Naruto: I Reincarnated As Naruto Uzumaki

Chapter 2: Reincarnated As Naruto Uzumaki!

"Where is this?"

Harry found himself in an unfamiliar place, unsure of where he was. His eyes wouldn't open, and his body felt bound by something, rendering him immobile. Occasionally, there were gentle touches, but he had no idea how much time had passed.

Suddenly, an overwhelming force pulled him in, and without resistance, he was drawn toward it. Light appeared in front of him, and he wanted to shout, but the sound turned into a cry instead.

The noise around him grew louder, and after a while, his eyes adjusted to the light. A handsome man appeared in front of him, holding him tenderly. Though his face showed traces of concern, his golden hair gave him a bright, heroic appearance.

Harry, with a small, bitter smile, realized the truth: he had been reborn as a baby. This man, undoubtedly his father, looked vaguely familiar, and after reading countless reincarnation novels, he knew exactly what was happening. He couldn't help but feel a little excited, though it was a bit overwhelming.

The blond man carefully carried Harry to the bed, where a tired woman lay. The man spoke gently, "Kushina, look, this is our son." He spoke loudly, beaming with joy. "He's a healthy boy!"

The woman, named Kushina, was beautiful, though tired, her beauty still shining through. She gently cradled Harry, her voice soft. "Yes, he looks strong. Minato, you name him."

Minato, the man, grinned widely. "The name has already been decided. Even though the teacher isn't with us now, I still want to name him after him—'Naruto,' just like the teacher suggested."

Kushina smiled, nodding. "Naruto... It's a lovely name! Naruto Uzumaki. May you grow up to be a hero, just like your father." She teased him lightly, but Harry didn't understand most of it, only catching the name "Naruto."

Harry turned to look at the blond man who was most likely his father. His face seemed so familiar, but Harry couldn't recall exactly who he was. Before he could think much further, a man wearing a black cloak with an animal mask suddenly appeared next to the golden-haired man.

"Fourth Hokage-sama, the Nine-Tails are approaching the village. The situation is dire," the masked man reported.

Minato nodded solemnly. "I know. Let's go." He shot Kushina an apologetic look, and she smiled in understanding. Without another word, the two vanished in an instant.

Kushina held Harry and gently laid back down, her exhaustion from childbirth quickly overcoming her. It wasn't long before she fell asleep.

Despite not understanding their words, Harry's mind raced. The appearance of the masked man made him realize the situation. The masked man was a member of Konoha's Anbu, and the blond man, Minato, was none other than the Fourth Hokage, the hero of Konoha. And Harry... he was Naruto, the son of Minato, as evidenced by the mention of the name "Naruto."

It was hard to believe, but Harry had somehow been reborn into the world of Naruto, and more shockingly, into the life of Naruto himself. He remembered how tragic Naruto's childhood had been—the loneliness, the burden of the Nine-Tails sealed inside him, and the constant struggles for acceptance. Harry sighed inwardly. This wasn't the life he'd imagined. The hardships Naruto endured were too much to ignore.

Before he could contemplate further, a powerful energy burst erupted. Kushina, who had just fallen asleep, woke up in a flash, rushing to the window with Harry in her arms. She gazed out, her face filled with shock and concern.

Outside, a gigantic fox—the Nine-Tails—could be seen, its nine tails whipping through the air. The villagers were rushing forward, unyielding, even though they knew death was likely, all in a desperate attempt to block the Nine-Tails' path.

"The Nine-Tails!" Kushina exclaimed in horror.

Harry looked at the monstrous fox, his heart sinking. It was hard to believe this was real, but it was happening. He had to accept it. He was in Naruto's world now.

Suddenly, a flash of golden light appeared above the Nine-Tails, and a familiar voice rang out, "Rasengan!" A blue orb of energy slammed into the Nine-Tails' head, forcing the creature to stagger back. Before the Nine-Tails could retaliate, the figure appeared above it again and launched another Rasengan.

"It's the Fourth Hokage!" The crowd cheered in unison, their spirits lifting.

"ROAR!" The Nine-Tails howled in rage, thrashing as its chakra flared, pushing everyone back. Despite the power of the Rasengan, the Nine-Tails was far from defeated.

A golden flash appeared once more, and Minato landed on the Nine-Tails' head. With a swift hand gesture, he summoned a massive toad.

"Summoning Jutsu!" he called out, and in a puff of smoke, an enormous toad appeared. The toad, dressed in a kimono and smoking a pipe, looked unimpressed.

"I didn't expect this guy," the toad grumbled. "Minato, are you sure you want me to fight this thing?"

Just then, an elderly man in similar clothing to Minato, carrying a large staff, appeared on the toad's head.

"No," the third Hokage replied. "The Nine-Tails is too powerful. If this continues, we won't be able to stop it."

Minato grimaced, realizing the situation was more dire than he had anticipated. "The Nine-Tails is stronger than I thought. Two Rasengans didn't even scratch it. We need to use the seal, and I'll have to perform the technique myself."

"Are you sure about this?" the toad asked. "You'll die if you use that jutsu."

Minato nodded with resolve. "If we don't act now, Konoha will be destroyed."

The third Hokage, though reluctant, understood. "I'll hold the Nine-Tails off as long as I can," he said, rushing into battle with his staff raised high.

Minato looked back at Kushina, his voice softer now. "Kushina... give Naruto to me."

Kushina, holding Harry tightly, began to cry. "Why? Why use Naruto? He's our newborn son!"

Minato gently embraced her. "That's why he has to bear it. The sealing jutsu requires a container, and only Naruto can serve as the vessel."

Harry—no, Naruto—felt a pang in his chest as his mother cried, but he understood the necessity of the sacrifice. Konoha's future depended on it.

The battle raged outside, but inside, the pain of sacrifice was about to begin.
