At Nora home she just finished her shower covering her body with bath coat she sit at living room her eyes focus on paper lay at the table writing resignation form she slowly grab her phone a dialed an unknown number. In second ring a male come through " are you accepting it " Nora replied with calm Voice" Yes I accept it " the male voice sounds existed " I'll make sure everything is prepared for you Miss Garrett" then the call ended Nora close her eyes take breath and slowly let it go " Don't worry mom with new positions I'll find good doctor that can treat you" Nora voice was low as she accepted with her full heart.
Meanwhile me and Tracy just arrived at location it was abandoned warehouse near small harbour the place was totally run down only two buildings remain one of them had dim light in it. I parked the car not far from the place as I am about went out Tracy grab my sleeves I turn back to look her face showing concern as she flustered " are you sure going there alone " her voice sounds worried I reassured her everything will be okay her hand slowly let go my sleeves I Tracy to call police if she heard gun shots she nodded calmly " be careful " her voice low but smooth I smile and nodded before went out.
I arrived at edge of the warehouse I noticed there were two mob members guarding the entrance both of them carried assault rifles I call the system and asked if there any kind weapons I can used the chime in opening small transparent window there appears a list of weapons I can used but I need to purchase it with points I get the greater the weapon the more points it costs. I pause for the moment scrolling the catalogue the assault rifles are costs around fifty thousand points as for sidearms are less than tenth thousand I gritted my teeth it's overpriced the system just laughed mockingly I rubbed my temples and keep scrolling again there I find a weapon I want a Hunting Knife which cost around two thousand points I clicked it and suddenly the knife appeared at my hands.
Meanwhile inside the warehouse Kevin was on the call behind him was Angela look disoriented dark circles around her eyes while on the phone Kevin looks at Angela as he smirk " don't worry nobody gonna know I'll will take her somewhere far from here can't wait to taste her body " Kevin mischievously glare at her body and hung up.
He slowly walks at her gently touching her face he leans close to her ear with playful voice he spoke " tomorrow you will be mine forever " Kevin kiss her cheek and left her walk pass one of his minions and gestures at him the minions replied nodded and he left. Meanwhile I managed slip inside the warehouse the place wasn't big I activated skill SEARCHING there only 5 minions three guarding inside two outside there one on basement total six of them. I quickly sneak around looking for switch box few minutes later I located it near one of the minions he's had bulking body my knife probably can't penetrated it.
I'll improvise I'm grabbing chain and walk silently behind him quickly I kick his leg as his begin to staggered I wrapped chain around his neck and pulled it till his body hanging. As he began to choke I pulled harder until he's not breathing again. After finishing him I quickly went to switch box and turn off the switch suddenly all warehouse went dark.
Kevin inside his office startled by blackout quickly call his minions from radio to check out sense something off he pulled off a handgun from a drawer grabbed a torchlight and walk out his office. Kevin call his minions through radio but no response he walked slowly into hallway " Cole are you there it's not funny okay" Kevin shouted call one of his minions covered in cold sweats he walked through dark hallway with torchlight on his right hand while gun on left in panic he call out his minions through radio still no response.
As he the hallway his leg stumbled on something that dragged him down he gets up again find a switch box and turn it on as lights was back on again he turned around he startled by dead body of his minions. His face suddenly turn panic he quickly running towards room where Angela were held as he open the door Angela wasn't there fill with Anger he screamed calling Angela name his angered voice echoes around the warehouse.
" ANGELA!!!! You can't hide from me" his voice horses as look for her around the warehouse meanwhile I finally get Angela out she's look weak but still breathing she slowly open her eyes. Seeing me carrying her she put a faint smile " Danny you come for me " her voice sobbing as tears came out from her eyes I slowly wipe out her tears while cover her with my jacket. I told her to stay here while I deal with Kevin suddenly she grab my sleeves as she spoke with low voice " you need to make him come clean I have an idea" Angela leans close to my ears and began whispering. Meanwhile Kevin had lost temper calling Angela name again and again as he turn around he a figure outside he quickly running towards it. As he reached outside suddenly he felt something hit his left leg he screamed in pain just he's about to get up I kick him straight to his face he rolled over the ground. " Fuckers!!!! Show your face I ain't afraid at you" Kevin keep shouting while tried to steady himself when he tried to reach his weapon sound of high heels clinging Infront of him as he looks up it was Angela.
" Angela Baby did you waited for me " Kevin eyes flickering with hope as he tried to reach Angela she slowly retreat her steps Kevin smile suddenly froze his eyes filled with emotions he look at her again Angela face shown no emotion her eyes were cold her face was sharp.
" Why did you do it? " Angela spoke with stern voice as Kevin tried to act like he knows nothing about it but Angela see through his trick because he always act like nothing happened. " I don't know what are you talking about " Kevin spoke with confused voice but Angela retorted " don't play tricks with me Kevin I knew it was you " Kevin still with his play act tried to begged Angela " I do this because I love you " hearing that makes her disgusted she sneered " you delusional...now tell me did you make that signature " Kevin look at her with smirk " yes I am the one who did it I copy your signature it was perfect plan they pay me forty million dollars just for a signature" Kevin spoke with pride in his heart as he continues spoke revealing his plan from kidnapping and Angela to forced her to handed her company to him.
After few minutes listening Angela spoke with calm voice " I heard enough" she slowly draw the gun towards his head just she about to pulled the trigger. I quickly hold her hands she began trembling tears slowly came out from her eyes " don't do it Angela " I slowly held her shoulder gently low down the gun my eyes focus on Kevin with sneered smile I gestures him to say I won.
Kevin by way with anger filled in his heart he snatched the gun from Angela hand and pointed at me he snarled " you think you already won HUH!! Well think again " as he about to pulled the trigger I swiftly shield Angela with my body and smile at silently.
BANG!!!!! Gunshot sounds follow with Angela screaming everything went quite like time was stop around me as I slowly open my eyes and look down Angela still hugging me I gently shake her body she slowly let go her embrace.
She suddenly realised something and begin checking my body for injuries in panic I held both of her shoulder and glanced at her " I am fine Angela " as she glanced back at me she finally calm down. Kevin in other way standing clueless like doll suddenly feel pain at his chest he lowered his gaze he noticed a hole at his chests he look at both Me and Angela behind her two police officers standing with gun pointing at him. He began to realise who shot him as he about to point up his gun towards me another shot hit his chest and another till he finally fall to the ground.
The cop quickly run towards Kevin lifeless body while another one went to me and Angela to check up as he confirmed that Kevin already dead the gate suddenly open a squad of Police follow by SWAT team barge through the warehouse. Angela suddenly glance at me fill with emotions she began sobbing and press her face in my chest her warm tears drenched around my shirt she kept repeating words " you idiot you idiot you idiot " while her hands keep hitting me playfully Tracy suddenly came from afar surprisingly with the scene she retorted " aren't you going something " as she gestures at my hand to hug Angela feeling a bit annoyed I slowly wrapped my arms around her back as I look up with sigh of relief I said " it's over now ".
