HP: I Become Dudley With The Power Of Hogwarts Legacy

Chapter 35: Diagon Alley

Sirius and Kreacher were finally living with the Dursleys, Dudley didn't know how much Sirius had paid his father but this cheap father were grinning all the time.

He only did this if his project is a success or he received bonus, so this time the money that being paid must be a lot.

But that not his concern at the moment, apparently they wanted to see his phoenix.

"When I open this briefcase it will be a whole new world there" said Dudley to his parents. "So are you ready?"

"We are ready" replied Vernon and Petunia.

"I also ready" added Sirius Black.

"Good" Dudley opened the briefcase and there are some sort of stair inside it. "So we just need to enter this briefcase"

"Woah" it was first time Vernon and Petunia see the expansion magic. They took a moment to look at it before Vernon noticing something.

"Son, the opening is too small" Vernon questioning his son. Apparently Petunia also had noticed but as a wife she knows how to protect the dignity of Vernon.

"Don't worry, my size are bigger than the opening too" Dudley then enter the briefcase, like magic the briefcase had expanded following his body size. When Dudley are already at the bottom, "Father, don't worry it would automatically expand following the visitor body size"

Looking at his son who are at the bottom, he then decided to follow him. Following her husband Petunia also went inside and lastly is Harry Potter.

"Wow, son" exclaimed Vernon. Inside the briefcase are not actually small lab but feel like a whole new world, some part are covered in snow, desert, autumn.

There are also a big lake with an aquatic plant and fish, there are a big manor, small farm and many more that could fit the animal inside. Most importantly there are artificial son that neither too cold or too hot.

Harry and Susan had went inside this place for many times, but they are still impressive on how massive and beautiful this secret place really is.

But compared to first timer like Vernon and Petunia they thought they are in heaven.

"Darling am I in heaven" asked Petunia.

"Nope honey, we are not dead yet" replied Vernon trying to snap his wife from her daydreaming.

"Sonic" called Dudley. The big red bird suddenly flew towards Dudleys arm. "This is the phoenix father"

The phoenix is really beautiful and most rarest bird in the Harry Potter universe, if not because of Dumbledore someone might not even see it.

Sonic has been tamed and become obedient pet so the bird shows her majestic appearance by flapping her wings.

"It is a beautiful bird" said Sirius.

"So this is a legendary Phoenix" added Vernon.

Petunia just looking at the phoenix, there are many memory she purposely trying to delete because of her sister. She actually wanted to become a witch but she knew she was just a normal human.

So this time instead of blocking the memory she accepted it, eventually she got to use many wizards item. For example her fridge no longer need gas or coal, mipsy heating it up by using heat magic.

She was also introduced with two way mirror by Sirius Black, with this item she can connect with her son everyday. She wondered why wizards are not popularize this item instead are using owl to send a letter.

"Dudley I can say one thing" said Sirius Black. "You are clearly the most genius person i have seen in this world"

"I know, Im genius" Dudley try humble bragging technique.

"Just say you like it Dudley" added Susan.

"Hahahahaha you caught me" replied Dudley.

"You are very good son" said Vernon.

"Absolutely the best son I could ask for" added Petunia.

---Diagon Alley---

"So will your aunt come here to go buy our Hogwarts equipment" asked Dudley to Susan.

"Every year she will spend her time to go Diagon Alley with me" replied Susan.

"Oh okay, let's wait her. I think 10 am is a good time to go shopping" suggested Dudley.

Eventhough Dudley had been to diagon Alley in the past, but that is all the memories and not himself going there. They are many place he wanted to go and also picked firebolt broom, his broom that he got from Hogwarts Legacy are outdated version.

100 Years improvement the speed would become very fast, if not speed the handling might be better. As someone who studied physics he knows if a wizard could move at the speed of sound they might experience G Force and potential collapse during flying.

Before this the AI just bought the necessary item such as clothes, wand, potion item, books and so on. He never bought something like broom, luckily he had a lot of money from Hogwarts Legacy and this is all real gold tempered by the goblin.

Dudley had try the comparison between his galleon from Hogwarts Legacy and this universe galleon and the shape and size are the same. If not the same, he might ask Goblin to convert the currency from Hogwarts Legacy to this world galleon.

"Will there be an attack" asked Harry suddenly.

"I don't think there will be an attack, but for safety reason lets get ready for anything. It is better to be safe than sorry" commented Dudley.

"Yeah, let's bring our wand" added Susan.

This time Petunia and Vernon didn't follow them like usual, because it was too unsafe. They also didn't linger there for too long instead they bought everything necessary, but this time Dudley buy a lot of book such as mind arts because he wanted to learn occulemency and legilimency.

He also bought advance book about runes and spell making, not just that he also ordered the expensive robes that malfoy goons always wore. It is made by acromantula silk, something like that.

They didn't meet weasley but they do meet grangers, so of course the duo between hermione and dudley resulted with them buy a lot of book.

"People will think you wanted to open your own book store" commented Dr Granger upon seeing his daughter bought a lot of book.

Hermione grinned then commented, "this is not just my book, 4/5 of this book are bought by Dudley"
