I Own EVERY Class in This World: Life Set to HELL Mode!

Chapter 364: A Way to Kill the Tormented One? To the Void you go!

"..." the [Tormented One] looked at Stark with neutral eyes, seemingly neither angry about the fact he tried to kill it, or sad about the death of its companions.

"Now," Aphex, floating above the crater, shouted, "Get rid of that human and you'll be promoted!"

"..." Tormented One took a few steps forward, visibly trying to catch Stark.

[Cannot kill via damage.]

[Find another way, it can't feel pain besides the one it was put on for hundreds of years.]

[It has nothing but its extreme defense and overwhelming strength.]

Stark clearly remembered these panels.

And as expected, once he checked the status window, the only important stuff to check were the stats and skills.

[Strength: 68,349]

[Defense: 99,999]

[Skills: Grab, Punch...]

Two skills, slow speed, but with high strength and defense.

In fact, strength and defense even if Stark used [Double Assault], he would still be leagues under it.

"..."

It advanced forward, with very slow steps.

"Aura Smash!"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

-0! -0! -0!

"Crimson Spears!"

-0! -0! -0!

"Spatial Inventory!"

He put his hands inside, pulling out the [Crystal Stun Potions], then threw them at the [Tormented One].

But nothing either.

"Domi-Chains Restrains!"

Three chains emerged from the ground and enrolled around the Tormented One, but regardless he kept advancing as if they weren't there, eventually breaking.

"Wielding Cross!"

Smash! Smash! Fwish! Smash!

-0! -0! -0! -0!

"Domination Soul!"

Smash! Smash! Smash!

-0! -0! -0!

In fact, Tormented One grabbed the heart in midair, squeezing it tightly.

"FUCK!" Stark suddenly realized that he made a mistake.

As said before, if your [Soul Heart] gets destroyed, you die too.

He truly didn't feel like wasting his revive for this.

So instead he dashed forward, arriving in front of Tormented One.

Luckily, the monster was extremely dumb, letting go of the heart to instead try and punch Stark, who simply avoided it.

"This is gonna take hours," Aphex yawned, positioning himself in a comfortable position and opening up a book summoned from who knows where, "I'll just wait for you to get tired."

At this point, Clever had tried to kill Tormented One hundred of times using his golden statue, with no results whatsoever.

No attacks could hurt it, no matter what.

But... was this even a problem for Stark?

Didn't he have a very specific skill that allowed him to kill enemies without hurting them?

Didn't he already use that skill before against the apostle inside of the [Colosseum].

That skill...

"Idiot," Stark smirked, ready to unleash it.

...

Meanwhile in the outside world, people were just too overwhelmed by the turn of events.

Chosen gets a skill that can kill almost every classifiers, forces them to kill each other, but in the end still uses it regardless

Clever who was supposed to be the strongest died, while Follower somehow managed to survive as well.

And Chosen? He simply respawned using an item.

"He predicted everything," Mike Gardenis laughed by himself, "That kid knew from the beginning that these items could be used to protect the girls, and also revive him!"

"He's still insane though, Elise Gardenis shrugged.

"I didn't say he wasn't, but every powerful classifier is a little crazy."

...

The overall opinion of Chosen did climb a bit after people realized that he wasn't just some kid who was willing to kill everyone because he was getting ganged up on.

Though that didn't mean people weren't cautious.

"But doesn't that mean we win?"

"Y-Yeah, every monster is dead, humanity wins!"

I'll let you imagine the reaction of the world when they saw the vortex in the sky, and Aphex's figure appearing, revealing that he was the true form of the three moons.

But a single human against an apostle as overwhelming as this one wasn't really fair to begin with.

"He's still going to die."

"Dude, just look at it..."

"Bye, Chosen."

And to add more to the disaster this trial was, Aphex wasn't the only surviving monster.

"OH COME ON!"

"Tormented One survived too?!"

They had the proof of the power of the spear, clearly shown by the fact the entirety of Termina was destroyed, yet everyone but Clever had survived?

Seriously?!

This also meant that Stark also would need to face two monsters instead of one.

One was an apostle able to destroy whole cities by himself, and the other was an invincible creature that even Clever wasn't able to injure.

This seemed unwinnable for humanity.

Now all they needed to do was brace themselves for the terrible thing that was going to happen when all the participants die.

"No," Lana shook her head, still looking at the TV with confident eyes, her phone opened up to the internet, where millions of people prayed for the death of Chosen, "Stark's going to win."

Through this entire trial, she had never even cried once, her faith in him not faltering one bit no matter what.

And so the camera positioned itself in a way that you could see the Tormented One advancing forward, Aphex in the sky, and the other three unconscious with Stark standing between the two monsters.

She knew that her (boy)friend was going to win this.

[I think Chosen's going to pull another trick!]

[What trick are you expecting from him at this point, the fucking red monster is invincible!]

[If Clever couldn't kill him, no one can't.]

[Clever got killed by the giant spear and no one else did, though, so you can't really doubt anybody in this trial.]

Forums were going wild, more chats appearing every second, people arguing.

Now all they wanted was to see for themselves what could the boy with the "Chosen" name do.

And Stark's family was no different.

"..."

"..."

"..."

None of them said anything, observing the screen of the TV, except for the little sister, who kept chatting with her friends.

They were pestering her for questions about her brother, but all she would do is say "I don't know".

The entire world one thing at that moment: who was Chosen, and was he strong enough to save them all?

...

"Hey, Aphex," Stark spoke, catching the attention of the apostle and the world as a whole, everyone going silent.

"Hm?" Aphex stopped reading the book in his hands and turned to look at Stark.

"Do you truly believe that I don't have a way to kill that thing?" he pointed Tormented One, his smile growing wider.

"I do believe there is almost no way to kill him, yes."

"But then, how would you do it?"

If Tormented One was truly invincible and couldn't receive damage, then it meant the apostle couldn't kill him either.

"That's the funny part, I can't," Aphex laughed, "He was tortured by Lord Godless, so only attacks from him could damage that thing."

"Damn."

"Now just exhaust yourself, Tormented One can't get tired either."

But at this point, Stark had already heard everything he needed to know.

Avoiding Tormented One whenever he got close, he kept thinking about his options.

Using "that" skill had major risks, and the chance of it turning back on him was also high.

But if there truly was no way, then the risk was the only thing left to take.

"Alright," Stark decided, "Then time to end it once and for all."

Fwish! Fwish! Fwish!

Stark's crimson aura flared around him as he positioned himself, closing his eyes and sensing Tormented One's steps in front of him.

He put quite some distance between the two of them to allow himself to do that.

Breath in...

"Phew..."

Breath out...

"GOT YOU!"

And so he decided to activate the skill that could be his saving grace.

A skill no one could expect someone else to have as it was just too insane to think about, even Aphex probably wouldn't believe it.

And so...

"BANISH!"

[Description: When the user's feels that their aura surpasses that of an enemy, they can unleash Banish, as a result, both his and the opponent's auras clash in a violent surge of energy, a battlefield of ethereal power.

If the user's aura prevails, the enemy is instantly cast into the Void—death is certain and instant, no matter their level or remaining health.

Should the enemy's aura prove stronger, though, the user is sent to the void instead.]

That's right, this was his only chance.

Such a skill didn't care about level, power and defense: if you lose the aura fight, you get sent to the void and instantly die.

And so what had to happen happened.

Ding!

[The Banish Game has started!]

[Chosen VS Tormented One]

[Loser gets sent to the void, which is instant death.]

[Good luck!]

The words about in front of Stark and Tormented One, but in front of Aphex and the screens of those in the real world too.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!"

"HOLY SHIT!"

"CHOSEN HAD A TRICK UP HIS SLEEVE!"

Even the moon apostle was confused.

"That is... surprising," he mumbled, closing his book, actually interested to see what could happen with that [Banish Game].

Tormented One was confused, but instinctively felt something strange for the first time: fear.

The only entity he feared was the [Godless Demon], but now, he could sense that this Banish Game could lead to his actual death.

"LET'S FUCKING GO, ASSHOLE," Stark shouted, his aura exploding forward, trying to overwhelm the Tormented One's aura.
