Horizon before dawn

- A bow and some arrows is all i need to survive. No scrap that i will thrieve in this mess up world. This is my vow. My hunter way.

I proclaimed to the wilds while fisting my hand to the Sun and giving the middle finger the now cloosed gate of my former home.

But first things first, I will need some place to stay for the night, luckily there is some ruins of the old world the Nora and the machines wont go and are actualy the safest place around this parts, if you dont mind the dead bodies, the putrid water and the bad smell, and the best part, they have a focus hard part its to actualy find them.

- Sorry Aloy but Im not even sure if your alive right now and i realy need that focus to survive, but how to find that old ruin? Well thats going to take some time and exploring i guess.

- Better stick to the roads for now. Luckily the ass of the deity or cosmisc Supreme being that put me in this world gave me the game UI.

While not geting some super strong skills or powers that would make this world tremble at my feet it was still something very usefull the bad part its required machines and wild life kills to get exp, but the map feature was already worth it.

One campsite at a time i made my way to a herd of striders near Mother's Heart, time to see in what time we at the story, i was prety sure that the derrengement was a future event all the Nora seem prety relaxed around here and the red raids is hapening on the north of Nora lands so there shouldent be a problem for me right now.

Seeing no watchers i fell confident in testing this, I may be small but there is plenty of hiding places i can go and hide if they derenged.

- Just 3 of them doing their stuff, looks promising. Ok Noir its now or never. Man up kid.

I go on to the closest of them and start screming at it with all my might 10 year old voice.

- ROACH LET ME RIDE YOUR MECHANICAL ASS, BE MY FRIEND. LETS TRAVEL TO THE U UNKNOW WORLD.

The strider insulted by my words or having alredy enought friends decided to bolt away taking the other 2 with him. How rude,one never have to many friends, maybe it dident like the name, ir to leave its confort zone.

- Uff. Ok, that settles it, the derrengement have not hapen yeat, or i need to think in a better way to call them.

Having confirmed in some way the timeline the best i could for now i went west of the strider site into a small cave thats going to be my home for the next days.

Setting a marker in my new penthouse in the wilds that can cover me for the rain and wind and large enough to make a fire its now time to get some needed suplies.

The Mother's Embrace is rich in game meet, fruits and some other weird plants that tastes like a armpit with vinegar, what dosent kill you makes you stronger i guess.

Anyway food will not be a big problem if you have the skill to learn how to hunt or the time to gather weird fruits, and having nothing but time i go for the safest route for now, picking berries and some red fruit thats tastes like a sour tomato for the rest of the day.

- I have food for 3 days now and i realy need to train my archery skills starting tomorrow, but for now its been a long day and a even biger cosmisc journey, rest today, conquer the wilds tomorrow.
