Inuyasha:The third sword

Chapter 5: Chapter 5:Saya the spirit

*Howl* *Howl* *Howl*

In the end I didn't reach any kind of town, city or anything remotely resembling civilization as I walked along the river.

After several hours of walking and although my physical condition did not decline or show any sign of fatigue. Strange thing even with all my world travel history. I had to stop at nightfall and create a small campfire, while cooking some fish to eat, even though I don't feel the need.

"Ha... This reminds me of traveling through the forests of America. Trees, you and nothing else for miles... What a bore."

"I can help you with that problem, young fox."

I felt like screaming my head off, I have to admit. But my hard face worked on multiple occasions, ignoring the idiots shouting in other languages takes effect, and makes me come out of this situation like a man.

"Who are you and why are you calling me that too?"

"There was no need for me to throw the sword to the ground. Now allow me to introduce myself, I am Saya, the spirit that exists in Clouded Fang's sheath."

What? It was obvious that if a kind of spirit appears from the sword, even if I keep a stoic face my body is honest. Justifying the action of my body, I looked towards the being that speaks, he is something that falls into the category of spirit popularly.

He was small with about 30cm, he has long white hair, elongated ears, a beard of the same color that reaches his chest, he wears white yukata and has the appearance of a grandfather.

"Oh good, the weird sword now has a magic scabbard. This has already gotten weirder than hallucinogens in the Amazon jungle. Anyway... why is that calling me a fox?"

"Because you're a demon fox, although I've never seen one around these parts, let alone in male form. I can easily say you're one of the strongest I've ever seen, going as far as having 7 tails."

Saya the self-proclaimed sheath spirit, returns to the campfire floating gently in the air and behind him follows the sword now called Clouded Fang.

To kill the anxiety that this whole situation is generating in me, I start devouring the fish that are still left to the fire and stop looking at the weird spirit.

"Wait, I want some too."

"Spirits don't eat. Cham, cham. Provecho and now I'm going to sleep."

Yeah, I'm avoiding the subject and so what! Ignorance is bliss and I'm most likely going to wake up in a hospital bed tomorrow.

"Don't go to sleep... Hey there are important things to talk about."

"If you're here by tomorrow, of course we can talk all you want and more."

Ignoring the spiritual being pulling my shoulders in an attempt to lift me from my slumber, I let the realm of the unconscious take power over me, before falling into a deep slumber.

...Saya pov....

"Why must all demons be so thick-headed?"

This situation of not being heard reminds me of when the master was dealing with other demons, them and their inordinate pride, although he seems to be more in denial than proud at the moment.

"But who cares, now I won't have to stay in that sheath at all times and Clouded Fang is in good hands..."

Waving my hand a bit, I float Clouded Fang over to where the fox is sleeping. This is to use the remaining aura as a neutralizer and calming for the sword that has been quiet for now.

"Well, I should sleep too. The aura naturally released by these two should ward off any weak humans or demons."

Giving a glance at the surroundings and confirming that there is no danger, I re-enter the sheath to rest quietly while recharging my energy.
