In The Apocalypse With My Sacred Dimension System

Chapter 3: Let's Make a Deal

No wonder his uncle wanted Theodore's inheritance so badly, it turned out that his father had left him a lot of money.

As the notary read out the inheritance, Theodore watched Floyd who was grinning widely as he heard what he would receive.

"Then, to receive this inheritance you can sign this document," the notary said as he handed the document to Theodore.

However, Floyd quickly caught the notary's arm and turned to Theodore with a face that was flushed with excitement.

"You can't just sign it like that, Theodore. You're still too young to run a company as big as Spencer Corporation," Floyd said hastily.

"So what do you want me to do?" Theodore also wanted to provoke Floyd to say his intentions.

The grin on Floyd's face widened when he heard Theodore obey his words, he had to seize this opportunity before Theodore disobeyed his words again.

"Until you can manage this company on your own, you'd better give the company shares to me. That way I can help you to run the company," Floyd explained passionately.

"That's fine if that's what you want. But, I can't just give it to you, uncle." Theodore shrugged his shoulders dismissively.

Floyd visibly frowned as he heard Theodore's words. Not too happy about it, but he still held back and listened to what Theodore had to say again.

"You can buy the shares from me. I don't need them," Theodore replied matter-of-factly.

"What did you say?!" Floyd couldn't contain himself and pounded the table in front of Theodore.

Theodore didn't think much of Floyd, he turned to the notary who was there.

"Can I do that?" asked Theodore curiously.

"Yes, it's not impossible." The notary nodded his head in agreement with Theodore's words.

"Well, uncle, so do you want to buy the shares from me? If you don't there will be many people who want them," Theodore explained casually.

Theodore enjoyed the way Floyd's face turned purple, then turned pale.

He watched as Floyd paused and thought hard about whether or not to accept Theodore's offer.

While Floyd was thinking, Theodore asked the Notary for his inheritance documents. "I choose to sell the shares that I got, can you take care of it for me?" Theodore said as he accepted the document.

"Of course, sir. How do you want to sell the shares?" The notary seriously asked.

"Just sell them at the market price." Theodore signed the inheritance document.

After all this time of silence, Theodore's father's assistant approached and handed Theodore some items.

"These are the keys to the two villas you received today and the secret safe that holds money and jewellery, you can pick them up at the central bank in the city centre." The assistant explained the items he gave Theodore.

"Thank you, I will leave now if there is nothing more to discuss." Theodore walked away from there without looking back.

Now that he had the money, Theodore went straight to the central bank to collect the money and jewellery he had just received.

"If only in my previous life I had done this, at least I could have prepared myself when the Apocalypse broke out," Theodore muttered with a rough sigh.

This time Theodore would not make the mistakes he made in his previous life, not to mention he had the divine blessing of the system.

As Theodore passed through the lobby of his company, he heard the sound of the tv showing the current breaking news.

'The current level of global warming has become so severe that the permafrost in Antarctica is rapidly melting.'

Theodore was silent when he heard the news, not expecting that the origin of the zombie virus that would appear in a few months had already begun to occur.

"I must move quickly." With wide strides Theodore walked out, back to his car to get his money.

. . .

It seems that the people at the central bank had been waiting for Theodore's arrival because when he came there they immediately took him to the basement where the secret vault was kept.

Theodore was currently inside a large elevator and was only accompanied by a female employee.

Fortunately, the elevator moved quickly and soon they were on the lower floor, Theodore was taken to a locked room.

"You can use the key you received to open the room, sir." The female employee told Theodore about the key he received.

"I see, you can go." Theodore waved his hand to shoo her away leaving her alone there.

After that, the employee walked away, but did not leave because that was the procedure.

Theodore took out the key that his father's assistant had given him and the door to the room opened.

As Theodore entered the room, his eyes were blinded by the amount of money in there and the jewellery boxes lined up dazzling his eyes.

"With this much money I should be able to fill that dimension with all my needs, right?" Theodore's eyes sparkled with pleasure at the sight of the abundant treasure.

Not even counting the shares that would be sold later, Theodore immediately put all the money in the room into his dimension.

Then, he put some of the remaining money into the backpack he was carrying and also some jewellery boxes so that the bank would not be too suspicious of him.

After finishing his business there Theodore immediately left the room and decided to go home from the central bank.

. . .

When Theodore arrived at his house, he immediately wanted to go to his personal dimension, previously the system had said that he could enter his personal dimension just by thinking about it.

Theodore immediately appeared in his personal dimension and in front of him were scattered money and jewellery boxes that he had taken earlier.

"Now I have to take note of what I have to buy and fill this entire dimensional field," Theodore muttered as he tidied up the pile of money he had just gotten.

Theodore had to move fast because in two months there would be natural disasters and heat waves that would hit the earth.

And that will make the glacier in the north pole melt faster and make the ancient virus there spread to the oceans and make bacteria like amoeba mutate.

This mutation process will only take approximately three to four months before the amoeba that has mutated with the ancient virus will turn humans into zombies.

"For starters I'll buy groceries and meat!" Theodore couldn't wait to fill his dimension with food, he would make sure he wouldn't starve again while surviving in the apocalyptic world.
