Octavia was waiting for max outside the mansion she was sitting on the stairs she told the butlers that she was going out of course being the princess of the Goethals has benefits but still she doesn't like to be pampered like she was still a kid.

She saw someone through the gates and it was max outside waving at her she ran towards the gate and she opened it.

Max: yo

Octavia: hey it's good to see you.

Max: yeah you too so if you don't mind me asking but did you told your parents that you were going out?

Octavia: only my dad I didn't tell mom honestly she is the worse compared to dad she only care about her status.

Max: so basically she's a narcissist?

Octavia: yeah pretty much but another reason is because the only one that actually talks to me and cares is dad all mom does is scream and get pissed off.

Max: jeez sorry to hear that.

Octavia: it's fine besides all mom and dad is argue and my home doesn't feel like home.

Max: well enough about that let's hang out like we agreed on.

Octavia: y yeah so what's this thing you got?

Max took out the asmodean Crystal from his jacket pocket and showed it to her.

Octavia: holy shit is that an asmodean crystal how did you get this.

Max: well the boss of lust wanted to talk to me and he gave this to me as gift for the trouble.

Octavia: but still the fact that you got this….but why does it-

Max: I'm not into that it's just an accessory.

Octavia: so if remembered right this thing can open a gate towards the human world right.

Max: yup apparently though I don't know how.

Max squeezed the bottom part of the crystal and a light was shot and a gate opened.

Octavia was in awe of the gate luckily for them the gate opened in an alley.

Max: well shall we.

Octavia snapped back to reality and she and max entered the human world and when she saw the blue sky Octavia felt the air felt different from hell.

Max: first time?

Octavia: yeah I've never been to the human world.

Max: well it doesn't hurt to try but.... Oh god dammit I forgot to ask Ozz on where to get a human disguise.

Octavia: actually that's not a.

A pink fire covered Octavia and when it was gone she was in her human disguise

Max: wow okay never mind now let's and see what we can do around here.

Octavia: yeah.

Max and Octavia went to some places and to some arcades and Octavia was having fun more so than ever.

Right now they were at a beach looking at the ocean

Octavia: you know this place isn't so bad compare to hell this place is more fun.

Max: yeah that's one benefit in this world.

Octavia: hey max

Max: yeah?

Octavia: I don't mean to pry but how do you do what you do I don't recall humans having the ability to use magic.

Max: first of all my abilities aren't magic related they are just my techniques second I'm a special case.

Octavia: how so?

Max was quiet for a while but he decided to trust her with his background.

Max: do you know the multiverse theory?

Octavia: no what is that?

Max: well in simple terms it's basically like what ifs in our lives like what if you were born a human or what if you didn't exist or if your mom cared more than your dad the multiverse is supposedly other realities that are the embodiment of what ifs in our existence and I'm an anomaly in this world.

Octavia really took her time to listen she didn't completely understand but she got the basics down and she realized that what max is saying is that he isn't from this world.

Octavia: so you are not from from this world?

Max: nope I was out looking for a lost soul and the bastard opened a portal behind me and now I'm trapped with no clue how to go home.

Octavia: what's a lost soul?

Max: lost soul are basically spirits that are corrupted by negative emotions think of them as sinners but if they are consumed by negative emotions they become wild animals.

Octavia: wait those things that attack the pride ring those were lost souls?

Max: yup and but I guess when they saw the sinners they saw an opportunity to satisfy their hunger.

Octavia: what do you mean?

Max: lost soul grow stronger the more they eat souls you saw the fight with the knight?

Octavia: yeah.

Max: that is an evolved state.they get there humanity back but they are still corrupted due to their negative emotions.

Octavia: if they come from your world how do you deal with them?

Max: by killing them

Max explained how exorcist work and the origins of the organization and he even explained how spiritual energy works.

Octavia: so the humans in your world are stronger than sins and goetias?

Max: yup one of them can literally see inside your body for weak spots and he goes by the red eyed detective and one is a monster in physically is called the hunter shark and another one goes by the nick name the red dragon exorcist those three are one of best exorcist those 3 are the best of the best and they were my group's mentor.

Octavia: wow that sounds pretty cool.

Max: yup I'm closer with Miguel and Thomas Miguel was kinda like a father figure to me and Thomas trained me on how to use a sword.

Octavia and max were silent after a while but Octavia said something that max didn't expect.

Octavia: can you teach me?

Max snapped his head towards Octavia like she was crazy.

Max: you want to learn from me?

Octavia: well yeah I mean i just want to learn so that thing back at loo loo land doesn't happen again.

Max: don't you know any magic tricks?

Octavia: not really just this.

Octavia snapped her fingers and a small pink fire appeared in her finger tip.

Octavia: dad only taught me this as a birthday gift and I never used it because all this spell does is crate small fires I have the goetia's touch for magic but with all the things happening with mom and dad I forgot all about it but ever since the shit show in loo loo land I was scared so.

Octavia looked at max in the eyes.

Octavia: I just want to feel safe and I don't want to be pampered like I'm fragile so please at least teach me somethings.

Max thought about this and he wasn't sure if he was cut out to teach someone much less a girl with a big life but a shitty situation max made up his mind.

Max: fine but I'm gonna let you know it starts off easy but it gets harder.

Octavia: I'm okay with that

Max: I'm seriously we will get your body to shape and we will be focusing on other.

Octavia: huh but you don't you just need that spiritual thing.

Max: okay here is lesson number one if you are going to learn how exorcist train you will have to put both energy and body into it because an exorcist with a weak body is as good as dead.

Octavia: shit.

Max: hey it's too late to back out you ask me to train you and that means we won't just focus on tricks.

Octavia: so do we start now?

Max: no we will start when you feel like you are ready I'm not in a hurry but do me a favor and really think about this because this training is gonna be difficult.

Octavia and max walked around the place and they saw that they were doing an opera performance max wasn't a fan of opera but he didn't mind it him and Octavia decided to see it when they got there they took there seats and they got there just in time for it to start but max sensed something odd he turned around and saw three small figures with angel wings two of them looked like sheep and one looked like a small young boy they were talking to an old man about the opera it was then that max sensed 3 familiar soul signatures look up and he saw that it was coming from the top.

Max: oh goddamnit.
