"The Pestilence"!

"The Pestilence is here again"!

The Plague doctor stood up abruptly, roaring angrily. Even with the mask, Tony could still feel the furious expression on the Plague Doctor's face. "No"... it's more like, he has become an entirely different person. 

Tony had his hair standing on ends! The fear that this plague doctor brought when he first appeared seemed to resurface again! For a moment, he couldn't help thinking of the sculpture he saw in the inventory before. It made him shiver uncontrollably.

And on Yinsen's side, He was also taken aback, he looked at this Plague Doctor in a daze, thinking to himself. "What plague"? "Didn't he just say that this place is very clean, with no sign of the pestilence"?

"It's only been a few minutes. Where did this pestilence come from"? But then, his bewilderment turned into panic.

"Be Careful"! Yinsen hurriedly made a silent gesture and said; "This is the lair of those terrorists"…

If he wasn't a doctor and still useful, those terrorists would have killed him long ago. Now this Plague Doctor is so loud, If those terrorists are angered, they might not survive!

Suddenly, those terrorist in charge of guarding them walked into their cell with an angry look on their faces

"Shut up! Who is the dog that keeps barking?…. Who are you? When did you get here"?

Yinsen had a bad feeling seeing this scene. 

But then, The Plague Doctor spoke; "There is indeed the presence of the pestilence here"!

"The pestilence must be eradicated"! He said in an even more furious tone. Afterwards, the plague doctor ran towards those terrorists. 

"It's over! Not only is this guy going to die, he's going to drag us to death too". Yinsen had a fearful look on his face. But then, that strange Plague Doctor stretched out his hand not caring about the bullets fired and touched both terrorists. 

"Plop"!

"Plop"!

The two terrorists fell to the ground and died just like that! Yinsen and Tony both froze for a moment, looking terrified. They looked at each other, then slowly turned to look at the Plague Doctor. Their eyes were filled with horror.

"What the hell just happened"?

"It was just a touch. How did these terrorists die"?

"This...is… i… wha". Yinsen couldn't speak at all, he collapsed on the ground, looking at the Plague Doctor in horror. His worldview has collapsed. 

Tony wasn't much better either.

 In his mind, he suddenly thought of the sculpture. "This Plague Doctor is as weird as that Sculpture on the light curtain before"!

"Don't tell me... this guy… is also an SCP"? Tony's face turned pale with fright.

Suddenly, there was an extremely annoyed voice; "Damn it! Why did he die? This will not help with eliminating the Pestilence at all"!

"No matter, as a doctor, i have a duty to cure any one of this pestilence completely"! The plague doctor shook his head, seemingly talking to himself. 

Tony and Yinsen looked at this plague doctor, with both fear and curiosity. The Plague Doctor took out his black doctor's bag and pulled out various surgical tools which almost filled the entire table. There is even a two-meter-long saw!

Tony and Yinsen were shocked by this. "How did he pull out so many tools from such a small bag"?

The Plague Doctor began to perform his 'surgery'. Tony and Yinsen saw a scene they wished they'd never see in their entire lives. 

....

SHIELD Headquarters…

All the SHIELD Agents, including Nick Fury turned pale.

Even as trained agents, seeing such a disgusting and crude surgery, they couldn't help but want to vomit.

On the Internet, people reacted to this stomach turning scene….

"Oh... god! What the hell! Why did they show this video on the light curtain"? "Urgh... this is so disgusting"!

"Oh my god! This is too fucking bloody, isn't it? It's even worse than those SAW movies"!

"Fuck... this is too terrifying! Who the hell just said this Plague Doctor is a funny character"? "Urgh"...

"Fuck! This is definitely not special effects. It looks too real"!

Inside the cave…

"This... bluurrghh"… Tony couldn't take it anymore and wretched in the corner. He's just a rich playboy, when has he ever seen such brutality?

"Mr. Stark, are you alright"? Yinsen also felt like vomiting. Even though he's a professional doctor, and has operated on many. This was the first time he had seen such a crude, unsanitary and disgusting surgery! "What the hell is this Pestilence? Why does he use such a surgical approach to cure it"?

About ten minutes later…

The Plague Doctor finally stopped. His tone was now calm, and even with some joy he said; "Although it was rough, the operation was successful"!

"My treatment is indeed effective. It's not perfect, but it's still a success, don't you think"...

Hearing this, Tony and Yinsen exchanged glances, shivers running down their backs. 

They felt confused by what this crazy Doctor said. "What does he mean by success? It's just a corpse he cut up and put back together". Tony thought to himself. 

Apart from fear, they were both really curious. What did this Plague Doctor mean by a successful operation?

What's the use of surgery on a dead person?

"Is it possible… he wants to bring that dead body back to life"? Tony muttered, forgetting about his fear just now.
