Chapter 41: Seeking Help and Unity
It had been a long night for some. The day prior was very eventful for both the heroes and the villains.
The trio of Belos, Andrias and Darcy were one step closer to their goals, having not only weakened the heroes' forces, but also having potenially gained new allies. Time will tell if the latter would be a good deal, but dealing a blow against Mewni left them in high spirits.
Marco and his friends found themselves with lesser and lesser allies. Since their attempt to free some of their friends, they ended up losing more and more to the point where only a few remained.
Marco laid in bed, thinking about those of who that got seperated along the way.
It all started with Marcy. Between that terrible injury she sustained from Belos, and being forced into mind control courtesy of Andrias, things have not been going well for the poor girl.
That was the start, soon others had gone missing. Higgs along with Gus and Willow got left behind in a battle. Tom disappeared when Mewni Castle was lost. Eda had gone off to find those left behind alongside Hop Pop and River. Moon and Hekapoo were seperated from everyone shortly aftrward. Then recently, Hunter, Sprig and King were lost during a showdown in Newtopia.
This is not even counting those that were taken in by Mr. X and his allies. Which included Anne's parents, along with Ally, Jess and even Jackie.
Marco could stand the idea that a lot of his friends were unaccounted for. Right now, all he has is Star, Anne, Sasha, Luz and Amity. They're all that's left to save the multiverse right now.
He was also slightly worried about Luz's mother as well as Vee, but they were still safe for the time being at least.
The most interesting part lately however, was knowing he potentially had new allies to help him and his friends. While he did not want to needlessly endanger anyone, he was running low on options.
Right now, he only had five others he could completely rely on. Of course he respected all of their abilities, and he was close with each of them, especially Star, so he knew he could get something.
Maddie might be able to help too, but Marco was very concerned by her injury, and did not want to bring her into a fight that would aggrivate her wound even more.
These others though, they have some glimmer of potential. Some more than others. Regardless, he was interested in getting to know each of them. Especially Kim Possible.
However this also worried Marco, because he knew that all it took was one mistake for everything to go down in flames.
Marco wanted to sleep, but he had too much on his mind. The boy sat up, glancing out of the window as regret began to well up within him. He did not want anyone else getting hurt, in fact the idea scared him. For the first time, he was experiencing some doubt in his own capabilities.
He kept thinking about his friends, and all of his close calls. Many times someone has nearly died, and he knows a few have. Especially Eclipsa. Now her daughter is in Belos's clutches.
Marcy almost died, he and Amity could have died, he's worried about whether or not Tom or Hunter survived. He's worried about Sprig and King, as well as how this may be affecting Anne and Luz. He fears for Eda's safety as well, along with Hop Pop and River.
He thinks about the others he's met in his multiverse travels, and the fears he has of any of them getting hurt as well because of his own perceived negligence.
Marco grabbed his head in worry, several thoughts running through his mind as all the worst possible outcomes begin to play in his mind.
The fear of seeing Mewni fall for good, seeing Amphibia and The Boiling Isles reduced to ashes, and seeing each of his friends dying one by one. It got to the point that Marco began sweating. He tore off his shirt and threw it against a bookshelf, making some noise in the process that woke at least one of the girls up.
"Marco?" It was Amity. In his haste, he woke up a girl that was using her sleeping bag while on the floor. She was not the only other girl present. Sasha was there as well, the girl turning a bit in her sleep.
Star and Maddie were in another room while Luz, Anne and Polly had gone back to the Boonchuy residence for the time being.
"Oh, Amity..." Maroc greeted. "Sorry, did I wake you?"
"I'm more worried about you right now," Amity as she knelt beside the bed. "What's wrong? You're swearing a lot."
"Am I really?" Marco asked as he checked his skin. "Must be that California heat."
"Marco..." Amity said in a warning tone.
"Okay fine...I may be a bit worried about where this war against Andrias and Belos is going," Marco said. "Not sure if you've noticed, but our numbers are dwindling fast."
"I have noticed that," Amity said. "What I've also noticed about you is that no matter how bad things get, you never give up. Even when things looked bad, you always maintained that sense of optimism."
"Sometimes I worry that will just get us killed," Marco said as he wiped some sweat off of his head. "For the past few years, I've been trying to hard to break out of my cautious personality. I was so tired of being the safe kid that I feel like I went too far in the opposite direction."
"There's nothing wrong with a little caution," Amity said. "Besides, what reckless thing did you even do? You were the one trying to reel Star in after all, you tried reeling all of us in. You were the opposite of reckless. The most reckless one out of all of us was Sasha."
"Hey, I heard that," Sasha said as she sat up while glaring at Amity. "Talking crap about someone is very rude you know."
"Oh, you're awake?" Amity asked.
"I heard some noise, so I woke up," Sasha said. "Plus, you're kind of loud Amity."
"I am not!" Amity shouted.
"Let's not argue, it's too late at night for that," Marco said.
"Actually, it's technically morning," Sasha said while gesturing to the clock. "See, it's about 3:30 AM."
"You know what he means," Amity said.
"Point is, I'm awake, now what's happening?" Sasha asked, then took a better look at Marco. I spite of the dark, the moonlight shined in the room and gave Sasha a better look at Marco's body. "And where's your shirt, Marco?"
"It's nothing, I just had a hard time sleeping," Marco said.
"Any reason?" Sasha asked.
"He's blaming himself for all the bad things that have happened lately," Amity said.
"Seriously?" Sasha asked. "Marco, how could this be remotely your fault?"
"I just feel like I failed so many of our friends," Marco said.
"You didn't though, you're the one trying to save our friends," Sasha said. "You came to save me after all."
"And in the process, we lost contact with the others," Marco said. "Right now, there's only eight of us accounted for. Out of all of our friends who were fighting for us, we're all that's left."
"Marco, listen," Sasha began. "Do you remember when I got drunk the other day?"
"Yeah, not your proudest moment," Marco said.
"I felt guilty because I blamed myself for what happened to Marcy," Sasha said. "Even now I feel guilty. I'm worried about Higgs, I'm worried about Grime, and I'm still worried about Marcy. I had two other Toad friends that I haven't heard from in so long. Doesn't help that Andrias destroyed Toad Tower, so I don't even know if they're still alive."
"I'm sorry to hear about your friends," Marco said.
"I let myself succumb to my shame, but you were there to snap me out of it," Sasha said. The girl began blushing at the memory. "It was the most attractive thing you did for me."
"...Yeah," Marco also began blushing a bit. "You made that very clear."
The awkward tone of voice the two had were very suspicious in Amity's mind.
"I won't let you succumb to your shame," Sasha said as she took Marco by the hand. "I'm here for you."
"Thanks, but I don't think I deserve it," Marco said as he sadly looked aside. "I can't protect anyone from their suffering, and it burns me up inside."
"Looks like I need a new strategy," Sasha said. She then pulled Marco into a kiss, barely surprising the boy but fully surprising Amity.
"H-hey! What the hell are you doing!?" Amity shouted.
"Quiet!" Sasha scolded as she briefly pulled away. "I know what I'm doing!"
"Marco has a girlfriend!" Amity reminded. "Tell her Marco!"
"Honestly, I don't even think I deserve that honor," Marco admitted. "Let Sasha do what she wants, I don't care."
"Marco, are you hearing yourself!?" Amity asked.
"All I heard was that I could do what I want," Sasha then pulled her shirt off, causing a massive blush from Amity.
"Sasha...where's your bra?" Amity asked.
"Fuck bras," Sasha said as she resumed her kiss on Marco, pressing her bare torso against his.
"But...come on! This isn't right!" Amity said. "How's Marcy going to feel!?"
Sasha broke away once more, glancing at Amity. "Marco's clearly depressed, he needs to vent his frustrations in a healthy manner. Don't worry about Marcy, when the time comes, I'll take the blame. But Marco needs this."
"That just sounds like a poor excuse to kiss someone's boyfriend!" Amity said.
"Call it what you will, all is fair in love and war," Sasha said as she continued her make-out session with Marco.
Amity contemplated leaving, unwilling to see Marco committing to his cheating ways. Of course, even now she could see not lust or desire in Marco's eyes, just sadness. Amity knows she can't condemn either completely, as she too has indulged in her forbidden desires.
"Well...Marcy has been chill about this, for the most part," Amity thought to herself. Before long, she too began to feel curious, not just by the only boy she's felt attraction too, but just seeing how desirable Sasha is herself. "Marcy's going to kick my ass later."
As morning time came, Star was just waking up. The bright, California sun had hit her face as she was now sitting up and rubbing her eyes.
"Geez it's bright," Star commented. She looked aside and saw Maddie laying in a small bed, still recovering from her injury. "I hope she's doing better."
Star walked out of her room and toward Marco's room. For reasons she was not entirely sure off, something drew her to the door.
She reached her hand out and lightly knocked, "Marco?"
The boy in question was waking up as well, moving his hand to rub his eye.
"Why do I feel so tired?" He looked down and to his surprise, he saw both Sasha and Amity in bed with him, both girls sleeping soundly. "...Wow, I thought that was a dream. Great, I went and committed to cheating on Marcy. But, given that I already got her imprisoned by Belos, I might as well just break things off with her. I hate to go through this again, but I feel like this is a sign from the universe telling me that I'm just not meant to have a girlfriend."
"Marco?" Star called again.
"Star?" Marco's face turned even redder when he realized the situation. "Uh...hey Star! You're up early!"
"It's 9:30," Star said.
"Right, um...bathroom's free, so you should probably use it before Amity and Sasha wake up!" Marco said.
"Did someone say my name?" Sasha asked as she slowly got up.
"Gah!" Marco pinned her down while whispering to the girl. "Don't make noise."
"...This is kinky," Sasha commented.
Marco furrowed his brow as his face turned pink, "Are you always turned on?"
"Marco?" Star called again.
"Star! I'll talk to you later!" Marco said as thoughts rushed through his mind. "Please don't open the door."
Part of Star wanted to open the door, but another part of her felt weird about doing so. "Well, alright. Anyway, I did come by just to ask about the bathroom, but you already answered my question. But I am curious about breakfast."
"I don't think we have anything major, but I think I saw a box of Captain Blanche's Sugar Seeds!" Marco said.
"Oh...yeah, that cereal," Star commented, the girl recalling what happened last time she had some. "Sure, that sounds good. Well, I'll be off then."
"Sure, that's fine..." Marco nervously replied. He could hear Star walking away, and took a sigh of relief. "Close one."
"Marco?" Amity asked as she got up as well, spotting Marco's position with Sasha.
"He just can't resist me," Sasha said. "He and I are going to have so many babies together."
"Sasha!" Marco shouted in annoyance.
Meanwhile in Newtopia, Andrias was preparing his castle for invasion. He had the Music Box ready, it was just a matter of time before he invaded, and fulfilled his family's legacy.
Despite that, he felt empty deep down. He looked to the side and spotted a book and some chips. Fun things that Marcy had introduced him to not too long ago.
"Marcy..." Andrias recalled just how close he and Marcy once were. Though he claims to have manipulated her, deep down he did have to admit, she was fun to have around.
Despite that, as he continued thinking about Marcy, he also started remembering the fun times he had with his old friends, Leif and Barrel.
However, he also remembered the day Leif betrayed and abandoned him. The memory searing deeply into his soul.
"No...I won't go through that again..." Andrias glanced at the Music Box. "I will fulfil my destiny, and take what is rightfully mine!"
"Hey, big guy, pumping yourself up there?" Darcy asked as she walked over.
"Huh?" Andrias turned to the mind-controlled teen. "Oh um...yeah, sure."
"You look kind of distracted," Darcy said.
"Just trying to stay focused," Andrias said. "We have a world to conquer, and I'd like to avoid any and all potential distractions."
"Good man," Darcy said. "Today's such a big day for us, all these years of planning are finally coming to a head. But don't forget, we need to check in with Belos. Day of Unity and all that stuff."
"Right, that thing," Andrias said. "I still don't know the full details but it seems like he's plotting a way to be rid of those other witches."
"Oh yeah, it's going to be amazing, and we're going to have a front row seat to that," Darcy said. "But we also need to meet up with that Drakken guy."
"Oh right..." Andrias looked uncertain about the idea. "So, why do we want to team up with him again?"
"He's got resources we can use," Darcy said. "His own army, his own lab, and his sidekick has superpowers."
"Do we truly need their assistance?" Andrias asked. "We've been able to fend off Anne Boonchuy and her friends for quite a while now. No matter how many times they came after us, we were always victorious."
"Yeah, just barely at times," Darcy said, "Those kids are crafty, they've survived this long after all. But with Drakken on our side, our chances for victory will skyrocket. We just need to be sure to capture Anne Boonchuy. Her use of the Calamity Powers is worth looking into."
"Oh yes, she had that peculiar transformation..." Andrias recalled.
"Even Belos is worried about it," Darcy said. "We need to make sure she's not a threat. So until she along with her friends are defeated, we're leaving nothing to chance."
"Understandable," Andrias said.
"Now..." Darcy grabbed her dimensional scissors. "Time to pay a visit to Drakken."
"Before you go..." Andrias said. "This Drakken, doesn't he have his own foe?"
"Yeah, she calls herself Kim Possible," Darcy said. "Must be some government codename or something. But yeah, he's got her to deal with, and some blonde guy."
"Blonde guy?" Andrias asked. "What does he call himself?"
"Uh...not sure, Drakken couldn't remember," Darcy said. "That Kim girl is the only threat."
"And...what of the other realms you've been to?" Andrias asked. "Anything to worry about there?"
"Well, there was that superpowered brat who sucker punched us," Darcy said, the girl rubbing her chin as she thought of Gretel. "I also remember a Platypus, but he didn't seem that dangerous. Not to me at least. He was busy fighting some scientist guy."
"A scientist?" Andrias asked. "Could he be useful?"
"We're not sure..." Darcy said. "Honestly he looks inept, though he did have an impressive looking machine."
"Anyone else?" Andrias asked.
"No, not at all," Darcy said. "Every other place had some average kid or something. There's also that annoying rabbit with that snobby dog who doesn't respect antiques of historical value, but we've already told you all the important things."
"How did the Music Box even take you to these dimensions?" Andrias asked. "Are they dimensions? Or just different locations on Earth?"
"That place with the talking rabbit and dog may be a different dimension," Darcy said. "Everything else, I cannot answer. All I remember is that Marco struck the Music Box with a rod belonging to one of those Earth Government Agents, and boom, I'm taking a trip through the multiverse."
"Well, I just hope this isn't some ominous warning," Andrias said.
"Hey, all we see are new opportunities," Darcy said. "Look, we'll talk later. We need to rendezvous with Drakken, and then see Belos."
"By 'we', do you mean myself too? Or are you just talking about yourself, or yourselves in particular?" Andrias asked.
"Uh...yeah, we suppose using plural so much can be confusing since this is one body," Darcy said. "You can stay, Darcy, that being us, will go meet up with Drakken, and then later Belos."
"Very well," Andrias said as Darcy left. He focused back on the music box. "Such a mystery you are."
Later that morning, Anne and Luz had shown up with Polly after having spent the night at the Boonchuy house.
"Hey, Luz, thanks for staying the night with me at my place," Anne said as she approached the door.
"Hey it's nothing I havenn't already done," Luz said, the girl currently carrying Polly. "That place has become like a second home to me."
"It felt weird being there without my parents, but somehow I just felt less homesick," Anne said. "Being there alone might have been a lot to handle."
"I get what you mean," Luz said. "That reminds me, I need to check in with my mom pretty soon as well."
"We'll help with that," Anne said. "Right now, let's just head inside."
"What do you think it was like for everyone else spending the night with Marco?" Polly asked.
"Hard to say," Luz replied.
The girls had knocked on the door, and awaited an answer. It wasn't long before Star herself answered the door.
"Anne, Luz, Polly," Star greeted. "Looks like you made it."
"We sure did," Luz said.
"Well come in," Star said as she gestured inside. "We all just finished eating breakfast."
"Got anything left over?" Luz asked. "Anne and I tried to cook but..."
"We left a mess..." Anne sheepishly commented, recalling all the pastry everywhere. "It's embarrassing."
"Well we just had one bowl of cereal each, so i can't promise anything gourmet," Star said.
"That's fine, we don't need gourmet," Anne said.
"Cereal will do," Polly said.
"Okay, welll help yourselves," Star said.
As Anne and Luz went inside, they passed by Amity and Sasha, the former sitting in an organized way with a major blush on her face while the latter sat while sprawled out and seemingly happy.
"Yo girls," Sasha greeted. "Whatup?"
"...Never again," Anne said.
"Hey, where's Marco?" Luz asked.
"In the shower, washing that nice, hot, sexy body of his," Sasha seductively stated.
"Ew, Sasha, what the hell!?" Anne shouted in annoyance.
"In front of Polly too!" Luz said as she tried to cover her ears.
"I've heard worse," Polly said.
"There, see? I bet she knows all about what the grown-ups do," Sasha said. "Everything is just fine."
"Sasha, seriously, you're being weird, knock it off," Luz warned.
"Oh like you two haven't been having a little fun yourselves," Sasha said. "Two girls, all alone in that house?"
"Polly was there too," Anne said.
"Yeah? And so was Maddie here," Sasha said.
"Sasha, enough!" Amity warned. "Let's focus on what we need to do today!"
"Right...what are we doing exactly?" Sasha asked.
"Reuniting with those kids and other creatures from across the multiverse," Amity said.
"Oh yeah, the multiverse kids," Sasha said.
"Are they across the multiverse?" Luz asked. "I looked up that Brighton Place, and it's real."
"Well she lives on Earth, it could just be an alternate version," Amity said.
"Does it matter?" Sasha asked. "They exist, that's all we need them to do."
"I...guess you're right," Luz said.
"JANNA!" Marco was seen running down the halls and into the living room while wrapped in a towel. "WHAT GIVES!?"
Janna followed while wearing a bathrobe. "You said I could use your bathroom."
"I figured you'd let me finish first!" Marco shouted.
"Hey, I got places to be," Janna said. "I figured the most optimal solution would be for us to bathe together, so we both get washed. I could have even scrubbed your back."
"Janna, are you always this much of a creep?" Luz asked.
"Yeah, kind of weird to join someone in the shower without consent," Anne said.
"Hey, from outside the shower, I asked, 'Hey Marco, mind if I use your shower?' And you replied..." Janna then put on her worst Marco impression. "Ahem...'Wow Janna, I didn't even know you were still here, even though I saw you yesterday. Must have Marcy on my mind like always, even though she's not even here. But sure, you can use my shower.' Then I'm like 'Sweet, I'm taking my shower now', then you're like, 'Hold on, I'm in here', and I was like 'That's fine, I can work with that'. Then I got undressed and opened the door, then you tried hiding your junk, barely since I gotta admit, you have some really big junk."
"Pretty sure that counts as harrassment," Luz said.
"Everything she did counts as harrassment," Anne said.
"If it makes you feel any better, I would totally have sex with Marco," Janna said.
"...How does that make anyone feel better!?" Amity asked.
"It's a compliment, guys like it when girls want to have sex with them," Janna said.
"She's surprisingly not wrong," Sasha said.
"Sasha, don't encourage this!" Anne scolded. "Honestly, you shouldn't even talk, you're just as bad as Janna is!"
"I know you are, but what am I?" Janna said.
"...Are you freaking serious!?" Anne shouted.
"Point is, Marco ran out screaming like a girl, and looking like one because dude, only women put their towers on that high," Janna said as she gestured to Marco. "You have no boobs to hide."
"Pardon me for not being comfortable with my body being shown off!" Marco shouted.
"Yeah, guys can have insecurities too," Amity said. "But, I'll admit Marco, you have nothing to be ashamed of. You have those abs after all."
"Yeah...those scrumcious abs..." Star said as she drooled slightly.
"Only in the Neverzone!" Marco said. "And no more talking about my body!"
"Point is, Marco overreacted, like he usually does," Janna said.
"First of all, how long were you here!?" Amity asked.
"I literally came home with you from Mewni yesterday! I just said it now too!" Janna pointed out. "God, such big ears and so little hearing."
"Watch what you say about my ears," Amity warned.
"I bunked with Mariposa, I even read her a bedtime story before she went to sleep," Janna said.
"...It better have been age appropriate," Marco said.
"Why? Not like she'll understand," Janna said.
"JANNA!" Marco shouted.
"Chill dude, I didn't read her anything risque," Janna said. "It was Little Red Riding Hood."
"Oh...well that's better I suppose," Marco said.
"Anyway, I'm going to take my shower now since Marco's all done," Janna said. "Star, let's catch up later."
"You got it," Star said as Janna made her leave.
Luz grumbled in annoyance as the girl made her exit, ashamed of how she behaved, "Can you believe her?"
"Yeah, some girls are just plain weird, aren't they?" Sasha asked.
"...You really should not be talking," Luz said.
"Yeah Sasha, you would do the exact same thing," Amity said.
"And now Polly's going to be scared for life," Anne said.
"Hey, I'm not that innocent you know," Polly said. "I fought against Toads, Robots and Witches, I can handle some dirty talk."
"...My poor girl..." Marco grabbed Polly and hugged her close. "Out of all of us, you are the one who should have your innocence retained the most."
"It's fine Marco, don't worry," Polly said as she hugged back. "Not like it's affecting me in any way. I'm kind of used to it."
"That's what worries me," Marco said. "You know...we should have a beach day soon."
"Beach day...?" Star began to remember the picture she had, and all the pain that it was now associated with. "That...would be nice."
"Beyond that, we should do more," Marco said. "Quite frankly, I'm done with our main adventures just being these life-threatening ones. When this is all over, we're going to do actual fun stuff. Without the peril, without the danger, like, there's gotta be more to life than fighting."
"Hey, we will get to do that," Anne said. "Besides, it hasn't been all bad. We had a nice Christmas break together. Save for Andrias trying to kill us with that robot."
"Even then things were mostly quiet after that for a little bit," Luz said.
"Still, let's keep things in mind," Marco said. "There's so much I want to do with you girls. I'm going to make it happen."
"Hell yeah!" Polly leapt off of Marco's arms. "We'll get our moment, but for now, let's end this conflict!"
"Right!" Marco gestured to his room. "Let's get to those portals!"
Suddenly his towel fell, giving everyone a good view of Marco in his birthday suit. Amity's face turned red as she shyly looked away. Sasha unapologetically stared. Anne and Luz tried to look away, but curiosity was getting the better of them. Star shielded her eyes, but peeked a few times. Polly stared in disbelief. To make matters worse for Marco, Maddie just so happened to walk in and catch a view of her own.
Without saying a word, Marco squatted down and picked the towel up to cover himself as he awkwardly left the room.
"Huge...just like Janna said," Sasha commented.
"Sasha, shut up," Amity said.
"...Que un culo lindo..." Luz said.
"He really does not need to be ashamed of that body," Anne said.
"...You girls are so weird," Polly said.
"Hey, when you're older, you'll understand why you want to be penetrated by-" Sasha's talking was interrupted by Amity leaping over and trying to cut off her oxygen supply.
"WILL YOU BE QUIET!?" Amity shouted.
"Oh you love it too!" Sasha pushed Amity back. "We all know that Marco is the only man that a lesbian like you would get in bed with!"
"Huh? What's a lesbian?" Polly asked.
"Ask your grandfather when we find him!" Amity shouted as she still tried going after Sasha.
Star shook her head in annoyance, "Polly, Luz, Anne, let's get you girls fed."
"Fine by me," Anne said as she left with Luz, Polly and Star.
Meanwhile in the Boiling Isles, everyone was seen gathering and preparing for Belos's day of Unity. Many within Belos's coven were seen gathering around, including Terra, Raine, Darrius and Eberwolf.
Belos was keeping an eye on things while holding Meteora in his arms, "It's only a matter of time before I fulfill my prophecy...The Day of Unity shall bestow onto me what I need to bring order not only to this world, but Earth. Perhaps I shall extend this to Amphibia, though I'd rather not impede on Andrias just yet."
"Andas!" Meteora said.
"Hm? Yes, Andrias," Belos said as he lightly tickled Meteora. "And who am I?"
"Empo Bello!"Meteora said.
"Close, but you're getting there," Belos said. "The more time passes, the more I feel like you are just what I needed. Hunter was part of a failed bloodline, but you Meteora, you're special. You not only have a chance to carry on my legacy, but restore honor to your family's name. It's quite a win-win situation for both of us."
"Win, win!" Meteora said.
"Clever girl," Belos said.
"Um, excuse me? Emperor Belos?" Came the voice of Kikimora.
"Hm?" Belos turned around. "You require my attention?"
"It's just that, everyone's just about ready," Kikimora said. "But, what about Andrias? Is he coming?"
"He just may, right now he and Darcy are said to go and check on some potential allies," Belos said. "To be honest, I do not have high hopes for these people, but if anything, they can make decent sacrifices while I plan for my main goal."
"Of course," Kikimora said.
"I must prepare," Belos knelt down and presented Meteora to Kikimora, "Watch over her for the moment."
"Yes sir," Kikimora said as Belos left. She looked down at the child, "Your father will bring a new era to this and many worlds. He shall lead all of us to grand heights. You will have quite the empire to rule over."
"Kimo, Kimo," Meteora said, this tugging at Kikimora's heart.
"Aw, are you trying to say my name?" Kikimora asked as she began to walk. "How sweet. Now Let's be off."
Back on Earth, Marco was fully clothed, though still reeling from embarrassment from before. Regardless, he had his scissors out, ready to return to the multiverse.
"Alright, moment of truth, right now I just gotta wait for the other girls. Then I can-" Suddenly his phone began ringing, to which Marco answered. "Yeah?"
"Hey Marco, it's me, Mr. X," the man said.
"Mr. X?" Marco replied. "Wait, how'd you get my phone number?"
"I have everyone's number kid, I work with the government," Mr. X said.
"What do you want? I'm a little busy right now," Marco said.
"I want an update," Mr. X said. "Maybe you forgot, but you left when my men went to fight Andrias and Belos."
"You mean the same men you got killed because you underestimated two of the most powerful villains in the multiverse?" Marco asked. "I'd be surprised if anyone's still following your lead, because it seems like suicide at this point."
"Look, I messed up, but the fact that you went after those guys and lived, something you seem to have done before, tells me you're probably our best chance of beating them," Mr. X said.
"Duh, that's why I'm still fighting," Marco said. "I have a plan right now, and once it's done, both Andrias and Belos will be dead."
"Is there anything I can do to help?" Mr. X asked.
"Just be on standby in case any of them show up on Earth," Marco said. "Chances are they might try coming after me or one of my friends. Once this is over, you release everyone. Jackie, The Boonchuys, Jess and Ally, everyone!"
"You have my word," Mr. X said.
"Also, maybe don't kidnap people again, that seems like something only bad guys do," Marco said.
"When you're in my line of work, the line between morality and unethicalness becomes blurry," Mr. X said as he looked at a picture of Camilla Noceda. "It's nothing personal, it's just what I need to do."
"What does that even...!" Marco grumbled in annoyance the moment he heard a dial tone. "Dang, that's going to cause more trouble."
"Hey, Marco?" Anne said, getting the boy's attention with Luz by her side.
"You girls need something?" Marco asked.
"Nothing, it's just..." Anne tried to find the words to speak. "These last few days, I know they must have been pretty hard on you. Believe me when I say that I totally get it. It's been stressful for me too."
"I know, your parents got involved in all this, and your best friend is at the mercy of those mad rulers," Marco said. "That's why I'm going to personally make sure they're freed."
"We just want to remind you that you're not alone," Luz said. "We're a team, we'll end this together."
"I know," Marco said. He took each girl by their hand, using his left hand to grab Anne's right, and his right hand to grab Luz's as he held them both up. "You girls are very special to me. I will do everything in my power to keep us all safe. I will not let either of you down."
Both Anne and Luz began blushing, amazed by how forward Marco was as impure thoughts ran through their minds.
"He is looking so attractive right now! Ugh, why does Marco have to be both adorable and sexy!?" Anne shook her head to dispel the impure thoughts.
"I knew it, it's going to be a harem thing. He's going to get us in bed real soon," Luz looked away to hide her blush.
It took Marco a while to realize he was getting these girls flustered, then began to feel flustered himself. "S-sorry, I'm getting carried away."
"Hey, it's fine," Luz said. "You're just being friendly."
"Yeah, it's all good," Anne said.
"Well, let's hurry and do what we need to do," Marco said. "I just got a call from Mr. X. Something about his tone of voice earlier was suspicious."
"Well he is a very suspicious man," Anne said.
"Tell me about it, he's a dude who wears lipstick," Luz said. "That's honestly kind of fruity."
"...Should we talk? We're all pretty much bisexual," Anne said.
"Yeah, but I still dress like a girl," Luz said. She glanced down at her jacket. "Oh, do I? Is this jacket too masculine?"
"You look fine," Marco said. "That jacket really makes you look cute."
Luz's face turned completely red, "Wow, um...thanks for the brutal honesty."
Marco also began blushing, "Y-yeah, you're welcome for the brutal honesty."
"I like your jacket too," Anne said. "You look like a total badass."
"Aw, thanks," Luz said. "I wasn't sure about it, my last hoodie had that cuteness to it since it had kitty ears."
"Nothing wrong with mixing it up," Marco said. "My entire wardrobe is just my red hoodie pretty much. I feel like a cartoon character."
"At least you had a choice," Anne said. "I went to a school where you needed a uniform. I switched out of that the first chance i got."
"You look just as great in jean shorts as you do a skirt, it really compliments your legs," Marco said, which earned a blush from Anne.
"...Okay, I'm convinced you're flirting with me and Luz," Anne pointed out.
"Am I?" Marco asked. "Eh, I'll admit, I didn't sleep much last night, maybe I'm just a little delirious and saying weird things."
"It doesn't bother me," Luz said. "I love a good compliment, and you're right about Anne's legs." Luz glanced at her girlfriend's smooth legs. "They look amazing."
"Geez Luz," Anne blushed a bit. "Now I'm being double teamed. Besides, you're the one with the legs, and you have the butt to go with them."
Luz twerked a little at Anne's direction, "Muchas Gracias Hermosa." She turned to Marco. "Do you agree too, chico guapo?"
"Yeah, totally..." Marco said as he began to sweat. "Why am I thinking like this!?"
"What about Anne's boobs?" Luz began groping that part of her girlfriend's body. "Pretty luscious, right?"
"L-Luz!" An embarrassed Anne shouted.
"Hey, you like the bubbles I sit on, and I like the ones under your shirt," Luz teased.
Marco began sweating like crazy as he pulled at his collar, "It's way too hot in here!""
"Oye, Marco," Luz got the boy's attention as she brought Anne in for a kiss, earning more of a reaction.
"Dear God in heaven, you have blessed me on this fine day..." Marco said as he bore witness to the kiss.
Luz smirked at Marco during the kiss while Anne stood there in disbelief. Anne felt even more amazed the moment Luz snuck her tongue in her mouth, making the kiss a lot more intimate than she was currently prepared for. The show of affection lasted a little bit longer before Luz pulled away.
"Enjoy the show?" Luz asked. "There's more where that came from."
"H-hey, come on," Anne said as she pulled away. "We need to focus, no more horniness."
"R-Right, of course," Marco said. "We need to gather our allies. And keep an eye out for Mr. X. If we're not careful, things can get worse for us."
"Yeah, you're right," Luz said she tried calming herself down. "Besides, the other girls will be up here any minute."
"Yeah, we don't have time to-" Marco then saw Luz opening another portal.
"So, let's go somewhere that minutes become months," Luz said, the girl shifting her eyebrows up and down.
"..." Marco sighed in annoyance. "I've officially become a degenerate. Marcy deserves so much better than me."
Meanwhile Sasha led Star, Amity and Polly toward where Marco was.
"Is it okay to leave Maddie alone?" Polly asked.
"She'll be fine," Sasha insisted. "Besides, Mr. and Mrs. Diaz are here, and so is Janna."
"Glad the parents didn't see all the weird stuff," Amity said.
"I wonder how they feel about Janna being a total creep?" Polly asked.
"Let's not delve into that," Star said.
Sasha opened the door, seeing Marco standing around awkwardly with Anne and Luz, all three of them looking very flustered.
"Feels like I missed something interesting," Sasha said.
"Don't worry about it, let's just do what we need to do so we can stop Andrias, stop Belos, save the multiverse, and free Marcy," Marco said.
"Okay, if you say so," Sasha replied. Though she could tell something must have happened, given how bashful Anne looked and how sly Luz appeared.
"Let's just hurry through the multiverse," Marco said as he grabbed his note pad from the prior day. "Let's see. Molly McGee in Brighton." He used the scissors to open a portal.
On the other side, Molly was seen explaining the whole situation to her friends Libby and Andrea.
"I'm telling you, some kids came from a portal and were seen fighting this weird horned girl!" Molly said. "You gotta believe me on this!"
"Molly, we want to but..." Libby began.
"It's just a bit...how should we put it...?" Andrea began. "A bit too surreal."
"Come on, we've seen weirder things, haven't we?" Molly asked. "Our town has ghosts!"
"Ghosts can be explained," Andrea said. "What can't be explained is portals opening up and-"
Suddenly a portal opened up, revealing Marco and his friends, the boy waving at the girls present. "Oh...are we interrupting anything?"
"There they are!" Molly said as she gestured to the group. "The kids from yesterday!"
"Wow..." Libby said.
"O...M...G...!" Andrea said, her attention particularly fixed on Marco. "Molly, you didn't tell me that you knew such a cute guy!"
"Uh..." Marco began blushing at the compliment. "Thanks."
"Just like that too," Sasha said.
"Libby, Andrea, these are my friends from across the multiverse," Molly introduced.
"...Which one is the witch?" Libby asked
"That one," Molly pointed to Amity. "Don't worry, I don't think she'll eat you."
Amity furrowed her brow in annoyance, "I'm leaving."
"Amity, wait!" Marco called. "Come on, she didn't mean any harm."
"...Fine," Amity replied, then focused on Molly. "When we're done, you better have a more proper understanding when it comes to witches!"
"Don't worry, I promise," Molly said, then turned to her friend. "So Andrea, what do you think about-?"
Andrea had her phone out and was seen live streaming the situation, "That's right, fresh from the multiverse are a group of mysterious beings! Who knows what they want to do with-"
"Are you streaming us!?" Anne shouted.
"Put that away, you'll give away our location!" Luz said.
"No way, this is big, and it's going to go viral for sure!" Andrea said.
"Hey, if you want to go viral, flash your tits or something," Sasha said, mildly offending Andrea. "We need to-"
"Why would you say something like that!? She's like eight years old!" Luz shouted.
"I'm not eight! I'm thirteen!" Andrea shouted.
"See, our age, she knows these words," Sasha said.
"Ugh," Andrea put her phone away. "You're definitely not someone I want on my live stream anyway. You're so uncool."
"I'm a cheerleader at Saint James Middle School!" Sasha shouted in annoyance.
"Sasha, enough!" Amity said.
"Uh...maybe we should leave," Libby said as she escorted Andrea out. "It was nice meeting all of you."
"You too...um..." Marco began.
"I'm Libby," The girl introduced.
"I'm Marco, nice to meet you," Marco said.
"Call me sometime, Marco! I'll do a stream all about you!" Andrea said as she left.
"...That better not have caused us trouble," Sasha said.
"Sorry, I should have checked if the coast was clear first," Marco said.
"It's fine, Libby and Andrea are cool," Molly said. "Well, I'll admit Andrea's a bit of a pain, but she's way better than how she was when I first met her. She used to hate me. Even got the whole school to hate me, and on my first day too. But we patched things up and she's my bestie now."
"...That's quite the turnaround," Marco said, with both Amity and Sasha feeling awkward all of a sudden. "Anyway, we need you for the plan, but only if you're still up for it."
"Of course, just give me my assignment, and I will make you proud," Molly said as she saluted Marco.
"Uh, at ease?" Marco said.
"Oh, I should get scratch," Molly said, then called out. "Scratch! The multiverse kids are back!"
"Oh, they actually returned, huh?" Scratch asked as he floated down. "Well I'll be."
"Uh, hi Scratch," Marco said. "Nice to meet you."
"Pleasure's all yours," Scratch said. "So, Molly tells me you have a possession problem."
"Yeah, it's a friend of mine, she's possessed by like thousands of spirits," Marco said.
"Thousands!?" Scratch asked. "That's a lot for one body. How is that even possible?"
"They're using some machine," Marco said. "I can't explain it."
"Hm...well then, I suppose I can help out," Scratch said. "I can't make any promises, this kind of thing is unusual for me. But I'll see what I can do."
"I'd really appreciate that," Marco said. "For now, let's get you back to my world."
"Wait, hold on," Anne said. "What about her parents?"
"Oh they won't mind, as long as I'm hime in time for dinner," Molly said.
"Uh, we'll do our best with that," Marco said. "Let's go."
Molly and Scratched followed everyone through the portal and back into Marco's room. She took a moment to look around, amazed by the place.
"Wow, so tidy," Molly said. "Where are we?"
"Echo Creek," Marco said. "It's in Santa Monica, California."
"Awesome," Molly said.
"Why don't you stay here with Polly while we get the others," Luz said.
Polly stood beside Molly, extending her hand in a friendly way. "Sup?"
"Hey there," Molly shook her hand. "Polly huh? Funny, our names rhyme."
"Oh yeah, you're right," Polly said.
"Cool, something you two can bond over," Sasha turned to Marco. "Where to next?"
Marco took out his pad, "Isabelle Grant-Gomez."
"That's a long name," Sasha said. "Is that her middle name too?"
"I think so," Marco said. "Then again, her name is Hispanic. Some Latino families have multiple names."
"My friend Libby is like that," Molly said. "Her name is Libby Stein-Torres. She's part Argentinian and part German."
"German huh? Just like me," Sasha said. "Still, is that really a Latino thing? Neither Marco nor Luz are like that."
"My parents just never bothered with it," Marco said.
"Same here," Luz said. "Maybe it's not a Dominican thing?"
"It's a Mexican thing, yet I'm stuck with just Diaz," Marco said. "It doesn't matter, let's just find this girl."
In her room, Gretel is seen playing her video games while keeping an ear out for danger. Any trouble she heard she usually resolved in a few seconds, so long as it wasn't a villain.
"Come on...come on...oops, pause," Gretel sped off then came back. "Another cat stuck in a tree, how many is that already?"
Suddenly the portal opened behind her, with Marco getting the girl's attention. "Gretel?"
"Huh?" Gretel turned around and spotted Marco. "Oh, it's you!" She put her game on pause and focused on the boy. "You came back."
"Just like I said, with all of my friends," Marco said, gesturing to everyone.
"Hold on, let me get my brother," Gretel called out. "Kevin!"
"What!?" Kevin barged in with a feather duster, ready to use it as a weapon. Something his cousin called him on.
"Uh...what are you doing?" Fred asked.
"I heard Gretel, and I wasn't sure if there was danger," Kevin said.
"So...you armed yourself with a feather duster?" Fred asked.
"Hey, anything can be a lethal weapon in the right hands," Kevin said.
"Uh-huh..." Fred turned her attention to the visitors. "What's this?"
Kevin noticed as well, recalling this mysterious group. "Oh, the multiverse kids."
"Is that our name now?" Sasha asked. "This is a strange pattern."
"It only happened twice, it's not a pattern" Amity said.
Marco cleared his throat to speak, "Hi, it's me, Marco Diaz. I believe your sister and her pet wanted to assist us in saving the multiverse. Assuming you still want to, if not then that's okay."
"No, I still want to," Gretel said. "This is just the big adventure that I need! A chance to really test my skills as a superhero!"
"So like...they know she's got powers?" Fred asked.
"Yeah, they saw her fighting, then followed us home," Kevin said.
"We didn't follow you, we used the mirrors," Sasha said. "If you hadn't been home, then we wouldn't know where you lived."
"Right, point is that they know," Kevin said. "But, they seem trustworthy."
Fred took note of the group, "Well, some of them do."
"I promise you can trust all of us," Marco said. "We just need your sister's help to stop some villains. It shouldn't take long, especially with her powers. She seems to have super strength."
"I also have super speed," Gretel said. "I'm faster than a scooter."
"...That's not impressive," Sasha said.
"Sasha, be nice," Anne warned.
"I also have heat vision," Gretel said.
"Whoa, that's actually pretty cool," Marco said. "Can it burn through anything?"
"Yup, anything..." Gretel said. "Except for Japanese Sea Urchins."
"Huh? Why?" Marco asked.
"I don't know, it's my only weakness," Gretel said, then thought for a second. "Oh, and that weird power sapping rock but-"
"Gretel...keep some things a secret!" Kevin said.
"Someone's got trust issues," Sasha teased.
"...I just met you, and you already seem like a very irritating person to be around," Fred said, which irritated Sasha.
"She is," Amity confirmed, further irritating Sasha.
"Oh shove it," Sasha snapped.
"So, Kevin, that's your name right?" Marco asked.
"Sure is," Kevin said.
"Is it okay if your sister comes with us?" Marco asked. "As her brother, you have the authority to say 'no'."
"Huh? No he doesn't, only mom and dad do," Gretel said.
"Mom and dad don't know you have powers," Kevin said. "But...against my better judgement, I'll let you go."
"Really?" Gretel asked.
"I'm coming too though," Kevin said. He then turned to his cousin, "Fred, can you cover for us?"
"Sure, but it'll cost you," Fred said.
"I'll take that deal," Kevin said.
"Okay, well come with me," Marco said.
"Hamster! Let's go!" Gretel called.
"I'm coming," Hamster said as he flew into the room and through the portal.
"I'll see you later, Fred," Kevin said as he left.
"Good luck, go kick some butt," Fred said as everyone left. "Well, time to cause a diversion."
Marco had dropped Hamster, Gretel and Kevin off at his room, where Polly was chatting with Molly.
"Your brother sounds nuts," Molly said.
"He is but..." Polly turned to Marco. "Oh, they're back."
"Hey, mind keeping these three company?" Marco asked, then checked his pad. "Next on my list are...The Pine Twins. Dipper and Mabel in Gravity Falls."
"Gravity Falls? I think my family went there once," Molly said. "Some weird stuff happens there."
"Fine by us," Sasha said. "Well, bye Hero Kids, have fun with the Ghost."
"Ghost?" Gretel asked as everyone left.
"Someone call?" Scratch asked as he descended. Just his appearance caused a mental freak out for Gretel and Kevin.
"I hope my Heat Vision works on ghosts," Gretel mentally worried.
Within Gravity Falls, Marco and his friends had met up with Dipper and Mabel while in the center of the Mystery Shack, with Wendy behind the register and Soos sweeping the floor.
"So, you're back," Dipper said. "In the flesh this time."
"Yeah, I suppose I am," Marco said. "Now, I'm here to make an offer that you can refuse."
"Isn't it an offer that we can't refuse?" Mabel asked.
"No, I'm leaving this optional," Marco said. "This is really dangerous, honestly I don't know how much you two could even have to offer."
"We've dealt with a lot of paranormal stuff," Mabel said.
"Oh totally," Soos confirmed. "They've seen gnomes, mermaids, sea monsters...wait, that last one was a fake made by a sad, lonely and crazy old man..." He immediately resumed listing the twins' feats, "They also fought video game characters that came to life, twice."
"Whoa, that last one sounds kind of cool," Luz said.
"Yeah, sounds like something Marcy would life," Anne said.
"How come you fought all of these weird things?" Marco asked. "What's with this place?"
"No one knows, there are a lot of theories," Dipper said. "My Great Uncle Ford believes that aliens are a possible reason. But he's not sure if they caused the weirdness, or if the weirdness brought them here."
"It's a mystery," Mabel said.
"And it's making my boss Stan a very rich man," Wendy said. "Have you seen all the junk in here?"
"Yeah, it's kind of creepy," Anne said as she took note of some of the strange items for sale.
"I think it's cool," Luz said as she admired everything. "Spending time in a shack like this seems fun, and the supernatural stuff seems even funner!"
"Is funner a word?" Anne asked.
"It can if she wants it to be," Mabel said.
"Heh, I like how you think, Mabel," Luz said.
"Look, my question is simple," Marco said. "Can either of you help us?"
"...Yes, more so I believe my Great Uncle Ford can help too," Dipper said. "He has a lot of experience with the multiverse. I even named him places like Amphibia and The Boiling Isles, he was familiar with both. He might know ways to take down this Belos and Andrias duo."
"Awesome," Marco said. "I also gotta ask, you've mentioned someone named Bill Cipher. Is he dangerous?"
"...You have no idea..." Dipper said as he thought of all the terrible things the evil triangle did. "He's very hard to get rid of too, it really has me worried."
"Maybe these guys can help," Wendy suggested. "You got nothing to lose, Dipper."
"Yeah," Dipper said as he focused on Marco. "I'm in."
"Okay, then call your Great Uncle," Marco said.
"Grunkle Ford! The Multiverse Kids want you!" Mabel said.
"See, that's the third time!" Sasha said. "That's gotta be our name!"
"Ugh, fine, then it can be our name," Amity said. "Now lay off already."
"Wow, you're really cranky," Mabel said. "I thought elves were supposed to be jolly, you work for Santa, don't you?"
Amity raised her eyebrow at Mabel. "Did you call me an 'elf'!?"
"Mabel, that's a witch," Dipper said. "Remember?"
"Oh yeah..." Mabel said. "But, aren't witches green?"
"Oh for the love of..." Amity lamented. "I have so much to educate humans on."
"Do it later," Marco said just as Ford entered the room.
"Are these the kids?" Ford asked.
"That's them," Dipper turned to the heroes. "Marco, everyone, meet my Great Uncle, Stanford Pines."
"Good to meet you," Ford said as he extended his hand.
"Good to meet you too...AH!" Marco freaked at seeing Ford with six fingers. Upon realizing how rude he sounded, he sheepishly shook the man's hand. "I mean...yeah, good to see you."
"Ha, it's fine, I know having six fingers is weird," Ford admitted. "That's why I study weird things, to help me feel less alone."
"That's so amazing, sir," Luz said. "I always thought our weirdness made us unique."
"It does, that's the beauty of life," Ford said. "Now, let's be off."
"Wait, we need to tell our other uncle," Mabel called out. "Grunkle Stan! We're going to save the world!"
"Save the world!?" Stan asked as he walked into the room. "What are you on about?"
Anne raised her eyebrow as she glanced at Stan, "Have I seen you before?"
"I doubt it...wait, I'm not your dad, am I?" Stan asked.
Anne immediately grimaced, "Uh, I doubt it."
"Oh good, just wanted to be sure," Stan said. "Wait, where are you kids going?"
"Santa Monica, there's trouble," Dipper said.
"Santa Monica? In California?" Stan asked. "Hey, sign me up! I'm going to catch some waves!"
"What about the Shack?" Dipper asked.
Stan turned to his right hand as threw him the keys, "Soos, you're in charge! Don't screw up!"
"You got it sir," Soos said with a salute.
"Now, let's go!" Stan said as he ran through the portal.
"Uh...sorry about him," Dipper said.
"That's fine, now let's follow his lead," Marco said as he followed Stan.
With everyone gone, Wendy placed her magazine down and left. "I'm taking the day off, Soos."
"Okay..." Soos said.
"With pay," Wendy said as she walked out the door.
"Right, with pay..." Soos said, though came to a weird realization. "Wait a minute."
Back in Santa Monica, Marco had gotten everyone settled, though noticed one person missing. "Where's that old guy?"
"I saw someone like that run through here shouting, 'Beach Time Bitches' or something like that," Molly said.
"Ugh, that brother of mine," Ford lamented.
"Stay here a second, I gotta get the next group," Marco checked his notes. "Kim Possible, Middleton High School."
"Okay, let's be off," Luz said as Marco opened the portal.
"We'll be right back," Star said. "Make yourselves comfortable!"
With everyone on the other side, Dipper still seemed suspicious while Mabel seemed happy.
"I like them, they seem really nice," Mabel said.
"Yeah...maybe," Dipper said.
On the other side of the portal, Kim was seen fixing her hair while looking in a mirror. Her friend Ron and his naked mole rat Rufus were beside her, both feeling skeptical.
"So, you really trust this guy, Kim?" Ron asked. "He could be one of Drakken's guys for all we know."
"If he was, why would Drakken attack him?" Kim asked.
"To set up a ruse," Ron said, with Rufus nodding. "It just seems too good to be true."
"I know you're worried, but trust me, I know what I'm doing," Kim insisted.
"Did you at least run a background check on this Marco Diaz dude?" Ron asked.
"I asked Wade to look into it, but nothing's coming up yet," Kim said. "Look, I'll keep an eye out, but it seems like Drakken is planning something big. If we don't beat him to the punch, our world is doomed."
"Ugh...such a conflicting situation," Ron lamented, with Rufus consoling him.
Moments later, Marco had come in through the portal, getting Kim's attention, "Hey there."
"Hey Marco," Kim greeted as the other girls came through.
Ron immediately noticed them, then proceeded to brush his hair back as he slid over to the girls. "Sup? I'm Ron Stoppable. Don't bother pinching yourselves, the man of your dreams is now in your reality."
"...You better be kidding with that pickup line," Sasha said.
"Oh, fiery blonde, I like that in a girl," Ron said as he shifted is eyebrows up and down.
"Not interested, buzz off," Sasha said.
"Okay, that's fine," Ron turned toward Anne. "How about you my bushy haired beauty?"
"Uh...I'm taken, sorry," Anne nervously insisted.
"Not surprised, especially with your looks," Ron turned to Luz. "How about you? I bet you've never seen a guy like me before."
Luz sadly shook her head, "Sorry, I'm taken too, but you seem nice."
Ron shrugged it off and turned to Star, "So...any good movies you wanna see? Maybe with a plus one?"
"I have a boyfriend, and he will literally send you to hell," Star warned.
"Okay, it's cool," Ron turned his attention to Amity. "So..."
"I'm gay," Amity said.
"...And I fully support your brave decision," Ron said. "It must be difficult for you."
"What the hell are you talking about?" Amity asked.
"Wow, nice band of girls," Kim said.
"Yeah, they're real sweethearts," Marco said, earning a blush from each one. "So, Kim, may I call you that?"
"I don't mind," Kim said as she lightly brushed her hair back. "So...what's the sitch?"
"You seem like a strong lady, and a great fighter," Marco said. "This and many other worlds are in danger because of two evil men. Andrias and Belos. Can you help me and my friends stop this duo?"
"Sure, that doesn't seem hard," Kim said. "It is my job after all. Besides, if Drakken's involved, then it's a no brainer for me to stop him."
"Drakken's the blue guy, right?" Marco asked.
"Yes, he's a diabolical scientist that wants to conquer the world," Kim said.
"That sounds troubling," Marco said. "Well if you help us with Andrias and Belos, we'll help you stop Drakken." Marco held his fist out. "Deal?"
"Totally," Kim fist bumped the boy.
"Alright," Marco turned to Ron. "I trust you're in as well?"
"I guess...any chance you know any single girls?" Ron asked. "Preferebly ones that are straight? Or Bi."
"I know one, but you might not like her," Marco said.
"I'll take my chances," Ron said.
"Okay, to Echo Creek," Marco said.
Within moments, Kim, Ron and Rufus were dropped off in Marco's room while everyone else made themselves comfortable. Polly, Molly, Gretel and Mabel were working on arts and crafts while Dipper, Ford and Kevin were overlooking some plans.
"Got a few more," Marco said.
"Whoa...stacked house," Ron said.
"We still got a couple more," Marco brought out his pad. "Next, Perry the Platypus."
Marco and company ended up back in Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated where Perry had just defeated the evil scientist, leaving him all tied up.
"Wow, done already? Feels like a record," Doofenshmirtz said. "It's like you had someplace to be."
As Perry dusted his hands, Marco called him over. "Perry! You ready?"
Perry nodded and followed Marco through the portal as Doofenshmirtz called out. "Wait! What about me!?"
"What about you!?" Marco asked as he walked back through the portal.
"Oh...you're not escaping me that easily, boy," Doofenshmirtz said as he struggled to escape. "First let me..."
As he struggled, his daughter Vanessa walked by, "Hey dad, mind if I borrow the car keys? Thanks."
"Wait, why do you need the car?" Doofenshirtz asked as he daughter just kept walking. "Who are you seeing!? Is it a boy!? Hey, you make you limit it to hand holding! Actually, that may be too much. Just...hold on!" He stood up but tripped again immediately, "Ugh, curse you Perry the Platypus."
Marco dropped Perry off and checked his list, "Just one more. Brandy Harrington."
In her room in the Amazon, Brandy waited for Marco to return. She passed the time by reading a magazine, then heard the portal opening.
Coming from the other side was Marco, the boy waving to the dog, "Hey, I'm back."
"Marco!" Brandy leapt off her hammock and hugged the boy while happily wagging her tail, "I knew you'd come!"
"Of course," Marco said as he pulled away. "Ready to come back home with me?"
"Yeah, I am," Brandy said. "But first...can I say good-bye to some friends?"
"Sure," Marco said.
"Hey!" Sasha called from the other side. "Don't take too long!"
"Just give us a second!" Marco said. "Stay with the others!"
"Be careful!" Luz called.
"Yeah, the amazon has snakes!" Anne said.
"They're really nice once you get to know them," Brandy said, then thought it over. "Some of them at least."
"Just be careful you two," Star said.
"We will," Brandy said, then took Marco by the hand. "Come on."
Near a pond, Mr. Whiskers was seen filing his toenails with a rock, while joined by the boa Lola, the toucan sisters Cheryl and Meryl, and the otter, Ed.
Mr. Whiskers kept filing, then took note of Brandy coming by. "There's Brandy..." He saw who she was with. "Oh...and she's with him...of course."
"Hey, I got Marco," Brandy said.
Lola was the first to speak up, "Oooh, cute boy."
"Gah!" Marco freaked out. "Are you a...Snake?"
"Sure am, I'm Lola," the snake said.
"I'm Cheryl," one toucan said.
"And I'm Meryl," the other said. "We're twins."
"Uh, duh, I think he can see that," Chery sassed.
"Hey, do NOT start with me!" Meryl warned.
"Girls, this boy is coming to take me back home," Brandy said. "I've finally reached my goal."
"Wow! That's great!" Lola cheered. "After all this time, you're finally going back to your family."
"Well, I'm staying with Marco first, but this is a nice start," Brandy said.
"I want to get her home, I just figured I'd get her out of this jungle first," Marco said. "She really wants to see California."
"Pfft, not sure what there is to see," Whiskers said. "It's just a bunch of palm trees."
"Hey, be nice," Brandy said. "This is a chance for you to go home too."
"Why bother? I'd rather stay here where I am appreciated," Whiskers said. "I'll be fine too, I got Ed by my side, right Ed?"
"Uh, right Mr. Whiskers," Ed said.
"So that's it? You're staying?" Brandy asked.
"I respect my friends, yet you want to leave yours," Whiskers dramatically said. "For shame Brandy Harrington, for shame!"
"Hey, they knew I wanted to go back home eventually," Brandy said. "Right girls?"
"Yeah, you're good," Lola said. "And hey, you can always visit us, right?"
"Shouldn't be hard," Marco said as he pulled his scissors out. "If you earn a pair of these, you can go not only anywhere in the world, but the multiverse too."
"Whoa..." Brandy said as she glanced at the scissors. "So...let's say I wanted to go to Paris? Or Milan?"
"Easy as pie," Marco said. "But, like I said, you need to earn them."
"Sure, I can work for it, I guess," Brandy said. She then wrapped her arms around Marco. "So...ready to take me home?"
Marco glanced at Lola, Meryl, Cheryl, Whiskers and Ed, "Are you sure you want to leave?"
"Of course I am, it's been my main goal," Brandy said.
"You won't miss it here?" Marco asked.
"Miss it here?" Brandy looked around the place that had been her home for several months. "Well, maybe a little. It took getting used to, but the Amazon is a nice place. It's like a Jungle Paradise, and every day feels like a beach day." She then shook her head, "But, I can't spend the rest of my life here, I'm just not suited for it."
"Alright, if you say so," Marco said. "But hey, if you ever want to come back, I can help out."
"Thanks, you're really nice considering we just met," Brandy said.
"I'm a sucker for a pretty face I guess," Marco said, then realized what he said. "Do I have no limits?"
Brandy giggled at Marco's response, "Wow, such a charmer. Still, I do appreciate this, and I owe you big time. My family's rich, so we can get you anything you want."
"Right now, I just want to save the world, and my friends," Marco said. "Now, if you're absolutely sure, we can leave now."
Brandy took one last look at her friends, each of them giving an encouraging response before Brandy nodded, "I am."
Marco turned to Whiskers, "And you want to stay little bunny?"
"Little bunny!?" Whiskers glared at Marco. "First of all, I am a rabbit! Second, that's Mr. Whiskers to you, pretty boy! Third, I choose to stay because I choose loyalty! Something I thought Brandy had."
"Ugh, you knew I wanted to go home, don't be so selfish," Brandy said.
"Right, I'm the selfish one here," Whiskers sarcastically commented.
"Hey, you're the one who got me stranded here, so don't give me your crap!" Brandy shouted. "I'm going back to my life in Florida, you can stay here for all I care! Good day!" She focused on Marco. "Let's leave."
"As you command," Marco opened the portal and led Brandy through. Despite her brief hesitation, Brandy followed through on leaving, closing the portal and leaving a saddened Mr. Whiskers behind.
"And that's that...what is Mr. Whiskers, without Brandy?" The rabbit asked. "Just Mr. Whiskers?"
"Hey, she said she'll visit, and I believe her," Lola said. "Now, enough pouting, let's just have some fun."
"Yeah, come on!" the twins said as they flew off.
Whiskers still seemed sad, but brushed it off for the time being, opting to take his mind off of things.
Marco's room was crowded as Brandy stood around, taking in the sights. "Wow, so many people."
"Right, time to get organized," Marco said, then placed his fingers in a mouth to blow like a whistle. "Alright, I'm going to grab some snacks, then we're going to take time to get to know each other. After that, we save the world."
While Marco prepared himself, Belos was readying the Day of Unity, with Andrias, Darcy, Drakken and Shego not too far away.
"What is this again?" Drakken asked.
"Some ceremony, once he's done, our plan begins," Andrias said.
"It better not take too long, I hate waiting," Shego commented.
"It will be fine, let's have a little patience," Andrias said.
Unknown to them, Hunter was not too far away, the boy glaring at where his uncle was. "Don't think I'm just going to let you do what you want. I'll deal with you now so Luz and the others have nothing more to worry about."
It was a race against time, as everyone prepared for what should be their final confrontation. Of course, the future is unpredictable, even in a multiverse.
