In MHA with JJK powers.

Kurokai standing alone in a corner looked curiously at Hero Cementos who was building the stage for the final showdown.

"What a useful quirk.", Kurokai said in a small voice.

But it seems somebody heard him.

"Not as useful as yours."

Kurokai turned back to look at Todoroki Shoto who was walking towards him.

"You are strong.", Todoroki said and looked straight at Kurokai.

"I felt it, whether it was during the race or the group battle."

"But.....", Todoroki looked down at his left hand.

"I will win."

"Because I have a reason to win...", Todoroki's eyes seem to reminisce about his dark past.

Kurokai gave the talking Todoroki a weird look.

'Okay so.....what you want me to do?'

"My father, he trained me to be the strongest...."

'...What's up with the sudden sad backstory?'

"I was just a tool to fulfill his ambition....."

'Should I call Midoriya? You want me to call Midoriya?'

"I will show him that I can win without using his power...."

Kurokai barely controlled the corners of his mouth from twitching.

Finally, after a long time, Todoroki finished speaking and then gave Kurokai one last look before turning around and leaving.

"Todoroki."

The sudden voice made him halt his step.

"You cannot beat me with just half of your strength."

Two pairs of determined eyes collided in mid-air spreading invisible sparks.

"We'll see about that....", Todoroki said before leaving.

Seeing Todoroki leave, Kurokai rolled his eyes and muttered under his breath.

"Daddy issue."

"All right! The final match will be a one-on-one battle!"

"The first match will be..."

"Kurokai vs Todoroki!"

The audience cheered, and all the present heroes started a discussion about the upcoming match.

"It's like having the boss battle at the start.

"Who do you think will win?"

"It's hard to say, Kurokai's ability is too versatile, if he just threw Todoroki out of the arena then it will be game over, on the other Todoroki has yet to use his flame ability...."

The heroes present in the audience were pros, they were able tp analyze the strengths of both parties on a much deeper level.

Outside Resting room.

"Anything I can do for you? Hero Endeavor.", Kurokai asked while looking at the muscular figure with flames all over his body.

"I was looking for you boy.", Endeavour said in a strong tone.

"What do you want?"

"Shoto is meant to surpass All Might....."

'What's wrong with this father and son?'

"But he refuses to use his power....Hmph! I want you to not embarrass yourself in the battle."

'You want me to force him to use his power?'

After he finished speaking, Hero Endeavour started walking away.

"Don't worry I'll whoop your son's ass."

Endeavour halted, looked back, and gave Kurokai a deep look before walking away again.

"These two heroes in training have performed amazingly in the sports festival!", Hero Mic shouted in excitement.

"He has been the undefeated number one since entering UA! Everyone give a shoutout to Kurokai Sento!"

"Woah!"

"Verses! Shoto Todoroki!"

"Yeah!"

"Oh oh this will be interesting!", Mount lady shouted with stars in her eyes, staring intently at the big screen.

"Pay attention to your job", Hero Woodman shouted at her in annoyance, but even he couldn't help but sneak a peak at the large screen.

Kurokai and Todoroki stood on the stage under the cheer of the crowd.

"Are you two ready?", Hero Midnight asked.

"Yes.", Kurokai and Todoroki replied at the same time.

"Then...Begin!"

As soon as Hero Midnight's words ended.

Kurokai raised his hand towards Todoroki.

"I won't let you!"

With a large shout, in the blink of an eye, half of the stadium was covered in an icicle avalanche.

The audience was stunned, staring at the giant block of ice in disbelief.

"Holy shit!"

"Is really a high schooler?"

"It's too strong!"

Even the referee Hero Midnight was half-frozen!

Collateral damage!

"S-student K-Kurokai are you giving up?", Hero Midnight asked in a shivering voice.

Giving up?

He probably froze to death.

But then a voice came out from inside the glacier.

"Of course not."

*Boom*

With a loud sound, the entire icicle glacier broke down in pieces, sending several sharp ice shards everywhere.

Before these shards could escape, they were enveloped by a green light and stopped in mid-air.

And in the arena, Kurokai stood straight in his original place, there not a hint of ice on his dress as if he had never attacked in the first place.

But that was not the problem!

The audience looked at the many pieces of ice shards suspended in the air in horror.

There were too many!

Do you mean to say this kid can control that many things at once?

Crazy! They're both crazy!

The audience was going nuts and the excitement was rising.

"Is that all you got?", Kurokai asked with his hands in his pocket.

"Yosh! It seems Kurokai doesn't take Todoroki seriously!", Hero Mic added coal to the fire.

"Stop it.", Eraser Head stared coldly at Hero Mic.

Todoroki's face wasn't looking good, he could tell, as soon as he moved, the various icicle shards will attack him instantly.

'Did his power increase?'

He was obviously not this strong during the incident.

Suddenly a pressure started building up inside the arena.

"W-what is this feeling?"

The heroes in the audience spoke in confusion.

Then under their surprised eyes, Todoroki was brought to his knees.

"Is it Kurokai?"

"What is he trying to do?"

Kurokai looked at Todoroki who was trying his best to stand up under his Telekinesis control.

"Is that all you got?", Kurokai repeated his words.

Barely enduring the pressure, Todoroki gritted his teeth and generated ice through his hand sending another attack at Kurokai.

But this time before the ice could reach Kurokai, it was broken down into several pieces.

"K-Kurosaki-kun is too strong....."

Students of class 1-A who were watching the battle muttered.

"But what exactly is he trying to do?"

They were also confused by Kurokai's actions.

He was winning, so why didn't he finish the match?

Kurokai silently looked at Todoroki who kept sending ice attacks at him.

Without any suspense, the attacks were broken down before they reached him.

"You still won't use your true strength?"

"Did my dad hire you to do this? Are you a hitman or something?", Todoroki retorted in an almost shouting voice.

"No, but I did promise to whoop your ass."

"?"

Kurokai smiled seeing Todoroki's contorted expression.

Feeling that the time was right, he pulled out his hidden trump card.

"It's your power true isn't it?"

Todoroki's movement stopped.

"Not even willing to use your own power, is this how you're going to save others? with your half-assed resolve."

His mother's face passed through Todoroki's mind.

"Hero's put their life on the line every day."

Several Heros sitting in the audience clenched their palm, his words seem to resonate with theor hearts.

"They give their everything to fight crime so tell me Todoroki...."

"Do you even want to be a hero?"

A scene from his childhood passed through Todoroki's mind.

He remembered a child who simply wanted to be a Hero, not bound by any unnecessary chains, a simple and pure wish.

"I...."

A fire burned on Todoroki's left side as he stood up from the ground.

"...I want to be a Hero."

"Then come at me, with everything you have.", Kurokai raised his hand towards Todoroki.

"I will."

A huge flame and icy glacier erupted from Todoroki's body at the same time crazily rushing towards Kurokai.

An invisible seemed to form around Kurokai clearly isolating the ice and fire. 

"Kurokai!", Todoroki shouted with all his might and attacked with everything he had.

The ice and fire combined giving birth to a terrifying power.

Kurokai smiled seeing the upcoming attack, he wasn't going to shout like Todoroki, it was not his style.

So he simply waved his hand, nullifying the upcoming attack under Todoroki's incredulous gaze and sending him flying out of the arena, knocking him out.

"K-Kurokai Sento wins!", Hero Midnight announced in a trembling voice.

"Wooaaahh!"

The crowd erupted in cheers.
