart.

Just one more thing to say about this.

"Some wizards have very powerful magic, and they may use various wands with ease."

"But, in my opinion, it's just the wizard enslaving and driving the wand. They don't regard the wand as a part of their body."

"Moreover, Mr. Kelid is a wand-choosing wizard. He chooses a partner who can accompany him, rather than treating himself as an object of enslavement."

"That's why I think these wands are not good. Because they are surrendered to your magic power. They seem to be able to bring you powerful increases, but those are all false."

Lothar was thoughtful about these words of Ollivander, and he recalled Ginny's wand and the wand of the little wizard in the Snake Yard.

The feeling of being able to control at will seems to be what Ollivander said.

"Then, what kind of wand is suitable for me?"

Lothar looked at Ollivander in confusion, waiting for his answer.
