My sign-in system

Chapter 4: Demon slayer corps and selection.

Surya walked slowly towards the mountain. There were already roughly 20 members on the hill. Surya also spotted a member of the Ubuyashiki family, who is Amane Ubuyashiki. Based on the current situation, he estimated that the Amane children might be between two and three years old.

"Everyone, thank you for attending selection tonight."

"There are demons that were captured by a demon slayer swordsman."

"They are unable to survive with the wisteria that grew this season."

"However, there is no wisteria from this point forward."

"You must survive seven days to pass the final selection."

Upon hearing everything, Surya walked into the forest. The information is exactly as Sakonji told him.

There are different kinds of demons based on their appearance. Some resembled humans, while others were humanoids. There are also deformed demons known as "inhuman demons." Surya has a basic awareness of demon skills.

Surya glanced out at the lush forest, which was enveloped by a thin layer of fog. He also sensed two demons approaching him. Surya glanced at the demons who wanted to eat him.

"Bastard, that is my prey...."

"I was the one who noticed him first."

The demons had been starving all year, and when the final selection began, they would feast on the slayers.

Surya unsheathed his sword quickly and sliced both heads cleanly. They did not respond until they were dead. Surya's strength rose dramatically during two months. He can chop common demons like vegetables. His physical strength may be comparable to Captain America in Marvel movies.

He steadily walked far into the jungle, killing countless demons along the way. In addition, the system has sent him a series of notifications. The majority of these are low-level sign-ins. He also gained some physical attributes from the extraction talent.

Surya began to search for the hand demon who was after Sakonji's students. He found no information throughout the first two days. On the third day, he noticed a horrible stink from two kilometers ahead. Surya rushed swiftly to the location and discovered the hand demon. It was currently dining on two humans, who had already died. The Hand Demon also gazed at him.

"You are here, my adorable fox..."

Surya had been wearing the mask provided to him by Sakonji, which is designed to ward off evil. Surya did not want to chat with the demon, and he especially did not want to hear his disgusting statements about killing Sakonji's apprentice.

Surya rushed rapidly, while the demon produced numerous hands to attack him. Surya quickly avoided cutting them. Demon retreated his hands and was astonished to see that he could not regenerate them.

"Are you surprised?"

"You will not be able to regenerate for a while."

"Go to hell with peace of mind."

"Infinite breathing: First form: Deep sea whirlpool."

The demon felt immense pressure on his body and was unable to breathe. He thought he was drowning in the deep water. He stared at Surya, but all he saw was a blurry image of him. In an instant, he felt his body tearing apart from the inside out. Before he knew it, his body was submerged in the layer of Whirlpool, and his head was on the ground instead of the body. His entire body, including his head, gradually turned to ashes.

Surya's first form puts deep-sea pressure on the person being attacked, immobilizing the target, and then numerous layers of whirlpools form on the target, shredding its body apart. Surya can now effortlessly slice the demon's head. This was a move he created in two months, yet it was just the first form of the breathing technique.

Surya earned 10 low-level sign-ins after defeating the demon, as well as limb regeneration passive talent through extraction. Surya swiftly used all of the sign-ins he had gotten thus far. He received some recovery potions, healing potions, incredibly potent wisteria poison, exclusive outfits, and some funds.

Importantly, he received explosives that generated intense sunlight from low-level sign-ins earned by slaying hand demons. He received approximately 10,000 bombs, each the size of a tiny marble. With these, his safety was boosted, and they were especially beneficial to the demon slayer corps.

After that, he began to travel the jungle, encountering demons and slaying them all. After seven days, he slowly left the forest in the morning. Surya simply enjoyed the warm sunlight. Surya was one of only three candidates who made it through the final selection.

"Congratulations, you passed the final selection."

"First, we will provide uniforms after collecting measurements, with your rank displayed on the uniforms."

"There are ten ranks in the demon slayer corps, from lowest to highest."

After that, Amane explained some basic details, and Surya was given a crow to communicate. Surya selected an ore for the Sun blade sword before proceeding to Sakonji's residence.

Apart from levels, there is a special rank called Hashira. To become Hashira, Surya had to defeat 50 demons. In the evening, he returned home.

"You've passed."

Surya gazed at Sakonji, who had appeared in front of him. He looked at him and nodded.

"Congratulations, you passed the final selection."

"Did you kill the demon?"

"Yes."

"Thanks..."My disciples' souls can now rest in peace."

***************************

After fifteen days, Surya's sword was brought, and to his surprise, it did not change color. Sakonji also taught more about the demons and warned him to be wary of those who use blood demon art.

Surya looked at the golden color demon slayer costume and chose not to wear it. Even though they looked good, he couldn't get used to it. He took the dress he acquired from sign-ins. It possesses the same features as the Demon Slayer uniform, which are fireproof, waterproof, and lightweight.

"North-east.... North-east.... Children are disappearing..."

Surya stared at the crow, which informed him about the assignment.

"I will come visit you often, Sakonji-san."

"Goodbye, Sakonji-san."

"Take care."
