Chapter 12: Meeting Nobara

The sun hung lazily in the sky as Gojo led Yuji, Akira, and Megumi through the bustling streets. Yuji chatted animatedly with Akira about their custom uniforms, while Megumi trailed behind, his usual dead face firmly in place.

"This new recruit we're picking up," Akira asked, glancing at Gojo, "she's not another you, is she?"

Gojo gasped, clutching his chest as if wounded. "How rude! Nobara's nothing like me. She's got a fiery spirit, sure, but she's way more grounded. You'll love her."

"Highly doubt that," Akira muttered, exchanging a look with Megumi.

Megumi sighed. "Why are you even complaining? You two already make enough noise. I'd rather have someone quiet."

"Quiet? In a team with Gojo-sensei?" Akira arched an eyebrow.

"Fair point," Megumi conceded.

As they walked, the topic shifted to their new uniforms.

"I still think mine's the best," Yuji said proudly, tugging at his hoodie collar.

Akira snorted. "Sure, but look at me! These gold accents scream, 'Hey, I belong in a cursed fashion show.'"

"It's called style," Gojo said with a grin. "Yuji's is classic, yours is sophisticated, and Nobara's—well, let's just say it's fierce."

Akira deadpanned, "You're just treating us like your personal dress-up dolls, aren't you?"

"Absolutely," Megumi added dryly.

Yuji burst out laughing. "At least it's better than Megumi's 'I-don't-care' look."

Megumi glared. "Function over fashion. Unlike you two clowns, I don't have time for theatrics."

Akira clapped a hand on his shoulder. "Don't worry, Fushiguro. You're the team's minimalist icon."

"Please stop talking," Megumi muttered.

At the station, a short orangd-haired girl leaned against a pillar, arms crossed. Her vibrant orange hair caught the sunlight as she scanned the crowd, her expression a mix of impatience and boredom.

"Yo, Nobara!" Gojo called, waving enthusiastically.

Nobara turned, her sharp eyes narrowing as the group approached. Her gaze swept over them one by one.

Her eyes landed on Yuji first. "Meh. Average."

"Hey!" Yuji protested.

She moved to Akira, pausing thoughtfully. "Not bad. You've got a broody, intellectual vibe going on."

Akira blinked. "Uh…?"

Gojo grinned. "See? My uniform choices are perfect!"

Finally, her gaze landed on Megumi, who met her with his usual stoic look. "And you must be the moody one."

Megumi sighed. "This is going to be a long day."

After brief introductions, Nobara wasted no time.

"So," she asked, smirking, "which one of you is the strongest?"

Akira raised his hand lazily. "Not me. I'm just here to survive."

"Clearly," Nobara said, rolling her eyes.

Megumi shook his head. "Strength doesn't matter as much as strategy."

"Typical," Nobara retorted. "Bet you overthink everything."

"And you probably don't think enough," Megumi countered evenly.

Nobara turned back to Akira. "At least you look like you've got potential."

"Thanks, I guess?" Akira replied, unsure.

'tsk..... troublesome kid'

Her opinion soured quickly when Akira inadvertently called her brat

"What did you just call me?" Nobara's voice sharpened.

"Uh, not what you think—" Akira raised his hands defensively.

"Oh, it's exactly what I think," Nobara snapped. "You're dead, city boy!"

Yuji leaned toward Megumi. "How long until they kill each other?"

"Five minutes," Megumi replied.

To diffuse the growing tension, Gojo clapped his hands. "Alright, let's go sightseeing! You've all been working hard. Time for some R&R."

"Sightseeing?" Nobara raised an eyebrow.

Akira sighed. "This isn't just an excuse to delay work, is it?"

"Of course not!" Gojo declared, feigning innocence. "I'm the world's best teacher. Balance is key."

Reluctantly, they followed him through the city. While Yuji and Nobara were swept up in the sights, Akira and Megumi hung back.

"Why do I feel like something bad's going to happen?" Akira muttered.

"Because it always does," Megumi replied.

Sure enough, Gojo abruptly announced, "Alright, enough sightseeing! Let's head to a spot with a strong curse for some hands-on training."

Groaning, the group followed him toward their next challenge.

Meanwhile, in another part of Tokyo, a man with stitched markings on his face contemplated in silence.

"Another Gojo Satoru…" he murmured.

The balance of the world remained unchanged, yet so the young prodigy's emergence was unnoticed by him.

"A variable," he concluded. " But The plans remain the same."

For centuries, the Jujutsu Society had revered sorcerers with extraordinary techniques. Yet, even among them, space-type innate techniques paled compared to the Gojo Clan's "Limitless."

But the man was no fool. He knew the danger of underestimating even the smallest variables.

"A 15-year-old milk sucking brat disrupting my plans… Ridiculous."

His opinion would have been correct considering Akira was not from any sorcerer family,

But Kenjaku forgot,Even a thousand years old building can crumble because of small variable.
