MARVEL: Exposing The SCP Foundation.

As soon as this new inventory came out, it attracted everyone's attention.

Somewhere in New York.

"It's a new inventory again! This time, what will the Special contained object be"… Kaecilius focused on the light curtain, his eyes sparkling. Ever since he was bewitched by the Dark Lord Dormammu and betrayed the Ancient One, his only goal has been to summon Dormammu from the Dark Dimension to the Earth.

But, as the Sorcerer Supreme, The Ancient One is too powerful, far from what he can handle. If he wants to complete his plan, he needs a diversion. So, the appearance of this SCP foundation gave him hope! Perhaps he could use one of these anomalies to distract The Ancient One, so he could get the pages from the book of Cagliostro to summon Dormammu. 

At first, he thought that this was all fake. However, when he saw Tony Stark appear in the live broadcast, he decided to verify it himself and portalled to Afghanistan. After seeing everything for himself, he concluded that the contents in this inventory video are true!

At least, the Special Containment that Tony Stark just encountered was real.

"If I can get one of those Special Contained objects and make good use of them, it would be of great help in summoning Dormammu"! Kaecilius stared at the light curtain with great anticipation.

SHIELD Headquarters. 

"It's the seventh Special Containment inventory! Quick, record all the information about this new anomaly". The moment these data appear, Nick Fury ordered the agents around him. 

Seeing how the foundation easily contained SCP 049, these SHIELD Agents were eager to prove that they can contain one of these anomalies as well.

Asgard.

"A new Special Containment"? Loki's eyes flickered. He's not sure if the contents in this light curtain are true or not. But, If this is true... "Perhaps i should pay a visit to Midgard". Loki murmured to himself.

In the light curtain, the information on the new anomaly appeared.

[Seventh place: Special Containment - 409. Contagious Crystal! ]

[Object Class: Keter ]

Before the rest of the information appeared, on the light curtain, there was a picture of what looked like a large blue quartz crystal.

On the Internet…

"Huh? This time it's a picture. But, where's the rest of the information on this anomaly"?

"It just looks like a quartz crystal". "I've found many rocks with these crystals". 

"I wonder why this Special Containment - 409 is called Contagious Crystal"? "Is it related to that Plague Doctor"?

"The object class of this Special Containment is different from the previous anomalies". "Keter"? "What does that mean"?

Inside SHIELD.

Nick Fury was thinking; "Keter… that should be a Hebrew word for crown". "And Euclid is an Ancient Greek mathematician". 

"So, does that mean keter is a more dangerous object class"?

He frowned. The previous three SCP's were all Euclid class, But this time the SCP is a keter class. 

"Whether it's The Sculpture, The Shy Guy, or The Plague Doctor, they were all extremely dangerous Special Contained objects". 

"Especially The Shy Guy, regardless of whether the contents of that video were true or not". 

"This shows that in the foundation, threats of this level are judged as Euclid". 

"So how dangerous would a Keter class be"? Nick Fury didn't want to imagine it. 

A few agents were discussing this new anomaly… "Why is it called Contagious Crystal"? "Does it carry a disease or something"?

"Maybe it has something to do with the previous anomaly". The other agents thought the same.

As they were speaking, new information appeared on the light curtain. 

[Description: SCP-409 resembles a large quartz crystal approximately 1.5m tall and 0.6m wide.]

[Any objects coming in contact with SCP-409 will begin to crystallize after three hours.]

[This effect will occur in any material other than granite. The crystallization will spread by approximately 2.5cm per minute, and will convert the entire object or organism, inside and out.]

[Subjects report this effect to be extremely painful, and similar to frostbite.]

"Damn"! "An anomaly that can crystallize you from a touch"? "No wonder it's called Contagious Crystal"!

"This… it's like a spreading plague"! "Reminds me of that Plague Doctor". 

"I wonder… can this crystallization have any effect on The Shy Guy"?

"I don't think so, The Shy Guy is something even that SCP 343 God can't deal with"!

Inside SHIELD, the agents were shocked by the properties of this crystal.

"This thing is extremely dangerous"! Nick Fury frowned: "If not contained, it may cause a huge crisis"! But then he wondered, if this thing will crystallize anything it touches, then how should it be contained"?

Asgard.

"A crystal that crystallizes anything it touches"? Loki thought for a moment. In the treasure vault, there is an artifact that can freeze anything it touches. It's quite similar to this anomaly. "Though i wonder if this Contagious Crystal could crystallize Thor's hammer"? Loki said with a mischievous smile. 

But after a while, he thought it was unlikely. That hammer was made from Uru, a rare metal from the heart of a dying star. And with the blessing of Odin, how could it be crystallized?

And at this moment, there was more information on the light curtain. 

[After complete crystallization, the object will begin to make snapping and creaking noises for approximately twenty minutes, before bursting into thousands of fragments with great force.]

[Anything touched by or touching a fragment will immediately begin to crystallize.]

[Nothing at this time is able to reverse the effect in organic matter, including amputation of affected areas. Inorganic matter will only crystallize for a few centimetres around point of contact.]

[SCP-409 was recovered in [DATA EXPUNGED], under a pile of crystal shards several feet deep. Losses of personnel during recovery were high.]

After the last pieces of information appeared, everyone who saw it froze with shock. 

"Oh My God"! Anything that has been crystallized will explode and continue to crystallize"? "Isn't this a fucking chain reaction"?

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! According to this information... wouldn't it be possible for the entire world to be completely crystallized"?

"God help us"! "I hope this is all fake and none of these are real"!

"You'll be disappointed my friend". "I think this Foundation and these anomalies are all real"! Hehe"!

SHIELD Headquarters. 

Nick Fury had a face full of horror. "It's like a chain reaction! What the hell is this thing"? Not only will it crystallize the object it touches, but after a while, the object will explode, causing a chain reaction? This is simply a world ending disaster. 

The degree of danger of this anomaly is far beyond those previous Special Contained objects!

"Damn! What the hell is this thing"?

"This is too scary. It will turn you into a crystal and last for three hours. It feels too hopeless". 

"This... can magic resist this thing"? All the mages and apprentices felt terrified from this anomalies description.

"Crystalization, and it will spread continuously, just like a plague". The Ancient One thought of the 'Pestilence' that the Plague Doctor mentioned before. "But this is clearly different, at least we don't know if that Pestilence even exists, while the effects of this anomaly are obvious". 

She thought to herself; "If this anomaly appears on the earth, it could cause a huge catastrophe if not contained immediately". "This anomaly is much more dangerous than the previous ones". 

At this moment, new information appeared on the light curtain.
