Come on someone like him wouldn't just come out of nowhere to save you or maybe he would. I don't know him good enough, maybe he is a good guy who likes to help People.... No and I'm sure the people he killed in the past few hours would disagree about him being a good guy or maybe he's like an anti hero or something like that but he didn't look like one.

"So everyone with aura will also have a semblance?"I asked and David nodded

"What is your semblance?"

To her, ends justify the means.

Right now she's sitting and looking at song so mi that is standing in front of her.

Song So Mi, more commonly known by her pseudonym Songbird.

Songbird is an exceedingly talented netrunner who works as an intelligence analyst for the NUSA. She is also the right hand of President Rosalind Myers. Her talent makes her one of the most valuable assets of the NUSA government to protect the country's precarious position.

"I know you are not someone who comes here for no reason so tell, why are you here?"Rosalind asked calmly

"Sorry to bother you but you need to see this" songbird said and showed her multiple videos

In the videos Rosalind saw a man disguised as clown saving a family, flipping a car and vanished a car and he can also do teleportation, the other videos showed a young man with black hair raising his hands and shooting some kinda of energy arrows towards gangs members and also destroying a building with a some kinda magic thing and cutting people with a sword light or something, Rosalind watched all of the videos a with calm face, without any shock.

"Is this a trailer for a new movie?"Rosalind asked half joking-half serious

"No and that man while killed all of those gang members are same person, even the clown in the first video, every thing that happened in the videos are real"songbird said

"I see, tell me is this a new cyberware or something like that?"Rosalind asked seriously

"No, he doesn't even have the simplest cyberware"songbird said

The room becomes silence for a few seconds until Rosalind start talking again.

"Are you telling me there is a guy who have a lot of strength and he can teleport, he can some kinda energy arrows and he have a kinda of energy shield and he cut people like butter with some kind of sword light!? And he can destroy buildings with a explosion magic?"Rosalind asked and looks at songbird to see if she have gone mad

"I also did not believe it and also didn't care about it when I saw the first video, but then with the dead of near 1000 person, I was asked to check this videos and I did and well I didn't find anything unusual, so the video is 100% real"songbird said

"Are we sure this is magic?"Rosalind asked 

"We are not sure, it can be something else but we don't know yet"songbird said

"Who is he?"

"He said he's Edward Kenway and he also called himself the outsider, we don't have anyone with that name and face in our database so he's face might be fake or he lived he's whole life under the radar"

Rosalind think for a second and then asked"what about the family he saved?"

"They have been disappeared, unfortunately no one believed the first video and by the time gang members began to die and we Investigate, well by the time we believed it was too late"songbird said

"Does everyone know about this Edward Kenway?"Rosalind asked

"Yes but most people doesn't believe it and most people doesn't know his name"

"Keep everything like that like that and make everyone believe that those videos are fake and silence those people who saw him with their own eyes and find him but approach him gently and find what he want and what is his goal"Rosalind said

"Yes"songbird said but suddenly she froze

"I just received another video, we send a lot people in night city and if they saw something strange they would tell us and we send drones to check the strange things and they just send this"songbird said and send the video to Rosalind and they watched the video

In the video they saw the same man they were looking for, Edward Kenway. They saw him holding a Spear that is looks like is created from pure darkness and even though they were just watching the video they could feel that the spear is dangerous.

Edward was watching his spear with interest and swings it a few times, then the dark spear disappeared like it was never there, a second later Edward himself also disappeared, he used stealth but for the people watching him it was like he disappeared, he didn't noticed the drone because he wasn't using observation haki.

Rosalind and songbird didn't say anything and just stare at the screen, this is not the Scott pilgrim world, people of this world are having a hard time accepting magic but the proof is in front of them and they have no choice.

"They reported that they saw black clouds and black lightning and when they send the drone they took a video of him for a few seconds, we don't know why the black lightning and clouds appeared and what is that thing in his hand"songbird said

"Find him"Rosalind said and songbird nodded and she left to look for Edward

After songbird leaving Rosalind took a deep breath and closed her eyes and start thinking.

A digital neural engram (also known as digital construct, Soulkilled Pseudo Intellect (SPI) or ghost) is the digitalized consciousness of a human being which has been transformed into coding form. They are created by using the program called Soulkiller, and many believe are the way to achieve immortality.

At the age of 158, he still reigned at the top of Arasaka in the year 2077, having built Arasaka into a great empire in his generation. He's proud, honorable, ruthless and more hungry for power than ever.

After the death of his son, Kei, the Arasaka Corporation became under the nominal control of Saburo once again, although he kept the face of corporation under his eldest daughter Hanako Arasaka.

During this time, Saburo spent much of his time in med tanks designed to regenerate organic tissue. He also invested heavily into bioengineering and mind preserving technology. This would be his answer to eternal life.

"Well in my age there is hardly anything that can surprise me but don't let my face fool you, I'm very shocked and interested in what you showed me"he said

My next target is Jotaro Shobo. Jotaro Shobo is a high-ranking member of the Tyger Claws, owner of Kabuki's Ho-Oh club and a notorious XBD scroller with at least seventeen murders to his name.

If Night City had a contest for the most rotten-to-the-core piece of human garbage, Jotaro Shobo would stand a pretty decent chance of winning. Maybe not first place, but he'd definitely be up there.

He's inside the Ho-Oh. The Ho-Oh is a casino/braindance/night club found in Kabuki owned by the Tyger Claws-leader Jotaro Shobo.

I start walking toward the entry after landing on the ground and removing the stealth, as soon I arrived at the entry for obvious reason bodyguards slowly moved their hands and place it on their gun but didn't shoot at me, they already know about me.

I active the mana shield and raise my hand and at that moment the bodyguards start shooting at the same time I shoot spinning mana bolt at them.

After killing them I enter the first floor/Ground Floor.

The ground floor has the main entrance to the club, here I saw arcade and vending machines, several blackjack tables, storage rooms, toilets, the VIP area, several rentable private rooms and the main bar.

there are a number of innocent bystanders mixed in with the Tyger Claws, so starting a shootout here is not a wise option but the tyger claws members doesn't care.

They start shooting at me repeatedly, I waited till all the innocent people run away or hide and I think that is enough time.

I raise my hand again and shoot spinning mana bolts toward them, their heads explode!

I killed near 25 people and I leveled up one.

Okay this should be all of them in the first floor. I move and enter the second floor.

The second floor mainly consists of one large center casino area with a small bar, with several smaller employee facilities, such as beds and changing rooms surrounding it.

several Tyger Claws are acting as security. They aren't so much strong so they can't help me to level up, I will just feed them to the Dark Spear.

I summon the dark spear in my hand, I can change the size of the dark spear to a degree so I made it a little smaller, this way I can move in a small room.

The shooting is already started but the rain of bullets isn't able to destroy my shield.

With my shield still active and my spear in my hand I sprint toward the nearest guy, there wasn't a need for me to fight properly because they can't hurt me.

With widen eyes and terrified face he repeatedly shoots at me who but it didn't stop me, I thrust my spear in his heart. The dark spear easily pierced his heart and start devouring him and in a second not even his bones were left alone.

I didn't wait for others to get out of the shock and kill the next person with cutting his head.

I throw the dark spear towards a group of them and accurately hit the chest of a unfortunate person and start devouring him, I can control the dark spear even when I'm not holding it so I made shadow tenclates out of dark spear and pierced the bodies of near tyger claws members. I summon the dark spear back in my hand and create a darkness spike and kill the last person, the spike pierced his skull.

I move to the third floor.

The third floor consists of the braindance studio and Jotaro Shobo's office. With my observation haki I could see several surgery tables behind a door and several of Jotaro's victims, as well as a bloodstained circular bed.

I saw all them while tyger claws people are shooting at me, after observing everything a little I creat shadow spikes under them and pierced their bodies with it and feed them to dark spear. After killing them I go and smash the door to Jotaro office and it's empty, I'm not surprised I saw that his office is empty when I was using the observation haki.

I'm not worried, I can see him ruining away. He used rope to go down from the window.

I aim and prepare my footing, I take one step towards the target in order to gain momentum for my throw. Face slightly sideways from the target with my spear held in my dominant hand. I run toward the window to gain speed, after gaining speed I pull my throwing arm back with my hand a bit higher than my shoulder's height, twist forward with my hips and launch the spear forward at the same time.

The dark spear got closer and closer to the Jotaro and he seems to hear the sound of breaking wind and turn around and look and at the same time the dark spear arrived in front of him and explode his head without him knowing what happened.

This is the end for Jotaro Shobo.

I use observation haki and I can see the flying cars coming here, I don't if they are from the government or not but it doesn't matter.

I use teleportation and go back to Lucy apartment, it's time to do what I'm really here for, gaining more skills about the technomancer job.

Really sorry for not updating more chapters.

I showed how the important people of the this world think about the MC, I didn't showed all of them but you get it.

MC isn't interested in government or something like that, what he want is to level up the technomancer skills and gain more skills from this job.
