Chapter 64: 64: Nimbus: The star of the Show
[A/N: MERRY XMAX YA'LL, anyways todays chap will be a bit special. Enjoy.]
Episode 1: A Day in the Life
Cue opening scene with upbeat, whimsical music as Nimbus, the chinchilla, hops across a sunlit windowsill. The scene freezes as the title card appears: "A Day in the Life of Nimbus: The Real Star of the Show."
Morning Routine
The camera cuts to Nimbus's bedroom—a corner of Aiden's room decorated with a miniature castle complete with towers, drawbridges, and a luxurious bed made of soft, fluffy material. The chinchilla stretches, yawns, and hops down from his tiny throne-like bed.
Nimbus: "I wake up when I feel like it. Aiden's alarm? Nah, too noisy for me. I let him think he's the king, but between us, this whole place runs because of me."
(He winks at the camera.)
Nimbus scurries to the kitchenette area Aiden custom-built for him, which is stocked with dried fruits, nuts, and hay. Using his tiny paws, he expertly pours himself a small bowl of his favourite blend of papaya bits and apple slices.
Nimbus: "Aiden insists on this 'balanced diet.' I guess it's fine, but where's the chocolate? Just saying."
He then hops onto Aiden's shoulder as the boy prepares for school, fluffing his fur dramatically as Aiden scratches behind his ears.
Nimbus: "This is the best part of the morning. Head scratches from my loyal subject—I mean, Aiden. It's how I get my good vibes for the day."
Mid-Morning Adventures
Once Aiden leaves for school, Nimbus surveys his kingdom: the villa. His first task? Inspecting the premises. He hops down from his perch, heading to the living room, where Seraphine is training.
Nimbus circles her feet, watching her practice sword techniques with wide, curious eyes.
Nimbus: "Seraphine is cool and all, but she's intense. She's got this whole 'protector of the realm' vibe. I'm just here to vibe."
As she finishes a set of swings, she crouches to give him a quick pat. Nimbus nuzzles her hand, then makes his way to the garden.
In the garden, Nimbus runs through his personal "obstacle course": a series of tunnels, ramps, and hideouts Kaela designed for him. Occasionally, he pauses to dig in the dirt, pretending to search for treasure.

Interviewer Segment
Kojo_Supreme: "Nimbus, do you ever feel like the house is too big for you?"
Nimbus: (pauses, scratching his chin) "Big? Maybe. But I've got my routes. Besides, someone has to keep an eye on everyone."

Afternoon Nap Zone
Around midday, Nimbus hops onto the couch and curls up in a ray of sunlight.
Nimbus: "Aiden's out there bending reality or whatever, but this is the real life. Sun, quiet, and no drama."
As Nimbus dozes off, the camera pans to Kaela, who throws a blanket over him before leaving for her afternoon duties.

Interviewer Segment
Kojo_Supreme: "What do you dream about, Nimbus?"
Nimbus: (stretching mid-yawn) "Dreams? Oh, you know. Mountains of dried mangoes, a world without vacuum cleaners, and me as the true ruler of the Fritz household."
(He smirks conspiratorially at the camera.)

Evening Shenanigans
When Aiden returns, Nimbus greets him at the door by leaping onto his shoulder. As the family gathers for dinner, Nimbus sits on the table in his tiny chair, munching on his own meal served on a gilded dish Celeste had custom-made for him.
Later in the evening, Nimbus and Aiden engage in a playful game of tag, with Aiden using his quirk to create glowing orbs for Nimbus to chase.
As the day winds down, Nimbus climbs into bed with Aiden, curling up near his pillow.
Nimbus: (speaking softly to the camera) "At the end of the day, it's not about the snacks or the naps—it's about the people. Aiden, Celeste, Seraphine… they're my family. And yeah, they're kinda chaotic, but I wouldn't trade them for anything."
(He gives a tiny yawn before closing his eyes.)
The screen fades to black as soft, serene music plays, with the text overlay: "The Real Hero of the Fritz Household: Nimbus."

Episode 2: The Tokyo-Day Chronicles
Nimbus: The Tokyo-Day Chronicles
The camera opens with Nimbus perched atop his castle-like bed, looking directly into the lens with a dramatic flair. His whiskers twitch as he narrows his eyes, his tone serious.
Nimbus: "When they left for Tokyo, I knew it was my time to shine. No Aiden, no Celeste, no Seraphine... the house was mine. Absolute freedom. But with great freedom comes great responsibility."
(He pauses, then smirks mischievously.) "Or, in my case, great chaos."
The Morning of Chaos
Nimbus begins his day as usual, nibbling on his favourite papaya slices. But without Aiden or Seraphine around, the house feels unusually quiet. Too quiet.
Nimbus: (to the camera) "At first, I thought I'd enjoy the peace. But then I realised—what's the point of peace when you can have fun?"
He hops down from his perch and explores the living room. Spotting a decorative vase on a low table, he decides to "rearrange" the décor. With a flick of his tiny paw, the vase teeters and falls into a strategically placed cushion.
Nimbus: "See? No harm done. I'm an artist, not a destroyer."
(He winks, then quickly scurries off when the cushion tumbles to the floor.)
Later in the morning, Nimbus hears a faint meow from the window. Curious, he hops onto the sill and spots a sleek black-and-white cat lounging in the garden of the villa across the way.
Nimbus: (to the camera) "At first, I thought, 'Who is this interloper?' But then I realised... potential ally."
With a daring leap, Nimbus squeezes through the slightly open window and ventures into the garden. He approaches the cat cautiously, his fur puffed up to appear larger.
The cat introduces herself as Mochi, a resident of the neighbouring villa. She's intrigued by Nimbus's boldness and agrees to accompany him on his day of mischief.
The Two-Pet Wrecking Crew
Back inside, Nimbus and Mochi start their escapades. Their first target? The pantry. Mochi nudges the door open, and Nimbus climbs the shelves with surprising agility, tossing down bags of dried fruit and seeds.
Nimbus: "I call it 'inventory management.' Mochi calls it 'snack time.' Either way, teamwork makes the dream work."
Next, the duo finds Seraphine's sparring gear. Nimbus dons a tiny leather glove on his paw while Mochi bats at a foam sword. Together, they stage an epic battle, complete with dramatic rolls and leaps.
Nimbus: (grinning smugly) "Who needs the Avengers when you've got us?"
By mid-afternoon, Nimbus is in full creative mode. He drags various objects into Aiden's study: a small lamp, a stack of notebooks, a pair of sunglasses, and one of Kaela's blueprints. He sets up a makeshift "laboratory" on the desk, wearing the sunglasses to complete his "evil professor" look.
Nimbus: (stroking an invisible beard) "The world isn't ready for my genius. But soon... they will see. They will ALL see."
Mochi sits nearby, watching in confusion as Nimbus "experiments" by pushing random buttons on Aiden's custom desk. At one point, a holographic display pops up, startling them both.
Nimbus: (to Mochi) "This... is just the beginning. Mwahahaha!"
(His laugh is cut short as the desk display shuts down unexpectedly.)
Just as Nimbus prepares to unveil his next "evil invention" (a rolled-up sock mounted on a toy car), the sound of a car pulling into the driveway makes his ears perk up. He hops to the window and sees Aiden stepping out, followed by Celeste, Toru, and Kaela.
Nimbus: (to the camera, panicked) "Abort! Abort the operation! Clean-up mode activated!"
Nimbus scurries around the house, trying to hide the evidence of his chaos. Mochi, sensing the impending doom, darts back out the window. Nimbus manages to shove the toppled vase back onto the table, but the pantry is still a mess.
As Aiden opens the door, Nimbus runs to greet him, leaping onto his shoulder with an innocent expression.
Aiden: (raising an eyebrow) "Nimbus... what did you do?"
Nimbus: (squeaking indignantly) "Me? Nothing! Everything's fine! No need to check the pantry."
Celeste, already suspicious, heads straight for the kitchen. A moment later, her voice echoes through the house:
Celeste: "Nimbus! What on earth happened here?!"
(The camera zooms in on Nimbus, who shrugs dramatically.)

Interviewer Segment
Kojo_Supreme: "Nimbus, any regrets about your day of chaos?"
Nimbus: (tilting his head thoughtfully) "Regrets? Nah. But next time, I'll plan better. Mochi and I are just getting started."

The screen fades to black as Nimbus hops onto Aiden's head, purring contentedly, clearly pleased with himself despite the scolding that awaits.

AFTER CREDITS
(Side-note: Most of this was an actual conversation between me and my friend)
The screen fades to black after the credits roll. A faint sound of typing echoes before the camera pans into a small, cozy office( a messy bedroom to be exact) space. A cluttered desk sits centre stage, scattered with coffee mugs( true), notebooks, and story drafts. Sitting behind the desk is Kojo_Supreme, the mastermind behind the story, and lounging on a beanbag nearby is DippySSniper, the ever-loyal editor, sipping from a large mug labeled "Grammar Police."
Kojo_Supreme: (typing furiously) You know, none of this would've happened without my vision. The characters, the plots, the world-building—pure genius on my part.
DippySSniper: (raises an eyebrow and sips coffee) Sure, genius, but your vision had about 37 typos per page before I got to it. Oh, and don't forget the "Nimbus creates a miniature black hole" incident. Who kept that from turning into a disaster?
Kojo_Supreme: That wasn't a disaster; it was artistic flair. The people loved it! Besides, you're just here to tweak what's already perfect.
DippySSniper: Tweak? Perfect? Oh, please. If I didn't tighten up your "artistic flair," the plot holes would be big enough for Nimbus to jump through. And let's not even start on how you forgot Aiden's eye colour again.
Kojo_Supreme: Again? That was one time! And I fixed it before you even noticed.
DippySSniper: Right, because I didn't catch it and send you five screenshots titled "Aiden's Eyes Are Not a Mood Ring".
Kojo_Supreme: snickers Okay, that was a good title. But admit it—you love this story because of me.
DippySSniper: sets down mug dramatically You might be the one driving the car, Kojo, but I'm the GPS making sure you don't veer off a cliff.
Kojo_Supreme: leans back, grinning Fine. We're like All Might and Midoriya then. I'm the power, and you're—
DippySSniper: —the one cleaning up after the power, yes.
Both pause, looking at each other, then burst into laughter.
Kojo_Supreme: You know, as much as I hate to admit it, this story wouldn't be the same without you.
DippySSniper: smirks Of course it wouldn't. But don't get used to me saying that. Now, can we move Nimbus's "evil professor" arc to Chapter 68? It's too good to leave as a one-off.
Kojo_Supreme: grins You're lucky I like you, Dippy.
DippySSniper: winks Lucky? Nah, you're just smart enough to know I'm indispensable.
The screen fades to black as the two continue their friendly bickering, their laughter echoing into the credits.
Text appears on-screen:
"Creative differences are the secret ingredient to every great story."
