Why in the hell he's coming here? Well I have some guess why he's here.

I don't like people come uninvited to my house, no one like that but I don't think he's here because of me, he's doesn't know I'm here so I think he's here for envy.

He must somehow figure it out that I'm the person who kidnapped envy.... no I leaved no clue for him so he must just have some doubt that envy is kidnapped and I was the one who kidnapped her based on our problem with eachother and he came here and he just checking every possibility out of desperation.

It doesn't matter if he don't have any evidence since he didn't find envy it's worth a shot for him to check everything.

Actually I don't think he is smart enough to check every possibility so he probably just listening to Gideon order but I won't down play people maybe he was just showed stupid in the comic.

I won't stop him entering my mansion, it's a good time to see where envy stand.

This is not how expected I will fight Todd but it's I can't always choose the battle field

I better begin preparing for the fight, I take out the staff that Ramona bought for me, it's really great It increase my mana by 1000 and my mana attack power also increases by 10%.

But I don't like having staff so I start using the transmutation magic and change the shape of the staff into a cane, this way I can use it easier.

I create 80 clones and they start mediation to restore their mana and chakra and aura so I can use them when I'm low on this energies and help me in the fight.

Now this fight can be so easy if Todd doesn't have a passive defence with he's telekinetic power, which I don't think he have. He probably needs to always have he's telekinetic power active, so does he always use telekinetic?and if so how good his defence is?

I know he's attacks are strong but I don't know much about his defense.

I'm not some stupid man who go and start talking with him and then start the fight, I would just teleport outside the mansion and use explosion spell.

If one explosion wasn't enough i would dispose one of my clones to restore my mana and use explosion spell again and again and again.

But envy is here and I don't want to destroy my mansion.

I could also use sleep spell to make him fall asleep but I doubt that could work, he's some sort of telepath so he probably have mental shield and his bairn works faster than people.

I could just sue sleep spell again and again to level it up but that would take time and when he realises that my sleep spell is getting stronger he would get stressed and maybe even run away or he might just use a strong attack and destroy this whole area around here.

I have some other ideas but first I need to test him but for now let's see what envy will do.

(Todd pov)

I don't believe that envy have been kidnapped but Gideon thinks she's been kidnapped. Anyway he said if Edward was going to keep someone who he kidnapped, it would probably be here, when I checked this place and tell him that I didn't find her I can go back and rest, I'm tired of flying around looking for envy.

Hell she might not even be in this city anymore.

I walk toward the door and knock.

*Knock-knock*

I wait a few minutes but no one answered.

I knock again.

*Knock-knock*

"Who Is it?"I heard envy voice from the inside!!

Your have got to be kidding me!! envy is really been kidnapped!!!

If envy have been kidnapped then their is no way that she was the one who talked with me through the phone and said she knows I have been cheating on her, Edward must have used some kinda technology and even if he told her that I cheated on her, she wouldn't believe the one who kidnapped her and even if she does, I can say that he's just a liar, I think between her kidnapper and me, she would choose to believe me.

This is perfect, not only I wouldn't have any problem with envy, I could also be her hero, the problem is solved.

"I'm coming baby"I shouted 

And with that I use my telekinetic power and blast the door.

"What the fuck?"envy screamed in fright, she's probably afraid 

I enter the mansion.

"Don't worry I'm here now and nothing can har "I was talking but I stopped when I saw envy in comfortable clothes and with popcorn in her hands and there was also the sound of TV

"Harm you"I finished slowly my sentence and couldn't help to be confused with what I was seeing

She's been kidnapped but why she's looks like she's fine.

I saw envy sigh and walk toward the sofa and pick up the tv controller and turn it off.

"Why are you here?" She asked with a suprised voice

"What do you mean why I am here? I'm obviously here to save you"I said

"Really? I thought you are busy fucking that bitch Lynette"she said with a cold tone

Shit, Edward must have told her but so what he doesn't have any proof, it's his word against mine.

"Baby how can you believe him, he's obviously lied to you"I said

"Oh really"she said and take out her phone and play a video and throw the phone at me

I take the phone with my telekinetic and looks at the video

"Ahh, harder"I heard Lynette voice

How In world she have this video!! Who took this video?

There wasn't any people in the room except Lynette and I.

"Ahh"I opened my mouth to explain but I couldn't find anything to say

"You have nothing to say? That what I thought"envy said

If it was before I may have gone with him, after all I have been kidnapped but not anymore.

I will gain more by staying with Edward, besides this is his mansion, I doubt that he doesn't know that Todd is here, he told me before if I run he would know so he's probably aware that Todd is here.

He might also be listening to my conversation with Todd.

If he's indeed Listening to us and knows that Todd is here and haven't done anything yet it's mean that he want to see what would I do.

"Edward is a dear friend of mine, we met by accident and becomes good friends, he allows me to stay here because I was heart broken"I said and this shocked Todd more

"Okay okay , but you need to come back, the band needs you and this day people have been asking where is envy"Todd said

"Right I forgot to tell you, I'm out, I won't be in the band anymore"I said

"What!"he said

"Now please get out"I said

"Listen you are angry now, let's go and you may get some sense later"he said

I was going to say to him that he's better go and fuck himself but I suddenly lost the control of my body!

"Let's go"he said and turn around and walk outside

He control my body so I'm slowly fly behind him.

Damn it, I can't control my body, I don't know what to do.

I could shoot some spinning mana bolt but my hand are down so even if I shoot the spinning mana bolt, it would hit the ground.

It's seem I can only wait for Edward, I hope he doesn't think that I left with my own will.

(3rd person pov)

Todd was leaving with envy who Is being dragged by his telekinetic power when suddenly they heard a voice.

"Really? Leaving before you pay for the door"they heard Edward voice and Todd stopped and turn around and frown when he saw Edward but envy face brightened when she saw Edward

"Edward Kenway"Todd said with a lot of anger"you made a lot of troubles for me"

Todd is right, he needed to fly around and looks for envy most of the day and he hardly rested.

"That's good"Edward said, obviously he didn't care that he made a lot of troubles for Todd

Todd was going to look at his thoughts and read his mind but to he's shocked that he couldn't read Edward mind.

"You can protect yourself from my mind reading"Todd said"are you a vegan?"

"No, I eat a lot of meat"Edward said" anyway do you want to talk or do you want to fight?"

"Hehehe, okay let's fight"Todd said and released envy 

"Give us some space baby"Edward said with soft toen to envy which shocked both envy and Todd

"What?"todd said with shock

Envy looks at Edward and saw his eyes and suddenly she had a idea why he said baby to her with such gentle tone.

"Okay h-honey"envy said and walk back a lot to give them space

"Honey!!!"Todd was shocked again

"Oh this is awkward"Edward said with a smile" well I don't think it's anything that damage you, after all you did cheat on her first"

"Wait you mean you and her?"Todd said with shock and point his finger at me and envy

"Hehehe"Edward chuckle and start floating with flight magic

"It is what you think, she needed comfort and I'm not a heartless man "Edward said while laughing"so at the end hehehe bow chika wow wow"Edward starting thrusting the air but Todd was seeing Edward thrusting in envy

Todd face got ugly and he felt anger because of envy betrayal even though it was a lie, envy didn't cheat on him with Edward but he didn't know and in his anger he didn't read envy mind because he didn't want to see the two of them having sex.

"Hehehe are you angry? I must say she was really good and her voice as a singer is great and that just make her moans way better than other women"Edward continue to make Todd more angry

"Fucking bastard"Todd had enough and used his massive telekinetic power and sent a strong pressure strike 

Edward could also do this with his telekinetic magic but his pressure strike is way weaker than one Todd created.

The telekinetic power was invisible mostly but Edward could see it with his observation haki.

Surprisingly to both Todd and envy, Edward didn't try to dodge or defend himself and he got hit with Todd attack.

The scene they expected did not happen and Edward did not fly with blood coming out of his mouth and instead he just exploded and with a bang smoke appeared and disappeared in the air.

Obviously this Edward was just a clone, seeing Edward turning into smoke made Todd vigilant, he already know from Gideon that Edward have the ability to create clones.

He looks around and stay vigilant in case Edward use a sneak attack.

"I must say I stayed here waiting to say something cool but why bother you are going to die"Todd pupils shrink when he heard Edward voice that close near him

He turn his head and see Edward right beside him, without thinking he send another pressure strike to Edward.

But the attack just seems past through Edward and just make his body a little weird like he's a hologram!! which made Todd suprised again, if Edward simply turned into smoke he wouldn't be surprised.

Obviously this Edward was just a holographic image.

He sends another pressure strike which didn't work again against a holographic image.

Todd lift a rock with his telekinetic and throw it toward Edward and just pass through him again.

This time Todd understood that this Edward is just a fake image.

"Come out and face me coward"Todd shouted, he knew he can't handle Edward if he don't find him

"Don't be a puss"Todd was going to mock Edward but he suddenly heard a voice and looks up and saw a giant spinning blue ball is in the hand of Edward and soon if he doesn't dodge that Gina ball is going to smash his body 

He control his own body using telekinetic and pull himself backward and dodge the big ball rasengun.

'todd is fast'edward thought and suddenly explodes and smoke appeared again

Todd is actually really fast, he could travel to moon in a short time so it's not wander that Edward couldn't hit him.

Todd after dodging wanted to think about a way to deal with Edward, he's proud and arrogant but he's not so stupid, unfortunately Edward didn't give him a chance and multiple spinning mana arrows were shot towards him.

Todd start dodging but after dodging multiple spinning mana arrow were shot towards him against.

It's was nerve wracking for Todd, he knew if those energy attacks hit him they would be very painful or he may even die, his attack and defence is strong and something Like a punch from a strong person or a bullet couldn't hurt him but against mana and chakra attack he was helpless.

He tried to stop the mana arrows but he find out he could only weaken them but they still continue to come towards him.

Mana is after all is a energy and the fact Todd could weaken them showed how good his telekinetic power is.

As time past Todd becomes tired and more tired, it's only been ten minutes but in this ten minutes Edward didn't allow him to breath freely.

Mana arrows were shot at him from different angle, sometimes from the above his head or sometime from the left or right or his back.

Edward clones coul be seen when attacking and they lose the sealth ability when they use another skill but after the attack they disappear again .

Todd tried to use something as shield so he send a pressure strike to the ground.

*BAM*

Todd used the big broken stones as shields, at first it worked even though the shield stones get destroyed so fast because of the destruction power of the mana arrows he could just pick more stones But Todd is not the only one who can think and change strategy, after todd used the stones as the shield Edward, well Edward clones thinks of a way and soon they shot not only spinning mana arrow but also spinning acid arrows

Acid arrows destroy the stones directly and fast and after that follows the spinning mana arrow.

This got Todd off guard when he was resting a little to catch his breath.

He dodged most of them but one of the arrows scratched his shoulders, it's not a big deal todd can handled, it's just a scratch.

Suddenly he saw hundreds Edward and they all start talking.

"Todd Todd Todd, how you wanna die"one the Edward said

"Obviously we are kidding we don't care"another one said

They continue saying random things, some mocked him some said they would forgive him if he kneel or something like that.

He got angry and throw a pressure strike towards the group of Edwards and that didn't affect them, obviously they weren't real and they were just holographic images.

Todd wasn't surprised this time , he already knew the Chance of them being real is so low.

Honestly the best plan is to take envy and leave this place.

After a little thinking he decided to leave and deal with Edward later.

Todd turn around and fly toward envy but how could Edward allow this?

"It's seem your father was right"one of the holographic image said which made Todd body to froze

"Your will is really weak, how did you even become a vegan with this weak will"another holographic image said

Todd body start trembling!! He start remembering his father and how he was always disappointed in him, how he never believed he could become a vegan.

Todd was so angry!! he had enough, at first he wanted to toy with Edward so he didn't show his full power.

Todd leaving is just because he tired and don't want to show Edward his power to make him scared, Todd worried that this way Edward could become more tricky and may never show himself.

Todd defence may not be good against magic but his attack is definitely his most top notch.

He wanted to make Edward think that he can handle him so Edward show his true self so then he could destroy Edward.

What Todd didn't know that Edward is already toying with him, from the start he didn't used most of his strongest skills to check how good todd is and at this point he have multiple plans in how to kill him.

One of the plan is to one of the Edward clones go up in the sky and take out multiple trucks and throws them from the sky to land on Todd head and yes Edward have trucks in his inventory besides multiple cars and bikes even though he can't drive yet.

Anyway the trucks falling on the Todd head is not enough, that is just a distraction. When Todd suddenly noticed the trucks and try to defend himself, Edward clones will use his distraction and use light of the saber.

Todd is fast so only the light of saber is fast enough to harm him and with more than one light of saber, his chance of surviving is very low but why bother when there is another easier way.

"That's it Edward, I didn't want to do it but you made me"he said and fly high in the sky and and looks the mansion like it's nothing.

He's eyes glow white, he's attack is going to destroy not only Edward mansion but also more than 10 kilometres behind the mansion.

Just as he was going to strike he felt a great pain on his back, as he was about turn his head and looks back he felt pain a another area of his body.

Soon Todd was stabbed by Edward clones hidden blades, over and over again.

His screamed and his bloody figure fall from the sky.

*BAM*

because he wasn't using telekinetic to control his fall he got hurt.

Todd a man who could destroy a city easily is lying there and scream for help.

Todd didn't expect Edward attack from close and he thought like himself Edward is also someone who can only fight from afar, he also thought when Edward attack his stealth will be removed and that is true if he used a skill but he didn't so his skill so his stealth was still active.

It's not that Todd is not strong, It's just Edward is so annoying to fight, the best plan for Todd was running away really fast but he was too proud and even when he was going to leave with envy he was moving slow.

From afar envy face was like she was hit by a lightning.

She was expecting a fight but nothing like this, she thought they might just start throwing attacks at eachother and dodge eachother attacks.

Everything changed so fast, one second Todd was flying in the sky and the second later he fall from the sky to the ground.

The hundreds Edward holographic images disappeared and all of the Edward clones dispose themselves.

With all of the clones disposed the real Edward understood that fight is over and finally walk out of basement and get out of mansion and walk toward envy.

Yes till this moment Edward was still staying in the basement, this was not because he was arrogant and thought he could defeat Todd just with his clones but because he was vigilant in case Todd used a large scale attack.

Just because he gained power doesn't mean he needs to risk his life and be careless.

As he walk toward envy he heard Todd moan from pain but he didn't care and finally reached envy.

"Let's go see your boyfriend, sorry your ex boyfriend"Edward said and saw that envy is looking at him weirdly

"What?"he asked

"Are you the real one?"envy asked, she really don't know anymore 

"Hehehe yes I'm the real Edward, the fight is already over but he's still alive so let's go see him before I finish him"Edward said and envy nodded

They walked towards the broken ground that and after some walking they saw Todd bloody figure.

Todd is using his telekinetic to stop the bleeding and this was really a good idea but unfortunately it's going to save him.

Todd saw Edward and envy getting near him.

"Envy hel"Todd was going to ask for help for help

"She can't do anything for you"Edward said

Todd wanted to attack Edward but for him there was chance that this Edward is just a clone and even if he's real, Todd is using all of his remaining power to stop his bleeding and even a throwing a rock is hard for him.

(MC pov)

"Kill him"I said to envy

"What?"her face showed how scared she was

I really won't car if she killed him or not, I just want to complete my mission.

I couldn't help but to sigh in disappointed, I can make her to kill Todd but that would be against her own will so I won't get the reward.

Todd saw how envy didn't agree to kill him and couldn't help but to release some tears quietly.

"It's okay, it's okay, you don't have to do it"I said and and gently pat her head

After all they dated for a long time, she can't just easily accept killing him with her own hands.

Todd seems to want to say something but I didn't let him, what if he was going to say something heart warming, people do weird thing when they are near dead, he's usually a jerk but when his near dead he might want some redemption so he might say something nice and I can't allow that.

I raise my hand and create 5 spinning mana arrow and shoot them toward Todd.

*Poof* the spinning man arrows break the wind and go toward Todd.

*BAM*with the impact Todd dies and turn into coins

With the sound of coins falling on the ground envy cried more.

"It's okay"I said with a gentle tone

"It's okay Natalie"with saying her real name her body tremble

She just shocked how event have gone and because of the whisper of the devil she is confused and in a few minutes she will come into her sense but how I can allow that.

I cast sleep on her and she fall asleep in my hand.

Sorry for the late update

At first I wanted to make this fight existing but I decided against it

Just in case some of you are wandering or thinks this way, NO this is not a wish fulfillment story, MC try to make good choices that is a normal thinking.

MC doesn't throw himself in danger, I'm mean who would? I want MC to be a normal person.

He isn't a assassin in his past life or soldier, id had some heart breaking life moments.

This fanfic is about how he got a chance to be powerful and he takes it, that is what a normal person do but he also is careful to not became a stupid person and get himself killed.

MC doesn't throw himself in trouble just for the excitement not until he's strong enough.

He also don't get everything easily.

I try to make to show that everyone have a brain in the story, that why envy guessed that MC might be listing to her.

Every character have their own will and that why I made envy being able to resist whisper of the devil but if the wipser of the devil level was high I would made that envy kill todd, so it's not because I want to nerf MC.

I know maybe it's ridiculous to find logical things in a fanfic when the guy can blow up the moon but I try.

Todd lost because he didn't have enough information about MC and he was too proud.

If there was problems with the fight tell me so I can get better, but give me real advice not just unnecessary criticism.
