Marvel: Sleep With Girls To Get Their Powers

Chapter 7: Chapter 7

Nolin recalled a movie he had recently watched before traveling to this world.

It depicted a parallel universe eerily similar to the one he now found himself in.

If this was that universe, then wasn't this the equivalent of:

Joining the German army in 1944?

Moving to Hiroshima or Nagasaki in 1945?

Pledging loyalty to Captain America in 1949?

No. It was worse than any of those scenarios.

At least those historical figures survived—in this universe, you die.

To verify his suspicions, Nolin focused in a specific direction.

Based on the information he gathered earlier, Wayne Manor was located there.

He hailed a taxi and arrived within minutes, drawing curious glances from the driver.

To his surprise, Wayne Manor looked old and dilapidated.

The once-proud estate now resembled an abandoned haunted house.

It was eerily silent—no staff, no gardens, not even birds chirping.

Nolin activated his vibration sense as he walked toward the manor.

He detected:

The scuttling of ants.

The crawl of caterpillars.

But no human footsteps—no sign of life within dozens of meters.

Reaching the iron gates, Nolin pressed the doorbell several times.

No answer.

Seeing this, Nolin felt even more certain of his theory.

Without hesitation, he climbed over the gate and headed deeper inside.

Finally, his vibration sense picked up faint signals.

Someone was inside the building—alive but weak.

"If I'm right, this person is Bruce Wayne—Batman."

Nolin's heart sank as he pieced it together.

This was likely the Flashpoint Universe—the one created when Barry Allen altered the past in The Flash.

In this universe:

Bruce Wayne was now an old man in his 60s or 70s.

He had purged Gotham of its criminals, including Joker and Penguin.

He transformed Gotham into the world's safest city.

But outside of Gotham:

Wonder Woman never existed.

Aquaman's father married a human, not Atlanna.

Barry Allen never became The Flash—he lived a normal life with his parents.

Victor Stone (Cyborg) never became a cyborg.

In this universe:

Clark Kent (Superman) never made it to Earth.

Only Kara Zor-El (Supergirl) landed—but was captured and experimented on.

She never received sunlight and remained weak for decades.

2013 was the year General Zod invaded.

Kara, weakened by years of captivity, only spent one day in sunlight before facing Zod's forces.

Thrown into battle before she could adjust to her powers, Kara was killed.

Even Batman—despite his brilliance—died during the final battle.

Barry Allen and his alternate self made countless attempts to save Kara and Bruce, but they failed every time.

Eventually, Barry had to reset time, effectively erasing this universe.

"If this really is Flashpoint, then this universe is doomed."

Nolin's expression darkened.

But there was hope.

Supergirl—Kara Zor-El.

Beautiful, powerful, and possessing Kryptonian DNA—she was DC's hidden gem.

If Nolin could:

Save Kara, enhance her genetics, and copy her powers permanently.

Returning to Marvel would mean becoming invincible.

However, he first needed to keep Kara alive long enough to stabilize her DNA and absorb her abilities.

"This world can't end—not yet."

Lost in thought, Nolin finally reached the manor's entrance.

The white walls were covered in ivy, and the garden was overgrown.

It was clear that the owner had long since neglected the property.

Bruce Wayne, if he was still alive, clearly wanted privacy.

Despite his advanced age, Nolin didn't underestimate Bruce.

Batman was always prepared—even in a dying world.

"A man who saved Gotham can't be ordinary."

Nolin stood before the door, staring at the hidden camera above.

"Still hiding, Bruce?"

"The Dark Knight of Gotham?"

No response.

Nolin pushed open the door and stepped inside.

Using his thermal vision, he scanned the entire manor.

His senses picked up:

A boiling pot on the stove.

A warm chair.

A lamp that had just been turned off.

And most importantly—Bruce Wayne.

The vibration sensor confirmed his position—he was hiding in a cabinet.

Bruce had likely noticed Nolin's arrival and quickly hidden.

His slippers on the floor hinted at his haste.

Nolin walked toward the storage cabinet, calmly.

"Come out, Bruce Wayne. I'm unarmed."
