I AM TOAA's GRANDSON (PHELIO)

Chapter 16: Chapter 16 The bretrayal [Edited]

"This is the most hurtful betrayal I ever received."

Sullivan was now standing in front of the class to introduce himself.

Everyone right now is paying full attention to him, like he is some kind of celebrity. He was the adopted grandson of Ben and May Parker.

The most powerful businessmen and women in the world

And not only that, he was also counted as a cousin of Spider-Man, the hero of New York.

His grandpa said to leave everything to him.

And that was the mistake.

He forgot that his grandpa wanted him to have a social life, so he was just doing the normal process. He wasn't an excellent student, but an average student who came here to learn! and made friends!

Ridiculous! Who needs to learn this useless stuff? He didn't need to find a circumference just to eat food on a plate, right?

Sullivan could only sign when he looked at Miles, who smiled at him. At least he still has a friend here.

He smiled back and began to introduce himself.

"My name's Sullivan Morningstar. Nice to meet you all."

Alright, his last name wasn't Parker because of my parents, who abandoned me, so he didn't know why his adopted grandparents agreed to it.

He said only that, and when he finished introducing himself, he went toward Miles, wanting to sit beside him, but that seat was already taken.

Miles looked uncomfortable, not because of him but because of the dude sitting beside him.

"Can I get this seat? I want to sit beside my friend."

Sullivan spoke politely to the dude, but he laughed before saying

"Your friend? You mean this crown? Heh, I know that your adopted grandparents are rich, but why should I have to do as you said? "If you want my seat, you need to pay."

Sullivan looked at the teacher. He avoids his eyes. It seems like this dude must have had a pretty big background in the school.

"Well"

Sullivan took out one hundred bucks. The dude wanted to catch it from his hand, but before he could catch the bill, he saw something that was very scary.

That was Sullivan's eye. It was as if he touched the bill, his life would end here. This was the trick Hermione taught him in order to avoid fighting: to instill fear in the enemies. This was the most convenient method to spread the dominance against the squibs or muggles.

This method could help him when he meets bullies in school—not the robber, though, because he may shoot him out of fear.

'Metus Indusio'

Metus Indusio = Fear-Inducing

Duncan looked at Sullivan's eyes; he was shaking like a leaf. He didn't know that human eyes could be this scary.

"Do you want it or not?"

Duncan hurriedly shook his head before he gave his seat to Sullivan willingly.

"Thanks"

He then went to a seat somewhere else, far away from him.

Everyone in the room thought that maybe Duncan came back to himself and thought that he should not confront antagonist Sullivan, whose background was so deep like an ocean.

He might be a big iceberg, but he could not be compared to the ocean.

Sullivan then sat down next to Miles.

"Don't worry, Miles." I will be your boss from now on; those mobs cannot do anything."

"Well, thanks, I guess, but are you sure you will be alright with that guy, even though his family wasn't rich like yours and he was a member of a gang?"

"Gang nah, if he were a member of the gang, he should fear me."

"Why"

"You don't need to know; just know that I have your back."

Miles nodded. Perhaps his friend could help him with the bullies. His school life would be blissful then.

"Miles, I have something to say to you at lunch, and if it is lunchtime, wake me up."

"What do you mean, wake you up?"

"ZZZzzz"

Miles could only sign. Sullivan was now in dreamland, where he could sleep whenever he wanted.
