"No choice,"Lee murmured to himself, his chakra instantly changing from green to blue. An intense heat emanated from his body, slightly burning the vegetation around him.

"Ah, finally getting serious," the Snake Hermit mocked.

Lee charged with inhuman speed, his fist piercing the air like an explosion of wind. This time, he managed to connect with the hermit, propelling him against a tree with a force that shook the forest.

But to Lee's surprise, the hermit rose almost instantly, a sinister grin on his face.

"Not bad, Shinobi. But it's time for me to play seriously too."

The Snake Hermit closed his eyes, his body beginning to metamorphose. His skin became scaly and shiny, his arms bristled with bony spines, and two serpentine horns emerged from his skull. Violet marks ran across his body, radiating a sinister chakra.

*Hermit Mode: Dragon Transformation* he declared in a voice amplified by power.

His speed and strength increased significantly. He instantly reappeared in front of Lee, striking with a chakra-charged punch that sent Lee crashing into a rock.

Before Lee could get back up, the hermit summoned ethereal snakes that bit viciously into his legs.

Lee, injured and breathless, realized he was at his limit.

"I don't like using this... but I have no choice," he murmured, recalling Gai-sensei's warnings.

Suddenly, a reddish aura surrounded his body, and his gaze changed. His eyes glowed with a malicious light, and his expression was replaced by a cold and calculating one.

It was Reibi taking control.

With a sudden movement, Lee, now possessed, tore through the ethereal snakes with his arms as if they were nothing. Before the hermit could react, a chakra arm formed and tore off one of his arms, eliciting a scream of pain. But it regrew almost instantly.

A massive wave of water surged from the ground, heading towards Lee with terrifying power.

Lee concentrated his chakra, his red aura intensifying as he struck the ground with his fist.

"Sekizo!" he cried, unleashing a series of rapid-fire attacks that literally tore through the wave, creating a fine rain that instantly evaporated upon contact with his heat.

The Snake Hermit, frustrated, delved deeper into his hermit mode. His serpentine horns grew larger, and his arms were covered with an even thicker layer of scales.

An immense spectral snake emerged from his back, its mouth open and ready to devour everything in its path.

Lee, sensing the imminent danger, prepared his ultimate attack.

*Red Dragon Night!* he roared, his chakra reaching its peak.

He leaped into the air, his silhouette glowing like a shooting star. With incredible force, he struck the spectral snake, causing it to explode into a multitude of luminous fragments.

The impact of their clash was so intense that it reverberated through the village, alerting the most sensitive chakra-sensing Shinobi. In Konoha, the ninjas looked towards the forest, sensing a colossal power that surpassed anything they had known.

"It's Lee!" a Jonin murmured. "And... someone else. A terrifying presence."

The Hokage immediately ordered an intervention team, but they knew it would take time to reach the battlefield.

The Snake Hermit remained calm. He knew his opponent was getting closer to his own destruction due to the opening of the eighth gate.

Taking advantage of a moment of hesitation, he rushed towards Hinata, who was still unconscious.

Lee, despite his rage, couldn't attack without risking harming Hinata.

"Let her go right now!" he roared, his eyes burning with indescribable fury.

"Oh, but I'm only getting started," the hermit replied with a sinister smile.

With a swift gesture, a massive snake emerged from his mouth and swallowed Hinata whole. Before Lee could react, the Snake Hermit executed a teleportation jutsu.

"Kukuku... We'll meet again, Shinobi. If you survive until then."

In a cloud of poison, he disappeared, leaving behind only a trail of white serpent.
