Vexalia's POV.
I looked up at the puppet girl as it started to speak, "You are a the hero created by the Goddess, specifically made to be able to face all the challenges that you'll encounter, and this journey will also help you find your friend." It explained, gaining my attention at the mention of Zelda.
"Where do I start?" I question the puppet, leaving it clearly confused despite not being able to express it, "There is more information I would need to give before we properly begin." It said as monotonously as earlier, "I don't care! Let's start!" I responded, causing Gaepora to facepalm behind me.
The puppet gave a nod in understanding as it began explaining, "I, Fi, will be your assistant during your journey, and as first guidance I shall give you, is to raise your sword skyward." The puppet instructed, causing me to look at the sword that formed ot of my palm, and then I lifted it up, feeling it charge up, "Now swing the blade towards the emblem in front of you and strike it." The puppet continued, and I did as such.
The moment I did, the sword let out a disc of light that struck the emblem, causing it to glow rainbow, then out of it came strings of light that shaped themselves into a tablet fragment that fell in front of me, "...It looks like a map." I commented, noting that there were trees drawn on it, "That doesn't look like any island around Skyloft though..." Gaepora pointed out.
"Place the fragment into the pedestal in front of you, and the way forward shall be revealed." The puppet said lastly before twirling into the blade of the sword, now not having any other leads, I slid the piece in the pedestal, and a green light came out of it, covering the whole room until it disappeared.
Nothing happened on the inside, leaving Gaepora and I confused, "What was that supposed to do?" I questioned, looking around and seeing that everything was exactly the same, "It covered everything... Maybe outside?" Gaepora suggested as he started heading out and I followed, only to be surprised by a green glow coming from the clouds, "That... The surface?" I muttered, holding my forehead to avoid the headache I was getting from this revelation.
The Next Day.
"I always wondered why those clothes were in the box me and Horwell found you in." Gaepora commented as he saw me come out of my room wearing the clothes he mentioned, "These might be a little too loose actually." I commented, but almost as if they were alive, the clothes tightened almost immediately to fit me perfectly, "...Divine clothes!" I exclaimed while doing jazz hands, which clearly didn't impress the Headmaster.
Gaepora put his hands on my shoulders, and looked me sternly, "Go find my daughter, aka, your girlfriend, before I throw you off Skyloft for doing that after I specifically told you seven times not to." He said, sternly, clearly done with my shit at this point, "Alright! Bye!" I exclaimed as I hurried out of the academy, not really paying attention to anything until Fledge threw me a belt with satchels on it and I gave a thumbs up as he waved me good luck.
At the edge of Skyloft, I jumped off and whistled for my Loftwing, which came flying and I had it bring me to the hole where the green glow was coming from, "Surface! Here I come!" I exclaimed as I jumped down and dived towards the land I could see below the clouds, but when I got past the cloud barrier, it was far more than I could have ever expected, "Oh my Goddess... It's beautiful..." I muttered, feeling tears stain my eyes, momentarily making me forget I was falling.
When I remembered I was falling, I panicked a moment seeing the ground fast approaching, but then I remembered I still had the veil Zelda gave me, so I pulled it out and it parachuted me, letting me land safely, "Safe..." I said as I took a breath, after that I looked around, seeing that I was behind a fence and over it the ground was going down in a spiral, "Fi what is this place?" I questioned the spirit as I started following the path beside me.
As I walked, the spirit explained what the place is, "You have landed in an area known as the Sealed Grounds, in the Faron Woods, the pupose of this place was to keep something sealed away." She finished, at which moment I reached the end of the path where there was access to the spiral in the ground, "It must be something big if there-" I froze when I noticed a dark aura coming out at the bottom of the spiral.
Staring at it a moment too long, out of the aura came the monster from my nightmare, which seemed to engulf everything around me in darkness before flying up and diving down on me, at which moment I snapped out of my trance and looked back down to see the dark aura stil seeping out, "How do I seal that up?" I questioned Fi as I used the veil to parachute down at the bottom.
"Hit the sealing spike with a Skyward Strike to renew the seal." Fi instructed, prompting me to lift my sword up and charge it, and then swinged it down, striking the spire with light, stopping the flow of darkness, "There..." I muttered, smiling at having being able to stop it, "Now where do I go..." I pondered as I started walking up the spiral.
