Kakashi was experiencing both pain and happiness these days. Due to Muzan's instructions, Might Guy often came to spar with him, even if Guy lost every time.

"You bastard, Muzan! Because of you, I'm suffering. That green watermelon head even attacked me while I was in the toilet," Kakashi fumed. He no longer called Muzan "brother" and was determined to teach him a lesson.

"Don't say that. Have you seen what a hard-working genius is? Do you feel a lot of pressure?" Muzan smelled blood and noticed that Kakashi had sustained some minor injuries from his fights with Guy. To make Kakashi stronger, Muzan decided to teach him a powerful move.

"The strongest thing about our Hatake family isn't just our sword skills, but a technique called the Thousand Years of Death. Now, I'll teach it to you!"

"Really? It's better than Hatake sword skills?" Kakashi felt the improvement in Guy's strength and knew he might soon be surpassed.

Just as Muzan was about to teach Kakashi the secret of the Thousand Years of Death, a stern voice interrupted.

"Bullshit!" Hatake Sakumo, with a dark expression, entered the room, having overheard their conversation. He stared at his sons, wondering why they were so peculiar.

Sakumo had worked hard to build the Hatake family's reputation and didn't want it ruined. However, upon seeing Muzan, he softened. "You've been training well with Nobiwei lately. You need to make friends and pay attention to your interpersonal relationships," Sakumo advised, looking worried. He feared his sons wouldn't find wives, and the Hatake lineage would end.

"I don't understand why I have to go to school when I can obviously apply for the genin exam," Kakashi complained. School felt like a waste of time, especially with a girl named Rin always trying to talk to him and that idiot Obito causing trouble.

"Now is not the time to apply," Sakumo, a Kage-level powerhouse, felt the tension between the major ninja villages. He anticipated conflicts and knew the risks of becoming a genin now were too high.

"Where the leaves dance, the fire burns bright," Sakumo quoted. If a war broke out, they would be the first to defend.

After a tiring day, it was time for dinner. "By the way, why isn't there any rabbit meat today?" Kakashi asked. Muzan had bought a rabbit earlier, intending to eat it, but there was no meat on the table.

"That rabbit was for an experiment. My blood inheritance limit has awakened, and I wanted to test it," Muzan explained. He retrieved the rabbit from behind the door. Sakumo sensed danger from the trembling rabbit, indicating Muzan's blood inheritance limit was formidable.

As Muzan caressed the rabbit, a mouth appeared in his palm, biting into the rabbit's body. Kakashi watched in horror and disgust.

"Don't worry about it. Bloodline limits can take many forms, some altering the body," Sakumo reassured. He had seen many bloodline limits, some as extreme as the Kaguya clan's Shikotsumyaku.

The mouth wasn't for biting the rabbit but for injecting blood into it. The rabbit began to expand rapidly under Muzan's influence. Sakumo, with his right hand on his sword, watched the mutating rabbit protectively.

The rabbit transformed into a beast the size of a wild boar, its eyes filled with violence. In the process of becoming a demon, both humans and beasts undergo a period of madness, driven by instinct but still under Muzan's control.

"Don't worry, the rabbit won't last long," Muzan said. As he predicted, the rabbit's body soon exploded into a blood flower. "Failed."

Sakumo wasn't surprised. The rabbit couldn't handle the power of Muzan's bloodline. Concerned about Muzan's mood, Sakumo tried to comfort him, but Muzan dodged, not wanting to be patted like a child.

"Don't be discouraged. A momentary failure doesn't define you. Mastering Hatake Swordsmanship will ensure your success," Sakumo encouraged.

"Father, I'm not disappointed," Muzan replied. The rabbit's failure was due to its inability to handle his bloodline's strength. Muzan was excited about his bloodline's potential, seeing it as a top-tier ability.

Feigning discomfort, Muzan said, "I feel a bit unwell from the blood inheritance limit's side effects. I'll go rest." He and Kakashi left, leaving Sakumo to clean up.

"Come back and clean up the room!" Sakumo called after them, smiling. Muzan had mastered a power, and it was time to teach him Hatake Swordsmanship.

Outside, under the moonlight, Kakashi looked at Muzan, contemplating. "What's wrong, Kakashi?"

"Brother, if possible, I want to spar with you," Kakashi said. He had noticed Muzan's changes, especially his impressive chakra control, and realized he might have underestimated his brother.

"You want to spar with me?" Muzan looked at Kakashi, who was getting ready with interest. Seeing the solemnity on his face, Muzan knew that this battle was inevitable.

He took off his coat, and now that it was night, he simply told Kakashi, "In my night state, my strength will be greatly enhanced, so you have to be prepared."

Even the aura exuded by Muzan's scarlet eyes was full of intensity. It wasn't that Muzan despised Kakashi; it was the inheritance of his blood, especially under the bright moon, that gave Muzan a kind of bloodthirsty desire.

Kakashi, already an outstanding genin, had mastered both the basic ninjutsu and the Three Basic Techniques. He was worthy of being called the number one genius in Konoha. Even the pressure brought by his brother could not make Kakashi retreat even half a step.

"Hmph! Stop looking down on me! Let me show you how a real ninja fights!"

In the small courtyard of the Hatake family, the shade of the trees swayed in the wind. Kakashi's eyes flashed sharply, and he rushed in front of Muzan in an instant.

Thanks to his continuous sparring with Guy, Kakashi's taijutsu had improved greatly. He had also been training with sandbags tied to his body. If an ordinary person were kicked by Kakashi, they would be kicked to pieces with broken bones and pass out.

"Boom!"

Muzan put his arms in front of him. The sudden impact of Kakashi's kick caused his feet to slip about ten centimeters. He felt numbness and pain in his arms but quickly adjusted his condition.

"A very good flying kick. It seems that you have put in a lot of effort during this period."

"It's not because of you, but my body has indeed become stronger."

Regardless of the outcome, Kakashi was genuinely happy. Muzan's body had always been a cloud hanging over the family. Even if the fight just now was a test, he could clearly feel the changes in Muzan's body. The bloodline seemed to have a great impact on him.

"I will also show my true strength."

Kakashi had previously taken advantage of Muzan not knowing ninjutsu. Muzan had been too weak to practice various ninjutsu, so Kakashi wanted to leverage his own strengths.

"A very good fighting method."

Watching Kakashi disappear in front of him, Muzan did not immediately launch an attack. He admired his brother's strategy. Muzan had just started learning ninjutsu and had been practicing kunai throwing skills and chakra control. Sparring with Kakashi allowed him to understand ninjutsu better.

"But it's not perfect yet."

Kakashi ignored the most critical point: the concealment of aura. Muzan could accurately distinguish the auras of different creatures. In the future, Kakashi's ninja dog would help him make up for this shortcoming.

"Ah!"

"Boom!"

Using the Substitution Jutsu to dodge Muzan's fist, Kakashi noticed the big tree behind him. Muzan's punch had pierced the trunk. He looked at Muzan with a twitching face. "How did you find out where I was hiding?"

He had always been confident in his concealment skills. Looking into Muzan's eyes, he wondered if Muzan could see hidden chakra like the Hyuga clan. Muzan's ability seemed more like that of a sensory ninja.

"I'll tell you when you beat me."

Kakashi, who had just landed, was greeted by Muzan's violent fists, falling on him like raindrops. He was forced to retreat continuously, soon showing signs of physical exhaustion.

"We must keep our distance. My brother, who has awakened the blood inheritance limit, is too strong."

The moment Muzan punched, Kakashi used the Substitution Jutsu and a piece of wood to replace his body, creating enough space and pulling out a few more kunai.

He blocked Muzan's escape route, leaving him no way to retreat.

"Are you so harsh on your own brother?"

Muzan forcibly twisted his body, making a weird movement that showed bone dislocations. Muzan, aspiring to become a medical ninja to solve physical problems, knew a lot about medical knowledge.

All his joints dislocated, and the moment he dodged the kunai, his body immediately recovered.

"How dare you say it!"

Muzan's attack was harder than Kakashi's. The hands that blocked Muzan's attack were red and swollen.

"Hahaha! Next, I'll show you the power of the vampire technique."

Seeing Kakashi shaking off his hand, Muzan unconsciously smiled. The moment he raised his head, his eyes reflected Kakashi's figure.

"Vampire Art: Black Blood Thorn!"

Black thorns emerged from his arms, surrounding him like rose thorns. Wherever they went, countless scratches appeared on the ground.

Even the bluestone slabs used to pave the road broke in half under the lash of the thorns.

"What kind of ability is this!"

Kakashi was fighting for the first time against a ninja with a blood inheritance limit. Seeing the thorns coming towards him, he knew he would lose his fighting ability if trapped. He used the Substitution Jutsu to avoid the attack and quickly formed hand seals. Flames gathered in his mouth.

"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!"

These weren't real thorns but thorn-shaped weapons evolved by Muzan using cells. They could still cause pain when burned by flames.

"This is the power of ninjutsu, a ball of fire that concentrates chakra in the mouth."

Muzan saw Kakashi's hand seals but couldn't yet replicate the chakra flow to release a huge fireball himself.

"Your powerful fireball can't annihilate my thorns. Give up, Kakashi!"

The thorns gathered and crushed the fireball Kakashi released. Muzan's current state couldn't be called human.

"You're kidding, brother."

Kakashi's hard words didn't match his body's condition. He had five chakra attributes, but his young body couldn't hold much chakra. The Fireball Jutsu was one of his few offensive ninjutsu and didn't harm Muzan.

Kakashi thought about how to deal with the situation. With limited chakra, he needed to use the three basic techniques and kunai to win.

Throwing a few kunai, Muzan thought it was futile, but then realized something was wrong.

"As expected of a ninja trained by his father, he has more combat experience than a genin."

The moment the kunai were thrown, Kakashi substituted his body with them and used the Transformation Jutsu to hide inside a kunai, using this method to overcome the thorns.

Just when he thought his plan was successful, a large number of thorns surrounded him.

"Boom!"

A white smoke appeared, and Kakashi was tightly surrounded by thorns. Exhausted and scratched, he had no chance to turn the fight around.

"You lost, Kakashi."
