At this moment, Banner had come to terms with the fact that even if he became an ordinary person, he could never lead a normal life with Betty.

Just earlier, aboard the helicopter, Thaddeus Ross had made it clear: if the Hulk was no longer a part of him, Banner would face a lifetime in prison.

In reality, however, he couldn't become an ordinary person. Dr. Stern's research into the serum couldn't eliminate the Hulk genes within him.

Given these circumstances, it seemed better to join George's superpower academy.

For one, George could easily pull him out of his Hulk state, meaning he would no longer have to worry about harming innocent people while transformed.

On the other hand, if he didn't join the academy, he would be forced to wander once more, pursued by S.H.I.E.L.D., General Ross, and any faction that coveted his genetic makeup.

"Excellent. Let's head back to the academy then. From now on, you'll be in charge of the physics classes. That'll take a load off Charles' shoulders," George said, nodding when Banner agreed. He then turned his attention to Abomination.

"Wingardium Leviosa!"

With a levitation spell, Abomination floated into the air. George planned to take both Banner and Abomination back to the academy by flying.

Although he could teleport with one person, teleporting multiple people, especially someone of Abomination's massive size, exceeded his teleportation limits.

"Wait a moment! You can't leave!"

Just then, the helicopter landed, and Ross, accompanied by Betty and a group of soldiers, stepped forward, blocking their way.

At the same time, the surrounding troops, who had been hiding earlier due to the Hulk and Abomination's fight, regrouped and surrounded them.

"You must be General Ross," George said, glancing over Ross with a smile.

"May I ask what this is about?"

"Everything here belongs to the military. You can't take anything. Furthermore, you're coming with me for questioning," Ross ordered, signaling his soldiers. Over a hundred of them raised their guns, aiming at George.

Neither Abomination nor the Hulk was something Ross could give up. With these two specimens, he could create an army of super-soldiers far superior to Captain America, dominating every nation.

As for George, with his peculiar abilities, Ross suspected he might be a rogue mutant, worth capturing for research as well.

"Father, what are you talking about? He saved us! How can you act like this?"

Betty looked at her father in disbelief, then angrily shoved aside the soldier blocking her path and stood by Banner's side.

George ignored Ross, turning instead to Betty and inviting her:

"Dr. Betty, our academy still needs a biology teacher. Would you be interested in joining us?"

"Interested? Absolutely. I'd love to be a teacher at your academy," Betty replied, glaring at her father before clutching Banner's arm.

Seeing this, Ross signaled his personal guards.

"Escort Miss Betty home. As for the rest, take them all back to the base."

At Ross' command, two guards moved toward George and his group. The surrounding soldiers raised their guns, aiming at George and Banner to prevent any resistance.

George shook his head helplessly.

"You people never understand who holds the winning hand. Even Nick Fury wouldn't dare provoke me without absolute certainty.

You've seen how effortlessly I dealt with something you couldn't handle, yet you still try this nonsense.

Do you think I'm too easygoing? Or do I look like some fool who doesn't know better?"

Raising his hand, George unleashed his full magnetic control. All the soldiers' weapons were yanked from their hands and flipped, their barrels now pointing at their own heads.

"From now on, drop to the ground with your hands on your heads. If you move, you'll regret it. If you weren't related to one of our academy's teachers, I'd have made you hang naked in the air all day to teach you some shame!"

Honestly, sometimes he truly found the upper echelons of this country baffling, blinded by their overconfidence in their own authority.

Nick Fury was like that too, though slightly better—not as foolish.

If it weren't for all those superheroes saving the world time and again, relying solely on these so-called government elites, the world would've been destroyed by villains countless times, long before Thanos ever invaded.

Were it not for his desire to leave a good impression on the two new teachers, General Ross' threats today would've already sealed his fate.

With the power George currently wielded, only beings like the Ancient One, Odin, or Captain Marvel were truly worth his attention. Ordinary people and organizations barely registered to him, especially now that he had mastered teleportation through Apparition.

"This gentleman," General Ross began, trying to remain composed, "I suggest you calm down. If you continue like this, you'll be nationally wanted. Even if you don't care about that, you have family and friends—your actions will affect them.

How about this: I'll let you leave without pursuing what you've done, as long as you hand them over and walk away alone."

Ross hadn't anticipated George's ability to control everyone's weapons and was now forced to compromise.

He believed George's ability to subdue Abomination and the Hulk stemmed from some unique powers. However, those powers didn't necessarily mean George could withstand the might of modern military weaponry.

Ross had read reports about mutants—many with formidable abilities capable of destroying cities, yet not necessarily able to survive a single well-aimed shot.

But he hadn't expected George to have powers that neutralized modern weapons entirely.

"Dentimagus!"

With a wave of his hand, George cast a spell. General Ross, who had been lacing his words with veiled threats, suddenly found his front teeth growing rapidly until they reached the collar of his shirt, forcing him to shut his mouth.

"Feel free to put me on a wanted list. But whoever issues the order better be ready to have a chat with me that very night. Trust me—it'll be a very pleasant conversation."

Nick Fury was currently locked in a heated battle against Hydra, with no time to bother him. As for any other department that dared to provoke him, George didn't mind having a "talk" with their leaders as a warning.

Honestly, those departments would probably struggle even to locate the academy. They certainly didn't have S.H.I.E.L.D.'s level of technology.

"It's time for us to go!"

Seeing that all the soldiers, including General Ross, were now lying on the ground with their hands over their heads, George cast Disillusionment Charms on Banner, Betty, Abomination, and himself. Concealed from view, he spread his wings and flew them all toward the academy.

"Father, if you still have any familial feelings for me, please don't come after us again," Betty shouted down at her father as they ascended.

Ross stood up, staring at the empty sky with a conflicted expression.

About a minute later, all the soldiers' floating weapons clattered to the ground. Rising from the dirt, General Ross remained silent for a moment before writing to his communications officer:

"Get me Nick Fury. I need to know who this guy is. And… book me an appointment with the dentist."
