Chapter 74: Chapter 71 Big 3 (Bonus)

After Tomura Shigaraki's words fell, the atmosphere in the dim bar turned tense.

For twenty or thirty seconds, the room remained silent until All For One's voice chuckled softly from the screen.

"Well, there's nothing to be done now. A pity, truly."

"Damn it! They all deserve to die!" Tomura Shigaraki growled, his frustration boiling over.

"Calm yourself, Tomura," All For One said with measured calm. "This defeat is not without its lessons. Next time, we'll be better prepared. Remember, building fear takes time, and symbols like you are integral to our success."

"Next time, you must ensure our terror spreads far and wide."

Tomura's fists clenched, but he nodded silently.

The next day came quickly.

Due to the USJ incident, Akira and the rest of Class 1-A were given a one-day suspension.

The incident dominated TV broadcasts, but reporters weren't allowed inside the training ground. Only statements from the heroes were made public.

"The following is an update on yesterday's USJ attack," a news anchor announced. "Students from U.A. High School's Hero Course were ambushed by a group of villains at the disaster training site."

"According to the police, the criminal group calls itself the 'League of Villains.' Their objective was to kill All Might, who recently joined U.A. as a teacher. However, the group was overwhelmed by All Might and forced to flee, sustaining heavy losses."

In a busy neighborhood, people gathered around a large screen, reacting to the news.

"Are they insane? Planning to kill All Might is suicide!" one citizen said incredulously.

"All Might is the symbol of peace. He won't fall so easily."

"Serves those villains right. They got what they deserved!"

---

Meanwhile, at Akira's home, he lounged on the sofa, watching the news with mild disinterest.

His parents, as busy as ever, had called earlier to check on him after hearing about the attack. Once reassured of his safety, they'd hung up quickly.

"Man, I'm starving," Akira muttered, his stomach growling.

He stood and stretched, planning to grab breakfast outside, but his phone began to ring.

"Huh?" Akira glanced at the unfamiliar number on the screen. After a brief hesitation, he answered.

"Hello?"

"Akira, my boy!" A familiar voice boomed through the receiver.

"All Might?" Akira's brow furrowed. "What's going on?"

"Meet me at U.A. immediately," All Might said, his tone serious.

"Why? What's this about?" Akira asked, though he already had an idea.

"I'll explain when you get here. Oh, and don't worry about food—the principal will provide."

Akira sighed but smirked slightly. "Alright, I'll head over."

---

Half an hour later, Akira arrived at U.A. and made his way to the principal's office.

He knocked on the door. "Principal, I'm here."

"Come in," came the soft reply.

Opening the door, Akira was surprised to find All Might, the principal, and several classmates—Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki, and Tokoyami—already inside.

Akira raised an eyebrow. "What did you guys do now?"

"Ha?" Midoriya and the others looked at him, confused.

The principal chuckled softly. "Relax, Akira. You're not here to be punished. Please, have a seat."

Akira shrugged and settled onto a nearby sofa. "Alright. So, what's this about?"

The principal adjusted his glasses. "Tell me, Akira, have you heard of U.A.'s Big Three?"

Akira leaned back, crossing his arms. "Big Three? Yeah, I've heard of them. They're the top three students in U.A., right?"

The principal nodded, clearly pleased. "Correct. Mirio Togata, Nejire Hado, and Tamaki Amajiki represent the pinnacle of talent, hard work, and experience at U.A."

"So, what does that have to do with me?" Akira asked, tilting his head.

"You'll be meeting them soon," All Might said with a grin.

"Meeting them?" Akira repeated, his curiosity piqued.

"Yes," the principal interjected. "We've decided that you, along with a select few from Class 1-A, will have the opportunity to train with the Big Three."

Akira's eyes narrowed slightly. "Training, huh? Sounds interesting."

"Indeed," the principal said, smiling. "It's a rare opportunity to learn from those who have honed their skills to an extraordinary level. I'm confident you'll benefit greatly from this experience."

Akira smirked, his competitive spirit ignited. "Alright, then. Let's see what these 'Big Three' are made of."
