Isekai: The Eight Soul Fragments

Serkyrio and his group invited many of their acquaintances to join them in the new country. It was already a few months in as the group had finished using their construction magic to create a beautiful castle over the mountain. People from various allied countries came and go for various trades. Serkyrio assigned his disciples to manage on various fields. Remuel focused on the research of the dimensional gate, Draxus was assigned for the budgeting and cashflows, while Arlesk focused on managing the manpower of the development. Serkyrio assigned more people regarding various places while he solely focused on the farmlands and various resources such as lake fishing and minerals which he had one of the three deal with the work. However, it was pretty apparent that the news of a new country forming gained a lot of interest due to the start of a new form of trade called [Entertainment]. They started with three different versions of chess, it caused a small turmoil as a tournament in chess suddenly began within the group. After a considerable amount of time, the tournament ended with Jaquinn getting the most wins. After a few more days had passed, everything had finally simmered down as the end of the month approaches. It was their sixth month in the world and there was no problems with the management of the new country so far. There were mutated species and dangerous monsters that come around but the four of them neatly manage to kill it without damaging the parts that could be sold for materials.

Every end of the month, all seven rulers gathered in the meeting room of the Preeliance castle. They discussed various political things while maintaining the livelihood of citizens in each country. At the start, it was pretty barren and awkward but it eventually developed into them looking forward to meeting each time due to an idea done by Draxus. He used one large room to create various kinds of games which are made for any visitor that are needing to lessen their stress. Games like billiards, bowling, table tennis, and simple arcade machines were set up with the assistance of Remuel and Harold. Each ruler, and their families eventually gather every month without prejudices. With all of them eventually getting along through games like mahjong and poker, there was no need for them to become antagonistic. Right now, in the game room, they always found Draxus sleeping on a massage chair.

"I never thought that a gathering of rulers and their family like this would be possible... For them to get along like this was pretty bizarre too." Ulysses let out a comment while playing billiards with Pantheon. The one sitting near them, Serkyrio let out a response. "If the goal is [World Peace] then something like this would be essential." Pantheon took his turn and ended up cueing the cue ball. "Ah..." He let out a voice of disappointment while the two lightly laughed. "Well anyways, do we have any new information regarding the other countries yet?" Serkyrio probed in for the information regarding other countries. Pantheon answered first. "Well, according to some things, there are rumors where the king of Bovoyna was murdered by their own hero. A power struggle occurred as the retainers tried to take the throne. Their entire government then went around and volunteered themselves to hold the throne as the kingdom only had one princess and the queen remaining in the family. It seems that both princes had been taken out along with the king. Quite a story if you ask me." Serkyrio asked Pantheon for the details which got him to explain the rest of the information that his country had collected. "Well, their princess was engaged to the hero. But there was a lot of resistance coming from the princess when she got engaged to that person. However, it was once again opened as the hero of Bovoyna was killed off by Arlesk. He seemed to be a pesky old perverted pedophile." Serkyrio turned his gaze towards Draxus who finally woke up from the paradise called [Massage Chair] and was showing Matilda something in his phone. With some small hand swinging actions like handling a sword, Matilda was thoroughly internalizing what Draxus showed her. Serkyrio then turned his gaze to Remuel who is playing chess with Victorina while chatting happily. He turned his gaze to Arlesk afterwards who was playing poker with the princes of most countries. "Well, let us know if things need intervening, we'll probably send Jaquinn to investigate and Draxus or Arlesk to intervene." Serkyrio smiled and moved around to talk with the rulers of each country.

Once nighttime struck, everyone was sent off back to their countries safely by Harold. Draxus had returned with his harem to their rooms as Draxus looked very tired with his work. Serkyrio checked his logs which contained various information of the members and retainers which are his friends inside the castle. "Sixty hours awake? Dang, he's been pushing himself over the limits." Serkyrio checked the information that was written on his new magic item called [Management Logs]. It's a notebook that records the activities related to country development. He would know who are the ones that are diligent and the ones that are slacking off. "Last sleep was only four hours just earlier. He should get a lot of rest for today since he has a lot of things to deal with at the start of next month." Serkyrio looked at the plans Draxus had on the right page. "Combat training, magic training, leader training, and organization of paperwork for him tomorrow huh...?" Upon inviting the other members of [People from Earth], there were actually many people that joined which are friends from mostly the group under Draxus. Arlesk and Remuel had a few newcomers which are mostly people that were deceived by Begona's sweet lies. It was a thought that suddenly entered Serkyrio as he looked out to the night sky. "Begona and that Duke are alive huh? Surely, they'll become troublesome soon enough." He got that report from Draxus who fought against the hero of Omnidaxius. It was said that Begona and Duke Elliot instigated the four countries to ignore the the truce and attack while spreading lies that the hero of Quisterion was killed. Serkyrio returned to his room to get some rest but he saw Charnet exit the room he was about to enter. "Ah! Where were you?" Charnet was still wearing casual clothes while carrying a letter on her hands. "I was checking the logs, what got you here?" Serkyrio asked Charnet regarding her business in which she immediately showed the letter to him. "There's a person who came here with a message to you. It's not urgent so you may respond to it tomorrow, the guests had already resided in this castle temporarily. Of course, their weapons are confiscated." Serkyrio thanked her for a bit and then entered the room while saying good night. Serkyrio then read the letter which was actually very important. "Establishing an adventurer's guild here huh? Why not?" Serkyrio went to sleep for the time being before the clock passed ten in the evening.

The next day, Serkyrio, Arlesk, Remuel, and Draxus were drinking tea together while exchanging information. They each reported how much progress was made and the development that was reaching a great height. They were sitting on a balcony while having a view of the current state of affairs that are happening outside the castle. Many houses were built and stalls for various food and essentials. "Actually, I noticed that this place lacks an inn, so I called out to Crystel to manage the inn that I had requested to be built pretty quickly. There were already two districts that are fully completed around the castle town. One was the shopping district, where various tools, shops, markets, and goods were being sold there. The second district which was located on the north of the castle was the sightseeing district. There, some food stalls can be found along with inns and various sightseeing areas such as mountainside views and places perfect to hang around. They're currently overseeing the sightseeing district where they can find various people playing the board games that they had brought in the new world. "Needless to say, this lifestyle is quite nice..." Draxus sipped the tea with closed eyes as if he's completely relaxed. Serkyrio then tapped the shoulder of Draxus and let out an important point. "It's good that you got a ten hour sleep, today but you need to take it easy aight? You've been going hardcore with the budgeting lately. You managed to do enough work for five people in five days within thirty hours already so slack off or something." Draxus averted his gaze instantly while the other three are sending him reproachful gazes. "I'll still go train the others though, if you guys wanna watch then it should be fine. Everyone will go around with me today but I'll likely skip the paperwork for this day." Draxus brought his conviction but was instantly forced even further by Serkyrio. "Three days no paperwork you hear me?" Draxus groaned a little but replied with "Aight..." Since it's currently everyone's dayoff, they decided to get their friends around early and do whatever they enjoyed. Remuel went around to find Lynx and Noelle while contacting Victorina. Arlesk moved around to find Hecate and Amber. While Draxus went to the training grounds with Olivia, Matilda, Lily, and Julie. Serkyrio decided to check on the training Draxus is about to start on the training grounds.
