"WOOOAAAHH!!! THAT'S A CONSIDERABLE SHOW OF FORCE! AS WAS EXPECTED FROM THE CLASS THAT FIGHTED FACE TO FACE WITH THE VILLANS!"

Shouted PresidentMic as the crowd went wild with the UA students, the professionals taking mental notes on almost every student.

"CLASS 1A DEMONSTRATED THEIR POWER IN THE RACE! JIRO KYOKA AND SHOTO TODOROKI OF CLASS 1A LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!"

"Impressive..." Winston muttered in awe of the strength of his daughter's teammates. "They are better than I expected..."

"As expected from the best Hero School in the Country, they have their little monsters" Angela commented as she took a close look at the destruction caused by Kyoka and Todoroki. "I daresay their Quirks are already more powerful than some Pros."

'A Sonic Quick, eh, those aren't very common...' David thought as he looked at Kyoka with interest.

Sonic Quirks were rare, not as rare as Healing Quirks or Teleportation Quirks but they were still infrequent enough to be a rarity, plus normally Sonic Quirks are like PresidentMic's, you open your mouth, shout anything and destroy everything in between.

Kyoka's Quirk was quite special, not only was it quite powerful, but also quite versatile within its Quirk category.

'I wonder what other interesting Quirks there might be around here...'

<Back to the race...> <PoV - Third person>

In a moment the world went grey, and Lena began to run as fast as she could forward carrying Kyoka, once outside of the destruction Kyoka had caused.

It was an incredible sight to see the dust and giant robots stuck in the air completely motionless.

With a victorious smile on her face, she walked out of the destruction caused and reached the other side, where to her surprise she found Bakugo with a predatory smile as he looked at Todoroki.

'How did I not realize Bakugo had gone over me....my god, that look is creepy...reminds me of the perverts in high school...wait...no, erase that image from my head!' Thought Lena as she shook her head with flushed cheeks before a light bulb lit up in her head with a mischievous idea.

With a grin on her face, Lena walked up to Bakugo and sent a kick to his stomach just before cancelling Acceleration.

"Motherf- Ough!" Bakugo was screaming as usual when he received a hard punch to the stomach that sent him crashing to the ground as he clutched his stomach tightly. "What the fuck?!"

Raising his head slightly he saw Lena's arrogant smile, which made him grit his teeth as his body shuddered in anger.

"I'm going to kill you! Giant Girl!"

Meanwhile Lena only smiled slightly as she kept running in the direction of the next obstacle deliberately ignoring Kyoka screaming in her arms.

<Second obstacle of the Race> <PoV - Third person>

"LOOK AT THAT! CLASS 1A'S STAR PUPIL HAS REACHED THE NEXT OBSTACLE! THE BIG CRACK!"

Todoroki stared at the Great Rift with analytical eyes, the rope linked many floating mounds of earth beneath them was a literal bottomless hole.

Shaking his head at the ridiculousness that was UA, Todoroki refocused on the test.

At first glance it would appear that all the ropes lead to the same place, the exit on the other side.

But if you looked closely you might realize that there were only a few ropes that led to the exit.

Todoroki's eyes quickly scanned the hundreds of ropes looking for the right one.

'Shit!'

<First obstacle of the Race> <PoV - Third person>

Meanwhile, a little further back you could see how the large group of participants had already made it through the Robot Field and were heading towards the Great Rift.

"I'm glad I worked out at Momo's House" Toru muttered as she ran forward overtaking several students. "I should buy her a drink..."

Ahead of the invisible girl was a group of students crashing side by side like cars trying to throw each other.

Momo was riding a skateboard with small rockets on the back that propelled her quickly forward. 'I should make it fast enough to the next obstacle with this speed...'

Suddenly, a strong gust of wind blew past Momo leaving her behind.

"SORRY!" Shouted Iida as he kept moving fast thanks to his Quirk, as he kept moving he passed Bakugo who had barely recovered from Lena's kick to the stomach.

Seeing Bakugo in pain surprised Iida but he ignored it and continued with the race.

"LOOKS LIKE CLASS 1A IS SWEEPING!"

"You should watch out for class 1B too" Said a bored voice through the stadium speakers which surprised everyone but heeding his comment the crowd turned their gaze towards the class 1B students.

"May God have mercy on their sins..." Ibara muttered as large amounts of vines made their way over the crowd to then ride a wave made of vines that moved her incredibly fast gaining advantage over many students and stopping others.

"ORAAAA!" Shouted Tetsutetsu as he ran over two students pushing them out of his way thanks to his Stiffening. "I'M NOT GIVING UP!!!"

"Hehehehe..." A sinister laugh was heard from Lida's shadow but Lida didn't notice....

<Turning to Todoroki...> <PoV - Third person>

'I can't find the right rope!' He thought in frustration, as he had already wasted valuable seconds searching for the right path. 'Damn it!'

Suddenly he heard footsteps not far from him warning him that he had already lost the lead he had and that someone was rapidly approaching his position. This simply infuriated him more and he could feel his right arm getting a little warm....

'Breathe Shoto...'

After taking a second to calm his annoyance he returned to his natural state of indifference, giving up on the ropes he decided to pick one at random.

Lena saw that the path was cut by a large drop, looking ahead she could see hundreds of ropes attached to several platforms made of rock held together with each other, looking to the other side she could see that there were only a few ropes leading to the other side.

She watched as Todoroki held on to a rope as he slid with his ice to move forward quickly.

Not wanting to be left behind Lena ran to one of the ropes and started running down them carefully.

'It's a pity Kyoka decided to go on her own...' Lena thought with a grimace before smiling slightly.

Soon the other participants arrived and it all added up into a big chaos to find the right rope.

"SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE! EXTRAS!" Bakugo shouted as he flew using his blasts.

Although mobility with his explosions in a straight line wasn't exactly fast -because it was mainly used for spinning in the air- it wasn't that slow and in no time he managed to put everyone else in the lead.

'Fuck!' Thought both Lena and Todoroki upon seeing this.

Todoroki seeing that he was near the end decided to create a bridge to cross to the other side, upon reaching the other side he decided to cut the bridge so that the other participants could use it, but it was already too late when a blue wake passed by him.

"Thanks for the bridge!" Shouted Lena as she headed for the last obstacle.

Without a second thought Todoroki decided not to waste time with the bridge and ran off in pursuit of Lena and Bakugo as he slid with if ice.

Soon Lena reached the next obstacle and saw... a dirt field?

"WELCOME TO THE LAST RESISTANCE OF THE GOAL! A MINEFIELD!!!" PresidentMic announced. "WATCH OUT THERE ARE AIR MINES TOO!!!"

Just as he said that I can see an explosion in the sky and Bakugo being pushed at first with his shirt a little burned.

"SHIT!!!" Bakugo exclaimed angry at this ordeal, he had managed to catch up to Half-Half-Half and Giant Girl but there are some fucking explosive flying bombs were getting in his way. "I WILL DESTROY THEM ALL!"

Meanwhile at last the participants left behind managed to pass the rope test thanks to Todoroki's bridge. Although some fell to the bottom and were disqualified.

"Let's go just a little more...!" Midoriya said to himself while carrying a metal plate on his back, he had used it to defend himself from the attacks of the participants and some stray bullets.

When he found out that the last test was a minefield he had a risky but excellent idea in his head.

"I won't give up that easy!!!"

<PoV - Third person>

Todoroki soon managed to catch up with Lena and Bakugo, looking behind him the participants were approaching his position which would make the minefield more chaotic and full of explosions.

If he wanted to cross it was now or never.

With that thought Todoroki carefully ran across the minefield creating small ice spikes on his shoes to give him extra momentum.

Bakugo meanwhile was trying to dodge all the air mines which forced him to go slower than his patience would allow him to endure. "Damn ass mines!"

Lena meanwhile was using her Quirk to advance quickly but her chest started to hurt a bit, so she limited her Acceleration a bit and thought twice about her steps.

And so the 3 strongest students of class 1A engaged in a fierce battle with each other as they kept running being careful not to step on any mines.

Bakugo launched an explosion against Todoroki to slow him down but the latter created a small ice shield that protected him from the explosion. Taking advantage of this Lena tried to kick Bakugo in the back since he had finally come down from the sky but Bakugo saw her out of the corner of his eye was able to dodge it by throwing a blast in his hand which made him spin enough to dodge Lena's kick.

"YOU WON'T HIT ME AGAIN MINI FLASH!"

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN 'MINI FLASH' ASSHOLE?!"

"I'll be the winner..."

"LOOKS LIKE THERE'S A LITTLE BATTLE GOING ON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MINEFIELD!!!" PresidentMic shouted as the crowd screamed like crazy and everyone was rooting for one of the 3 students.

"COME ON LENA!!!" Shouted Winston and David as they stood up due to the excitement of the moment.

Angela just looked at Lena with amused eyes and a smile on her face.

Suddenly a large explosion was heard at the beginning of the minefield. Looking closer, a green-haired young man could be seen approaching rapidly towards the star participants at high speed.

Naturally this did not go unnoticed by them and they acted accordingly, reluctantly ignoring their little fight and refocusing on the race.

Looking at the piece of metal passing in front of them they saw-

"MIDORIYA?!" Shouted Lena and Todoroki with wide eyes of surprise.

"DEKU!!!" Bakugo exclaimed with a murderous look.

Midoriya suddenly spun in the air and slammed the metal plate against the ground while covering himself with the same plate.

Lena realized his plan and decided to boost herself using Acceleration before Midoriya blew everything up into the air. 'Clever little bastard!'

With gritted teeth Lena shot off, not realizing that the world wasn't gray and that time was still ticking.

Instead of Lena's common wake, this time a lightning bolt replaced it and sent Todoroki and Bakugo flying backwards, as if an explosion had hit them.

And in less than the blink of an eye-

"THE WINNER IS LENAAAA OXTOOOONNNNN!!!"

Lena had crossed the finish line.
